Dr. Sharmila and staff are amazing! I have been going to them for over a year and I appreciate how compassionate and thorough they are. We recently had a scare with our 15 yr old shih tzu. He wasn't feeling well and had abnormal breathing. Dr. S immediately started tests to see what the problem was. He ended up having a puzzle piece stuck in his throat. If it wasn't for Dr. S being diligent and informative, we might have lost our dog. Thank you Dr. Sharmila and staff!!

Had a poor experience with this location and it’s sister location, bc I expressed my opinion during service about the price for examination and how one visit it differed from another visit. I am apparently now BLACKLISTED from scheduling and if they do happen to find a time it’s after lunch when no other clients are there. If I call I’m lied to and told that there are no appointments on the schedule, which I know to be a blatant lie bc I have a colleague call and ask for same service at same date and time and magically she is booked, no questions asked! Being a medical professional and a paying customer I find this horrific treatment unprofessional and discriminatory. I find the staff to be rude and the doctor to be even more so. Customer service is everything and if a customer voices their opinion it’s just that, an opinion but for mistreatment afterwards is completely uncalled for!

This vet and her entire staff are compassionate, kind and through I brought my 15 year old lab in who sadly had to be euthanized and although it was traumatic and horrible. The staff and Dr were amazing I truly appreciated all there compassion it was beyond obvious how much they truly did care about me and my sweet baby…

Worst groomer, otherwise a good place but I would never recommend grooming from the groomer here

For grooming this is a horrible place, the first time we took our dog they gave him a horrible haircut. Yesterday we brought him back from a 3 day boarding when we opted for a shower at the end. When we went to pick him up we noticed a cut near his toenail. When asked about it the technician said that she didn’t see it that morning however the doctor said that it was an old injury. Soon after we got home the wound started to bleed a lot.

Dr. Sharmila Reddy (Dr. Chinna) is an exceptional Vet. She takes personal care of our dog (Bruno), treats him well and gives advises and suggestions as if he is her own dog. She is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We had our dog 1 year back and we always have ton of questions about health, growth and food and she answers all the questions with patience. We are so happy with her and her staff. Her staff are so friendly, polite, helpful, and extremely responsive. Whenever I call for an emergency appointment for my dog, most of the times they just say to come in. They are so nice. My dog loves this place and he excites a lot when he see the staff here and jump on over them. Atlanta Animal Hospital is a top-rated facility in all aspects. We strongly recommend Atlanta animal hospital, and this is the best animal hospital around. I will never think about any other hospital or Vet for my Pet. The staff is more than Pet Friendly, they are People Friendly as well!

Was very impressed. A vet visit isn't usually a pleasure trip. But they made me feel like I was the only person, and my boy their only patient. Made sure I knew exactly what was going on, kept me up to date with labs and direction of treatment.

First off, I absolutely love that they show their price list on their website, so you know what to expect to pay prior to your appointment. After seeing that they offer dentals for $300 (includes bloodwork), I called and booked an appt. for pre dental screenings on both of my older dogs. Dr. Sharmila was wonderful-- she thoroughly examined them both. She actually discovered that my 7 year old dog had a heart murmur (which had never been diagnosed by a vet before, even though my dog was examined by another veterinarian less than 2 months ago). A few weeks later my dogs returned for their dentals, and all went very well. Dr. Sharmila called me with updates throughout their procedures, making sure to obtain my consent prior to going forward with any additional treatment (extractions). I would forewarn others though that the $300 dental plan w/ bloodwork that they advertise on their website does NOT include extractions. If your dog ends up needing extractions, you will be paying much more than $300. It ends up that one of my dogs did not need any extractions (so I paid a total of $300 for his dental), but the other one wasn't so lucky (hers was $528 due to 2 extractions). Overall, I am very satisfied with the care my dogs received at Atlanta Animal Hospital...to the point that I've now chosen Dr. Sharmila as my dogs’ sole veterinarian for life. Thank you Dr. Sharmila and to all of your wonderful staff in providing exceptional care to my dogs! A+++

Our experience with Atlanta Animal Hospital has been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Chinna treats our dogs with effective, appropriate care, while not trying to squeeze every cent out of you like many other vets in the area. She has miraculously saved our 11 year old diabetic dog from liver failure, TWICE! We will never go anywhere else!

They were okay didn't solve all my problems though

We are so happy we choose this Vet for our dogs. We take our dogs here for regular baths and anything else...the staff obviously love animals and I always feel good leaving our pups there. Plan to use the boarding soon as well.

The Dr. And staff were very friendly and comforting. They were upfront and honest about treatment options for my aging cat. They also provided great treatment.

We have had nothing but AMAZING experiences at this hospital. They treat our dog with such care and compassion. My dog is wary of men, so he loves having a female vet. Both Dr. Sharmila and her technicians, especially Ashley, are kind, listen well, and make you feel comfortable and most importantly, provide excellent and immediate care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

My dog had a medical emergency and they didn't even hesitate to see him as soon as possible. Very very friendly staff. They helped my boy and were very kind and professional about it. Highly recommend them.
