Super nice, super professional, can tell they actually really care

These people are amazing and super friendly. Some of the female staff have odd personality and can be misconstrued as smart Alec, but they are really nice and just think they are funny. As for pet care, you CANNOT ask for better anywhere! They are the best in Georgia

Excellent Vet Services / Boarding Not So Much Dr. Miller and her team have been awesome at taking care of my dog’s health. When I took him for boarding, though, I was quoted one price and then charged nearly double it. Apparently, if you don’t pick up by 12, you get charged a second night fee. I spoke with two different people when reserving and neither one told me this. When I arrived to pick up my dog, the tech on the phone told me $65. When I looked at my receipt after paying, I had been charged $110. I called and got a different person who explained the pick up deadline to me. I can understand mixed messages at times, but there should never be a time when I’m told a total price and charged nearly double five minutes later. Extremely disappointed. Editing to respond to reply: I was scheduled, but the person who made the reservation marked me down for the wrong day. No one told me that there had been any issues with my pet or that there were additional charges as a result. I had no idea until I opened the receipt after I had been charged. That’s just not good business, no matter how good the service may be. Any adjustment to pricing should be explained *before* you run someone’s credit card. Period.

Honestly, the best veterinarian I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and the doctor truly cares about her patients. Dr. Miller calls to ensure the wellness of your pet after the visit. I love these guys and more importantly I trust them with my babies.

Dr. Miller and her staff go above and beyond to take care of their clients and our animals! I have never received the care they have given to my animals at any other facility. They not only do whatever it takes but, give options when it comes to price and treatment! Like most other places of employment, they are currently understaff and over worked and STILL give exceptional service! I will be forever thankful for Miller Veterinary Services!

My pets have received excellent care and grooming for years at Miller Veterinary Services. My oldest dog, Raleigh was grooming only from the time Dr. Miller opened as I felt more comfortable with grooming in a controlled environment with care available rather than the assembly line offered at local groomers. I have always been pleased with grooming. One Saturday, Raleigh my Yorkie mix was limping and uncomfortable even after seeing his longterm vet earlier in the week. I called Dr. Miller and she saw him on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Needless to say, she is now our vet! Dr. Miller also runs a spay/neuter clinic in the fall which enabled my elderly father to afford to have his dog spayed with confidence. This is an excellent, responsive practice.

Best Vet office ever! Dr. Miller and her staff are so amazing and helpful. If she saw humans, I'd totally love for her to be my primary doc! So informative, warm, and they really listen to your concerns and help you understand what's going on. They're super supportive and truly a forever Vet home for my furbabies!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my big Doberman fur babies. Dr. Miller has been my vet for over 15 years and has always given excellent care and advice.

Yesterday was my first visit with Miller Veterinary Services. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Miller and the staff! They were incredibly professional and super sweet. They explained everything in great detail and answered all questions immediately. I will be using this veterinarian and staff from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone that truly cares about their pets’ well being! Thank you all for your hospitality!

My pom Cody loves Miller Vet and so do I! Everyone is professional and they genuinely love pets. Cody is always happy when we pull up (that tells me a lot!) and they always take good care of him. And I will add Morgann is awesome with his grooming. So glad I found them and I highly recommend!

I have been here several times and never had a bad experience. Always very friendly, professional, and straightforward without being rude or condescending like some other vets. They see my two cats and my dog. And have seen some animals I’ve fostered as well, and my bird once for an emergency.

What a wonderful office!! Dr Miller and her staff were amazing when it came for caring for our aging Melvin. They have continued to be be just as wonderful caring for our new puppy Pippa. We have also used their boarding and grooming services and have always been just as pleased!

Dr. Miller came into my life when my dog had a major accident. She and her staff loved on my baby so well and tried everything they could to save her leg. When that didn't work, they amputated and took care of her in the aftermath. Since then I have continued to take that dog, her brother, and my cat to Dr. Miller for all of our yearly checkups and other needs. Everyone in the office are so nice and remember my babies each time they see them. They even say hi when we see each other out in public. I would definitely recommend Miller Veterinary Services to anyone in the Conyers area.

Dr Shannon Cook Miller, Todd Miller and the ENTIRE staff are hands down absolutely amazing. From the front of the clinic to the back of the clinic. They give back to their community.. a few weeks ago they had a low cost spay neuter clinic and I was privileged enough to be able to volunteer for that. Sr Miller is a vet for the right reasons, the love of animals. Todd Miller treats every animal that comes through the door like they are apart of his family. I would not take my 2 baby girls to just anyone.. they are not just dogs they are our family and they deserve the best. If you have not tried Miller Vet Services then you are missing out! They rank a 10 out of 10 on all levels.

Was very pleased about the care and service that my niece dog received.

We have been seeing Dr Miller and her great staff for several years. Our little Bailey loves them and her groomers. We just can't say enough about her and her working family. We would never take our babies anywhere else. I just recently sent my granddog there. Now they see why I bragg on them! They truly care.!!

My husband and I have been taking our 3 large breed dogs (Moose, Kiska, and Sasha) to Miller Vet for years. When we moved to Conyers from California, we discovered their services and it was like finding a new family for our pups. Our vet in California wasn’t nearly as good and twice as expensive as the services we get through Miller so this was a HUGE win for us. We’ve been so happy with Miller’s prices, services, and the attention they pay to our dogs. While we are sad that we can’t go into the office anymore due to COVID, we’ve had several visits where we drop our dogs off and wait outside and we’ve never had any issues at all. We always recommend Miller to all our friends, and we plan to continue going there.

Dr Miller and her team of excellence provide our babies with high quality care every time. We are able to get appointments in good timing. Staff always calls to confirm our appointments, THEN they call in the next couple of days to check on our pups. Although it is sad that we can’t go in right now to be with our babies while they are cared for, we understand the risk to Dr Miller and her team, and we want what’s best for them so they can continue providing remarkable care to their patients! We are so blessed to have Miller Veterinary Services for our fur babies. We will always celebrate the team at MVS, they provide us with more time and life with our precious pets!

They are so professional and caring when treating my pets, and I love how they come out and explain all the details of any issue including things like blood work and x-rays. So glad I found them.????‍⬛????????
