We had a emergency with our Smokie . We called they answered the phone right away. Their response was bring Smokie as soon as you can. No drawn out questions. Wellspring Animal Hospital took Smokie in and did a X-ray. We were in and out! Our Smokie is healthy???????????? I have never been in a place that take care of animals that is very very clean with no smell that animals have been inside, no evidence at all. Been going for about 8 years. Staff and Veterinarians are very polite and informative. Smokie love this place❤️

I love Dr. Thomas and her staff. They are kind and compassionate and provide excellent care for my pets. I am usually on a tight budget and they never make me feel guilty about choices I need to make. I am always seen in a timely manner, which I appreciate. I love this clinic and trust them completely.

We love this place! They are always so caring and concerned for the well-being of our animals. I had brought in a pet that's a friend of the family. He had been attacked by another dog. They were able to see him the same day and even called me when they had a cancelation so he could be seen sooner. Excellent care, courtesy, and professionalism!

We've always used Wellspring, they are fast but thorough, minimizing the stress on our pet. They are thoughtful, caring and affordable.

Dr. Thomas is the best! With difficult dogs you need a great doctor. She takes great care of all three of my dogs! Murphy thinks he’s going to visit all his friends there.

This was for an unplanned visit for an injury. They were very accommodating in scheduling and didn’t overtreat or over medicate. Good communication and pet friendly.

yesterday my cat was run over and our vet was closed so we rushed him to wellspring animal hospital. we called while we were on the way there and they told us that they only had two vets in the office and that they were very busy and that they couldn’t see him but then they made time for him. i immediately felt how much they care for animals. they got him as soon as we walked through the door and explained everything he would need and how much it would cost while they worked on him at the same time. they were compassionate, clean, organized, and understanding. unfortunately my baby didn’t make it because he was in too much pain but even then the vet was kind and gentle. i’m so glad my sweet boy spent his final minutes in their care because i know he felt taken care of and loved!!! i was very satisfied and will be switching to wellspring for my dogs veterinary needs as well.

I'm so grateful to Wellspring Animal Hospital. They not only love animals, they don't cut corners in their equipment, a lot of what they have is the same thing human doctors use, yet keep the price of service very reasonable. They let you know costs up front so that you can be part of the decision making process. I highly recommend this vet practice.

My appt with my pooch was at 11:10, we got there at 10:50. The lobby was open so we went in. The pooch was nervous and a bit wild. We were taken to our room at 11:15, which was great…right in schedule. But we waited in the room for 50 minutes before being seen by the doc. I do not know if this is common, but it seemed long. The doc was super nice and the visit was awesome. I just think there is a disconnect between the staff that takes you to the room and the timeliness of the doc. That is my only complaint, otherwise a great visit.

The place is beautiful and clean. The vet was wonderful. She was detailed in her explanation, very patient toward our questions, and treated our beagle mix dog fondly. Update: Place is still espectacular and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Their vets, since the beginning, have always lent an ear and have given me some good pointers for my pets health and well-being. Back to the staff, they are very understanding toward my disability and have nicely help me with the transporting of my dogs/cat (parking lot to building, vice versa).

I took my puppy because I was concerned about her being underweight. They did extensive blood work and fecal and I really felt relieved when I left.

I am so very grateful for the staff and doctors at WellSpring! They took care of my fur baby with love and compassion. She had gotten into some toxic meds and right away they jumped into action. I appreciate all that they have done to ensure she receives the best care possible. I will never use Sigman vet again!!! They turned her away in her time of need. Wellspring is my permanent veterinary of choice for all of my pets. Thank you for giving her a chance to live

My family has been taking our dogs to Wellspring for years. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Amos have always taken their time to explain everything going on with our dogs thoughtfully and thoroughly and have always answered all of our questions. All 3 of our dogs have ended up having pretty major issues in their lives, and we have felt confident in the care we have received for each issue on top of the general routine vet care we receive. I would recommend this vet practice to any of my friends in the area.

I've been using Doctor Thomas and staff for many many years and have always been totally satisfied. There's definitely compassion shown and loving care given to my animals at all times. And compassion is also shown to their customers. They are more than willing to come to my car and get my animal for me, as my mobility has become more difficult. ????

Dr. Amis is very kind and truly cares about her patients, Sue and Julia are wonderful also. Dr. Thomas has always been kind as well..and the technicians. I am glad they opened up this location. They have a caring heart for our animals .. Chewbacca and Ella love them I have Been going here for some years now...
