Did not find what we were looking for but it was one of those random items. But the staff super attentative and searched high and low exhausting all efforts. Will visit again!

Same price as Walmart on the Pedigree dog food,..Best part is once you buy 11 bags the 12th is FREE!!! I'll never go anywhere else for my fur babies!! Awesome place

Since the new staff I’ve noticed that the store is less organized and the employees are less willing and knowledgeable on helping with products. The employees at the front are loud when talking to each other and the conversation aren’t exactly what I would call appropriate to talk about on the clock with CUSTOMERS in the store! Very disappointed

Show up on a Sunday to buy a $100 a bag dog food at 5:10pm. Web sight clearly says close at 6. Hand written sign on door saying close at 5. The 2 employees standing at register. Got them to door and explained we drove 45 mins to get dog food and asked if they could help me out. Would pay cash to make it easy on them. Instead smart mouth manager wants to raise voice at my wife. Been in this store many times. Never over 3 people in there .Poor service and uneducated employees. Good job. Will never spend another dime here.

I absolutely love this store!!!!! I get all of my cat litter there and all of the people there are very friendly and I would never go anywhere else.

It was horrible. Whoever groomed my dog, DIXIE, this time, did a horrible job. Her hair is uneven in places, she still has some strands of long hair they did not clip. It was the worse groom ever!! ????! Probably will not be getting groomed there, Anymore! Very angry and disappointed!! ????

Anytime we have gone into the store we are greeted by friendly faces with smiles. They are all extremely helpful. LOVE this place

Alexx, the manager, and all of the cashiers are fantastic and knowledgeable on everything “pets”. My favorite place to go when my kitten needs something.

The lady that said she was the cat lady, helped me get everything I needed for my new kitten. Also out of all of the cat toys I bought elsewhere, my kitten she loves the little mouse the most I bought at petsense.

Enjoyed this store. Young lady behind the counter was really nice and informative. Awesome black cat there that loves to lick you like a puppy! Hope she finds a home soon. Would love to have her if not for my large dogs!

Nice clean store with everything you may need for your pet, all at a reasonable price. Huge selection of high end food too.

Good selection and the girls at the register love pets. Super helpful and will even make special orders. Fair prices so look for sales.
