Windermere Animal Hospital Cumming, Georgia

Had a poor experience with this location and it’s sister location, bc I expressed my opinion during service about the price for examination and how one visit it differed from another visit. I am apparently now BLACKLISTED from scheduling and if they do happen to find a time it’s after lunch when no other clients are there. Being a medical professional I find this treatment unprofessional and discriminatory. I find the staff to be rude and the doctor to be even more so.

First time customer. Had a very good experience from getting an appointment to meeting Dr Reddy and staying in the room with our pet cat. Great customer service!

Find another vet! I have been taking my dogs to this vet for 3 years and EVERY time I call the person that answers the phone seems to know what they are talking about but then I go to the office and the next vet tech has not clue why I am there and tells me something completely different. And half the time the services I ask for don't get done but they do other things I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. The office staff is incompetent. Go with someone else!

We're been with Dr. Reddy since 2001 and have received amazing service for both our dogs, Angel and Katniss. His office is really cares for our pets and wouldn't trust anyone else for their check ups and treatments.

Dr. Reddy and his staff were amazing, they took the time to explain all aspects of the puppy care plan, and were upfront about the costs. We are glad to have such amazing veterinary care for the newest addition in our life!

I think that the best review is that my dog actually likes going to the vets! The staff and doctors at Windermere Animal Hospital are always welcoming, and greet us with a calm, friendly smile. Grooming services are great as well as dealing with medical issues. Very reasonable prices, and they always follow up to see how our dog is doing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been taking my dog to Dr. Reddy and team for a few years now and my experience is always great. Dr. Reddy is always friendly, knowledgable and one of the few vets that my dog likes.

This my first pet, I felt little nervous about her food and health, but doctor and staff are wonderful help in my journey with my puppy. I am very thankful to Dr. Reddy about his suggestion on food and taking care of my puppy health. Dr. Reddy has provided very clean insight about, how to take care and what need to give and what should not give to my puppy. The staff is very kind and attentive about creating appointments and providing vaccines in timely manner. I definitely recommend to all my friends who have pets to visit Dr. Reddy hospital for your pet well being. We recently got her Spay in this hospital and it went very smooth. She is recovered from surgery and enjoying with family. I really appreciate Dr. Reddy and staff members, they have done wonderful service. Thank you.

Dr. Reddy has been our vet for years. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and best of all, available! I never have trouble getting same day appointments. He’s available after hours and on the weekends. I’ve tried many vets in the area looking for a good match for our pets, Dr. Reddy is the best.

Great convenient hours! Dr Reddy is very caring when our dogs aren't feeling well. He always has his office staff call to follow up after appointments to check on them. I also have my dogs groomed there and Frank is the best! His office staff is also courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Windemere Animal Hospital for your pets needs.

Dr. Reddy and his staff are the best. They really care about my dogs and go the extra mile. I really appreciate the pre-visit estimate, but more than anything, they answer every question and walk me through what I need to know. Someone is always there, too ... I called from the Yukon last summer! And they talked me through the problem until we could find a vet the next day. How great was that?!!

I have been going to this location for a few months with my dear Pearl and I must say that we have been treated with such care and attention. I would recommend this location to all pet owners.

Dr. Reddy is the most caring doctor I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is on the right track to getting better when she's sick. This past week he met me at the clinic on his day off to examine my dog and make sure she received medication. I'm so grateful to have found this clinic. I will never take my pets anywhere else!
