Best Vet for cats in Columbus by a long shot !! I am very very picky about my cats health care and Dr.Boon e and his staff take the cake when it comes to cat care !! They have made my trips with my feisty little polydactyl cat and my lovable tabby painless and so stress free. Some of the great Perks for cat families are the Feliway towels for your kitty, treats even the squeezable kind :) which milkshake loves ! Along with a knowledgeable , professional and welcoming staff !!! I will recommend 100 times over. They take care of the fur babies like they are their own. And last but not least I would like to point out how above and beyond they go for their clients : My husband had oral surgery two days prior to the vet appointment, I cannot take anymore time off work and they have to get this appointment for urgent vaccine reasons, my husband has to take the cats and the staff at this office was able to make it to where during the appointment my husband just has to wait in the lobby give them the cats and then take the cats back and leave. I could go on and on about the service and care for pages!!

I made an appointment for my cat who was limping. I was quoted $215 over the phone. Came to my appointment and then was told I had to pay over $600. I asked why I was quoted over the phone that price and not told prior and was told “I don’t know why they quoted you that”. Started tearing up out of frustration due to me not being able to pay that on the spot and now my cat will not be helped and that was the whole reason I was there. Still had to pay the $50 exam fee. Then I left. I called in today now that I have the money saved up and was told I was banned due to how I treated the staff. I have done nothing to the staff but ask why the price increase. This place is awful and not understanding at all. I feel they should understand of all people how one can get emotional over their pet. Completely insensitive people.

We began taking our Goldendoodle, Reagan, here when she was just 2.5 months old. The team here is always cheerful, welcoming and patient with her and myself as we learn to navigate being a puppy and me being a first time dog mom. The staff treat her with all the love and treats and are patient to make sure all of my questions and concerns are answered. If you’re in the area and looking for a great place to love and care for your animal, I can’t recommend this group enough ! Thank you , Double Churches Animal Clinic Staff!

Very welcoming staff and works very well with animals great environment and atmosphere

I candidly cannot begin to express how awesome this practice is. The Drs genuinely care about your fur babies. The whole staff is so good with my dog that she thinks I’m giving her a treat any time I take her. This last visit was to remove a sizable growth from her left eye. Although it was in a tough spot, Dr. Boone handled it flawlessly.

Leia has been coming to the clinic for 10 years. They treat her well, great her when she arrives, and take time to understand her needs. I would not take her anywhere else.

After a horrible experience over at Midland it was nice to see how a vet office should be ran. Every staff member was attentive, caring and above all listened to the customer(us) and treated according to both parties tracking what was about to happen. As a pet owner, our Cavalier is part of the family and treatment should be what the owner(we) consent to. It was exactly that here! The communication was on point and I feel safe bringing my fur baby here. Double Church's is THE place to check out if you're looking for a loving vet.

I called them not knowing if I was having a pet emergency or not. The manager, Jamie, listened to all my concerns and helped me determine whether or not care could wait. She set an appointment for the following day, but gave me numbers to other places just in case. The vet did my dog's new patient visit AND wellness exam at the same time, and called me immediately after finishing. My doggo had to have some antibiotics, and they called to check on her a few days after. Every one of the staff that I had contact with has been so helpful and they really listen to you. Thank you for taking care of my girl!!

They are an amazing vet clinic! I highly recommend them. They are compassionate, honest and want to do the best for your furry family members!

I love the personal friendly experience we get from the employees! They are great with handling concerns and making sure all questions are answered before you leave. I know that when I leave my furbabies they are in great hands and I can check on them or ask questions anytime I need to.

Normally I would visit a place a few times before being able to do a review or have my feel for it, but Double Churches Animal Clinic doesn't even need that. Dr. Boone and all of the staff were so amazing. It was just a wonderful experience over all. They all explained everything to me, all thousand of my questions I had, and then some. They truly care about pets and treat them like family as soon as you walk through the door. Thank you guys so much for being so thorough, patient and informative with me this evening about my Louie and him continuing to be healthy. ❤❤❤

I wanted to write this review to say how much I love Double Churches Animal Clinic and the people who work there. They give very special attention to everything concerning your pet and go well above what I have ever experienced anywhere else. They go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. They are also very compassionate towards the owner of the pet also, I can speak from personal experience. Dr Wiley, Dr. Boone and all the staff that have cared for my dogs are just wonderful! Love them!

Nice people and clean facility

We love DC vets & convenience of being close to Harrus Co. We always want to do what is recommended, but services seem a little high sometimes. Also, we always must wait a while in the lobby & again in the pt room. I'm thinking we dont wait as along for our own various appts. Usually we're the only ones in the lobby & often 0-1 pt room is occupied & checking out & then we go in. I'm Wondering if schedulling might be recoordinated somehow to get patients in & out quicker.
