So I feel bad because I always call Lisa at Dixie Last minute for an appointment and somehow she always manages to fit me in. As usual her staff did an awesome job Grooming my aussiedoodle and made him look like a winning show dog! And always makes him smell awesome as well!! Best groomers ever, the staff is always welcoming and you can tell there is a genuine feeling of caring and love for all the pets that come through their facility!

Dixie's Pet Spa is just amazing! Thus is Darcy's new spa place, they did everything we asked and had Darcy smelling and looking awesome! Thank you so much, see you next year in Jan '22.

We love Dixie’s Pet Spa! The staff is so friendly and the owner is personable. We especially love that while Millie is waiting to be groomed she is playing with the other pups instead of being crated ????.

If you are looking for a groomer, look no further! I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful the staff was! We called yesterday with an emergency rescue dog and they fit us in. The dog we had was so afraid, matted and smelled awful! They took their time, washed him 5 times and got out all the mats. They were amazing! Thank you so much!!!

I was so nervous to bring my pups to a new place and everyone here was so wonderful! My dogs left happy and smelling so good!

My pom mix went here for the first time yesterday and I feel like I dropped my kid at day care. Full staff, very friendly, clean, and happy environment for the pups. Very excited to have found this gem near home. Groom was one of the best grooms she's had in 6 years.

We really like Dixie’s. They do a good job grooming our goldendoodle and the price is very reasonable. Would recommend the full groom, as the part groom service is only a little less and only covers a couple of areas.

We love Dixie's! The owner is a true dog lover. She is good to her employees and both she and her employees provide great customer service. My fur babies are always clean, cute and happy when I get them back. Also, Dixie's supports rescues and helps with grooming rescue dogs.

Clean place, looks like fun. The dogs seem to enjoy it there. Staff is very nice and good with the customers....our older dog was treated with a lot of patience and love. He looks great as well ???? recommend them

Madev9am appt dropped off at 845 12-1230 called 2 times to check on my dog. No answer so drove for them to not know where dog was at first then told she wasn't ready. Short hair chi mix so bath & nails shouldn't take 5hrs & staff should hv somewhat knowledge of where dogs are. They had dogs all over & the smell was horrible inside. 1st visit was good this 2nd visit didn't make me want to go for a 3rd.

So glad I found this place! Typically I take my dog to self wash places, but I recently had a baby, and I just don’t have time to bathe, brush out, and dry my long haired yorkie now. The staff here was very nice, friendly and did a great job bathing my dog! Will definitely be back!

Cant say enough amazing things about Dixie’s. They took such good care of our pup who’s adult & baby coat had dreaded together. We had tried at home to get rid of the knots and then all of the sudden it exploded and we realized we needed professional help! They sent updates of our fur baby all day letting us know she is doing well, gave us tons of information, and made us feel better bc this apparently happens frequently to new owners to labradoodles. We’ve made a plan of action with them, and will never go anywhere else! Services were top notch which would have sold me on its own, but them going over the top to make sure the owners were comfortable is just a cherry on top!!

I took my dog Fancy up there and she had a lot of socializing with other dogs. When it came time to give her a bath, Fancy had other ideas. Dixie's was so great about handling it and they took care of her and me. I'd recommend Dixie's to everyone.

The best haircuts my dogs have ever gotten. Ive had 2/3 different groomers groom my dogs there and they all did great. My dogs will not go anywhere else. Huge plus that they don't have to wait in crates!

Took in a rescue Golden Retriever that was badly matted and real dirty. I picked up a clean mat free, nice smelling beautiful Golden Retriever. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They did a wonderful job.

Haircut was good, Front Desk takes forever to check you out , told me 3 times , thank you for your patience , then they lost the dogs harness and leash . unorganized !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible Check out process , didn't know exactly what was done , because groomer had left , so i am supposed to guess !! , off to buy new harness and leash . Expensive place all things considered. BEWARE!!!!! So will i get the leash and harness back ?? and i only spoke with one person. wish you were there to address the un organized operation of the front desk person .If i can't get the dogs leash and harness back , just goes to show the real core values of this so called business

I seriously cant say enough about Dallas Nd the team. They are out of our way but so worth the drive. We can drop off our pups in the AM and pick them up before 5. They are never caged and always come home exhausted from having so much fun playing with the other dogs. Prices are reasonable and the guarentee that you are happy is so important. Very pleased.

Best haircuts my dog has ever gotten! I have a pretty nervous Aussie, but they always take such great care of her! We love Maddie to pieces — she is great with our dogs, and my Aussie has never had such an awesome groom. Love this place!!
