I highly recommend this Vet Clinic. I had picked up my sweet cat from a second stay at another clinic after 2 weeks of care. When she got home from another clinic she couldn't even walk and was sicker. They gave her to me in her carrier and didn't make me aware of her deteriorated condition. They said if she's not better by Monday bring her in again. On top of everything despite her needing to be euthanized they still gave her a rabies shot. I spent that next Saturday morning calling all over town to find a Vet that could take my girl to put her down. Gateway was not only very accommodating and took her right

Lisa is an angel she is so sweet and gave me updates on my little puppy as much as I needed. She even came in on her off time on the weekend to make sure they got the proper care they needed! The Vet is also a very nice man and very helpful

All I literally did was call these people to see when they can see my puppy ; the receptionist was breathing hard on the phone as if she didn’t want to help me and had the nastiest attitude. There are people who would live her job & she obviously don’t wan to be there .

I absolutely love the vet! He is amazing and always listens to my concerns and questions and takes great care of my dog. However, the older vet tech is why I'm writing this review. Earlier today my new puppy was bitten and I called ahead because of curbside service. He was gushing blood from his mouth, I was covered in blood from shoulders to arms. Before I pulled in I called the office to let them know I was 2 minutes away. I know its curbside, but when I pulled in the older vet tech was on a cigarette break. I stepped out of my vehicle to get the puppy out. I didn't make any moves to towards the door because the really nice vet tech said she would meet me out by my car. However, the older lady was quite rude and insisted I get back in my car. My puppy was covered in blood, I was covered in blood. I was in panic mode. This lady showed no ounce of worry or care for my dog. She just threw her cigarette and walked back inside. Stephanie, I believe that's her name is a wonderful vet tech and she helped me with everything. The vet called and talked to me and eased my worries. However, this has made me extremely upset. This isn't the first time this Vet Tech has treated someone rudely. She did the same to my sister.

Good prices, but their office is too small and, after repeat visits here, I often disagree with little things the Vet Doc says, like which dog food is best for my dog... little things like that. I plan to take my dog elsewhere.

Gateway has been amazing. They managed to work both of our emergency pups in the same day and the level of professionalism and obvious care was leaps and bounds above any other vet I have seen. You can tell everyone there truly cares about what they do. The staff are the most amazing and kind hearted people and Dr Jones went out of his way to keep us informed, and do what he could for our pups. Lisa gave us great advice on any future pets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The staff is super friendly. Even though it's curbside because of covid-19, it was still an easy and quick visit.

Just peaceful...water is yucky and geese are everywhere, first long walk for my new pup, should have more trash cans however ...

Was told my FIV kitten wouldn't improve or live until a year old (or even more than a few more months.) My cat is now over a year old and has done the opposite. None of the information I was given on his condition was accurate.

Love this place, trust them with all our dogs. Too bad they were closed without notice on Dec. 28th.

They will get your animal on the right track then switch medicines that make it worse like some sugar pills, paying real money here however no results after second visit

Took our dog here for a tumor removal and I wish we never had! It was localized to his right shoulder and they cut him all the way across from shoulder to shoulder which was extremely unnecessary and caused our dog a lot of pain. Then after the procedure was done they stapled the wound shut but didn’t line up the skin on either side so in addition to having a huge scar it took extra long to heal. Finally after we went back to have the staples removed they left a part of a staple in his back! Please do not take your pets here if they need surgery the vet has not kept up with modern procedures and should not be operating on pets.

Since I've been in GA, this had been my"kids" Dr. I'm not crazy about the smell but the service starting with the attendants in front to the vet tech and then the Dr are great. A pleasure to work with, all knowledgeable in their area.

They were awesome! They fit us in the same day, treated our cat great and had a friendly staff!!!

Dr. Jones has been our vet for over a decade... he has been there to help 3 of our dogs from puppy-hood to Senior age. He was also instrumental in rehabilitating some rescue pups with me over the years. Thankful for him.
