The monthly cost is great if you are able to utilize the services. This is the 2nd time that I’ve had to wait a month and a half for their facilities to have a vet to perform the services. Each time this happens, it delays the treatment that is necessary for my pet. I asked for a refund of the monthly subscription since there was no vet to service my pet. Of course the answer was no! Please look else where that offers reliable services. My dog can’t get groomed because she needs shots and I’ve been waiting to get the shots that I pay for. Can’t get the shots because again THERES NO VET!

I was visiting from out of state and they were wonderful in getting me in quickly for my dogs ear infection. Wonderful people work there. If there was one near me I would go to them for my pets needs.

Had a good experience with getting my dog her 12 week old puppy shots. I like that they have extended hours on Saturday.

Friendly, Professional, Fast, Convenient, and very reasonably priced! I like not having to make an appointment, and I really like being able to access my fur babies records myself online when needed for boarding or grooming. I am so glad they finally opened back up after Covid shut down and highly recommend them!

So my dog tummy was upset so we took her here on Friday Nov 15, 2019 at about 11 am they took blood for labs and the vet kept saying “I’ll call you tomorrow with the results “ she said it multiple times (almost to the point it got annoying but she wanted to make sure we knew) well here it is the next day and about an hour before they closed and I had to call her. Well turns out the labs don’t do blood work on Saturday so it will have to be Monday before we get the results. She could have called to inform me of this instead of just waiting around until Monday. They are newly open and kinda hidden so it’s not like they were busy or anything.
