This is an awesome find as the TEAM in Decatur have always been professional, kind, and super. The facility is always clean and welcoming you've got to check them out.

Used their self service wash! It saved my back! Very clean inside too.

Called in advance to check that they were capable of handling a large breed dog. We dropped our 9 month old bloodhound off and within 15 minutes they were calling us to pick him up. He is not aggressive but was apparently sniffing around (well duh, he is a bloodhound) too much which was aggravating the other dogs. I suspect the people there are not capable/competent handlers for large breeds. Fortunately for us our wonderful breeder will board him with other Bloodhounds, GSPs and Bracco Italianos at his facility. Good thing he is familiar with sporting dogs and not incompetent like the folks at Wag-A-Lot.

We have a French bull dog who loves every human and dog he has ever played with and has never been aggressive before in his life. He apparently failed the "temperament test" because he wanted to play with every other dog and they said the other dogs might attack him for annoying them. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, they seem to fail dogs within an hour of arriving who have no aggressive qualities just because they are excitable or happy to be at a new location and visiting other dogs. On top of this we have boarded him here like 8 months ago and they said we needed to pay for a new temperament test because it had been too long. (He passed the first one but apparently he has just become aggressive?) I will also add that when we did board him here he came back with quite a few scratches and scabs so they clearly do not pay attention to the dogs well enough. I would strongly discourage anyone from coming here because the staff lack professionalism and any sort of knowledge about dogs and their breeds and personalities. Should've moved to a different boarder before this but went here out of convenience.

I take my dog there for daycare and boarding. She appears happy to go there and when I pick her up. It is clean and staff I interact with are pleasant. I would recommend it.

Good prices and friendly, attentive staff. My dog is usually so nervous to get groomed but she left with her tail wagging. I'll be back, for sure!

They did not communicate their standards or expectations for dog behavior. If your dog growls, they will call you and make you pick up your dog. There was no protocol on how to deal with a new dog or abused dog and make them feel comfortable. If you need your dog to be taken care of for a day for an important meeting or event, don't rely on this place.

I would recommend finding a more capable doggy day care. On multiple occasions employees were too inexperienced to deal with any dog larger than a medium breed. They also don't monitor the behavior of smaller dogs and allow them to do whatever they like because that's easier. Very unprofessional management.

Supplies- check ... Clean ... check ... Professional ... Check.

Very friendly staff. I can call for updates when needed and they'll let me know how much longer it will be. My dog is a golden doodle and we get a fair price and our dog always gets a great cut!

Awesome place! Left the park with a dirty dog and $15 later a quick bath and a King of Pups ice cream for her. I used the Self Service bath and it was worth it!

We r from Arkansas my husband travels 4 work we have an 11 yr old 100+lb lab we have been 2 many self-service dog washes(with all ur needs) & this 1 is by far my fav. Its like a real bath tub not a box u trap them in the price's r great this place is a dog groomer/self-service dog wash/doggie daycare/ boarding house with great price's & a huge in door dogie playground we love this place wish every state had multiple Wag-A-Lot's & employee's were freindly 2 us 2 boot!!????

Everyone here is so nice and flexible! My puppy normally has some separation anxiety yet when I bring him in, he runs to the back and is so excited to be there.

If you don't love wag a lot you don't have feelings every time I go it's an amazing experience just took my 6 month old bully for her very first groom and of course they did amazing

My daughter takes out family member there. When ever I do the pick up, I feel like there just business not family.

We love this place. The people working here are nice. The place is clean. It is easy to get to and the prices of services offered are on the website which is so very helpful. My happy three year old dog goes here both for doggy day care and boarding. I should let them bathe her when she is done. Sometimes we use the self serve dog wash. Everything is reasonably priced. Me and my pup could not be happier.
