All the staff have treated our family, and pets very kindly! We have been going there since I was really little and have never had a bad experience with them! They board, groom, and they do have veterinary services. They do require a appointment/reservation but they always can get your pets in!

I can’t say enjoying great things about Dr. May and her staff. We’ve been patients here with 4 different dogs and close to 10 years. They always take such good care of our fur babies. So grateful for them.

They doubled the charge they had first given me, after I repeatedly asked to make sure what I’d be paying. After THEY messed up, they refused to make the price right. During a pandemic too! We will NOT be going back there. We’ll be on the lookout for a good family vet that understands Integrity.

Great, loving place to take your furry friends. Very one was really helpful and nice. Everything was explained thoroughly, and my buddy Pinto is now happy again!

Disappointed. We went on vacation for a week and left our pet here. They called us the day after drop-off asking if we were still coming to pick up our pet. Our reservation was for a week. They called again asking for clarification on what they needed to do to care for our pet. We had left them with a typed list of directions ... overall, I was concerned about the state we would find our pet in upon our return.

Dr. May and the staff are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. They treat our animals as if they were their own. Dr. May is very empathetic and she thoroughly considers all the options when issues arise, including cost of treatment. She's very practical in her recommendations. We've had some serious issues with our pets, including heartworms, pancreatitis, thyroid/renal issues, and serious dental issues. Our kitten almost died when he was just a couple of months old for some unexplained reason. She saw through all of that and all our pets are alive and well. The staff always follows up with us after a visit to see how our pets are doing. I highly recommend Just Pets.

Four years ago my small dog was attacked by two larger dogs. Dr. May and her staff were on their way out the door, purses and car keys in had when I pulled up with a blood-covered dog. They did not hesitate and rushed him into surgery. I was not a customer of the clinic and they did not know me from any other member of the general public. The staff at Just Pets operated on my pup for over three hours, it was after 9pm when they walked out of the clinic and told us that he would be okay.....to anyone looking for a review or recommendation I could not give any higher praise to these fine people. They will always have my business and will care for my pets as long as I am in Georgia.

The whole staff was caring and thorough. I thought their prices were reasonable as well.
