I have always had a good experience here with my dog. However, today was not the case. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog. The lady informed me that I did not need an appointment for his condition but to stop by the office in 20 minutes to pick up meds and they would also check him for fleas. When I got there, I let the lady up front know that I was there to pick up the meds and to have my dog checked. First, I must say that the atmosphere was not welcoming at all like it normally is. After purchasing the meds, I proceeded to ask for my dog to be checked and was basically told to check him myself after being told they would check him. I brought my dog all the way to their office to be told to check him myself. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable coming from a vet's office. I don't know if I will be returning after this visit.

We love CVMC! Our pups are always taken care of and well loved when we have to board them because we are out of town. We never have to worry. Our favorite is picking them up and hearing the vet staff tell us how they did. We’ve recommended CVMC to all of our family members who now take their pups (4) there for vet services.

The Doctors and staff were excellent with the care of my fur baby..Dr Perella and Dr Polk took such care to make a very difficult time for me better with their time skill and compassion… They love animals

I called trying to get my dog seen and I got a appointment within 30mins. Everyone was friendly and cared for my pup and told me to call back with a verbal follow up. The doctor was supper sweet and I’ll definitely be back!! It’s nice to be around a team that actually loves their jobs

The love and care provided by staff is always appreciated each visit. Please be nicer to them they work so hard for us and our fur babies????????

We LOVE Dr. Parella and the front desk staff! That took in my sick, dying baby when our own vet wouldn’t even look at him. They are always concerned about our furry children and always call them by their names… it is endearing. lovely experience always!

We have been going here for over 20 years and wouldn't even consider changing, even when we moved to Pine Mountain Valley. Everyone told us to use their vets, here in town. We were like no way!! Dr. PERELLA and the rest of the Dr.s and staff have always been top notch and very loving to our fur legged babies. We have lost several to old age and they were so comforting and loving. I've received sweet condolence cards in mail with every staff member taking the time to sign. My Stella Blue just had spay surgery this week and she is healing well. I was worried that she would be sad when there because I'm home all day with her and she's never stayed a night away. My husband said that she came out, tail wagging and heard some of the staff tell her bye! I am blessed to know that my 4 legged kids are taken care of and loved when in their care! ???????? thank y'all!!!

When I rescued my current dog, I initially went to another vet in the area. They charged 3 times what Columbus Veterinary charges. The all-female doctors of veterinary medicine are great! The staff is friendly, even during busy times. Another reason I should have chosen this vet first was the care they gave a pet I was dog sitting who needed surgery from a kidney stone while the owner was in Paris! They worked with her when she returned on the finances. They were not going to let her dog suffer. This is home for my Noah! I love it that they email you well in advance when your dog is due for a particular service.

I was very pleased with the way they handled and treated my Sphynx baby. She means the world to me and they treated her with love. That’s the most important part of vet work, showing you care. Thanks so much.

Draco and Chanel love it here! They have been my "Go Too" Vet since becoming a Dog Owner. I live in Smith Station now and still take the trip too use them.

First time at this vet office and had a great experience with Dr. Perrella and staff.

The staff, technician and Dr Pope made sure that my little Lucy received good care while they did bloodwork and other tests.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The doctor was great! The service was prompt and fast.

Dr. McMaster knows my pets. She knows how much I care about my pets. I’m grateful for the concern she shows. I believe that I can trust her to do everything possible to help me give my pets the best lives possible.

I really like this office, however something has changed and communications of services seem skipped over at times.

These people are ALWAYS on point. My girl, Billie came here in May with intestinal worms because people don't clean up after their pets in apartment complexes. I will tell this to other vet clinics and they will smile and tell me "we can see her in two weeks" which is obviously not an option. Dr. Pope and the rest of the team are AWESOME! They are always prompt and have always saved me with same-day or next day appointments for my dog. Charges are not extreme either, and they always ask for me to follow up. It is so hard to find a good vet, so I'm thankful for y'all!

I Googled all the Veterinarian clinics in the area and nobody would take my 19+ gravely ill cat for Emergency visit. Not even the River Road Vet Clinic where my cat was a patient for a few years (I do not recommend you to go there!) Only Leanne, Starla and other lovely receptionists went out of their way to squeeze us in on short notice. They are WONDERFUL! I will always recommend this clinic because it is not just a business but a beautiful, peaceful and spiritual place where pets and clients are treated with love, respect and compassion. This is a very special place unlike any other I've been here in the U.S.A. or before in Europe. I have no words to express my gratitude to Dr Jo Ann Perrella and her staff. This is the highest quality vet clinic and the safest place where your beloved fur baby will be properly looked after. I am writing this on the worst day of my life when I had to decide to put down my precious 19+ year old Issy I never spent a day apart from. Pain I feel is unbearable, so please believe when I recommend this clinic and Dr Perrella and her staff after only a few hours of losing the only love I had in my life. I am inconsolable and yet so grateful for God sending us an angel, Dr Jo Ann Perrella in whose loving arms my fur baby crossed over the rainbow. Staff is always helpful, friendly, & professional. Dr. McMaster is the best Vet we have ever had. She is very kind & understanding. She is extremely professional, attentive, & knowledgeable. Our dogs seem at ease with her. We won't even consider going anywhere other than CVMC & Dr. McMaster.

Outstanding service, reasonable price for the services required and outstanding Vet doctors.

They saved my baby tiny tim. He is doing so much better. They have wonderful staff. They are down to earth and love animals as if they were there own. My baby had pneumonia and was better within one day. The doctor did get job to the fullest she went above and beyond. I'm so blessed to have met them all.

Can't individually recognize everyone, because the whole staff was more than helpful. We called 13 different veterinarian practices and CVM was the only ones that actually said to bring our dog in.

We found a stray kitten that appeared to have issues walking on a friday evening. Our regular vet couldn't see us Saturday morning, Columbus Vet Med got us in. They discovered the kitten had a broke back and kept her over the holiday weekend. Stephanie, took the kitten home to watch her more closely. Dr. Perella and Stephanie did an amazing job taking care of the kitten and we now have a new family member. We and Coco (the kitten) are so grateful for their compassion and expertise! We have also found a new veterinarian office to care for our two dogs as well as Coco.
