Wonderful staff they were so good to my girls! Highly highly recommend them!!!

They were okay veterinary service but I recommend northside veterinary clinic. Their prices are affordable and there staff is very kind.

If I could them zero star based on my experience, it would be done. They are absolutely clueless starting from the front desk. I was literally told 3 different policies within a 20 minute period. We were scheduled for an appointment next day, arrived to be turned away because of their mistake. Initially informed that we could bring the puppy in. Then informed that the original owner of the puppy had to be present for the puppy to be seen and the new owner would not be able to bring the puppy with or without paperwork as the original owner was on the phone speaking within hearing distance, within ten minutes informed the office personnel could spoke with the previous owner over the phone which had already occurred and treat the puppy. Inconsistent and unprofessional was my experience and I Only went there because the previous pet owner highly recommended them. I would not recommend them at all.

Love the service, and the staff was amazing

Our 4 year old Yorkie was treated for some sort of coughing issue, and had gotte better. We brought her back for a check up and was given the boardatilla in the nose. By a different vet. Our dogs trachea immediately collapse and she went into shock. The doctor wanted us to take her home like that, but we told them that something was wrong. She couldn't breath. She died a short time later. The vet thould have never given her the boardatilla. The vet didn't care about our dog. Our baby.

Great people, great prices, great service. Definitely recommend for those on a tight budget.

Great, friendly and caring staff!

Our first, and probably going to be our last experience with this establishment. We were asked to bring our dog in to be neutered because they had a last minute opening at 8:00 am. We arrived at 8:02 and ended up waiting for over 45 mins to drop off the dog! They seem more concerned about production than personal customer service. We watched car after car of families dropping off their pets and not once did a staff member even come to see if we had our paperwork completed, which we had done within three minutes of being there. We tried to wave and call out to staff members as they were walking by and even honked our horn, all to no avail. When we finally got the attention of the original staff member who checked us in, she apologized and said they were short staffed. When I asked to speak with the vet, her reply was, “he doesn’t come in till 9:30, you can wait longer and talk to him if you’d like!”. I wasn’t about to wait another 45 mins. I just hope and pray that they treat my dog better than they treated me. Bottom line, if you want cheap pet care without any customer service, this is the place for you. But if you care about your pet, time, and good personal customer service look elsewhere.

I being coming here the past few months...I have 8 golden????I bring my 3 olders first and I love it.staf are very nice very profecional.today I bring chikita banana to spay her and it was a great experience.staf was very nice and they were very profecional.thank you guys God bless you!!!see you guys again on Sept for the little!!shalom!

My nieces unfortunately had to have their cat euthanized today, and the doctor and staff could not have been more caring and helpful. Extremely nice and sympathetic people.

The people who work here are wonderful. They take their time you make sure all your questions are answered and take great care of the pets they see.

Amazing service, kind staff, quick and professional!

Loved their vet techs very friendly. Paid 87$ for my cat to be spayed and 112$ for my dog. That's including the rabies shot. Very affordable. You drop your 0et off early in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Any after care after the spay is free.

This establishment is not accepting new pets because of “covid.” My dog is sitting here in pain because her nail is broken all the way down to the quick. She can not walk. So it’s ok to leave my dog in pain all because you’re not accepting clients because of covid? Mean while, at this point in covid, we can take our masks off at tables in restaurants. I’m sick of covid being an excuse for laziness. Fix my dog.

This place was amazing. We had to put our family dog down today. Never easy... but they were so helpful and supportive, they took their time with us and let us say our goodbyes. They had a much more personal approach than I expected. We gave him treats and pet him while he fell asleep. Thank you guys so much for making a hard day a little easier for us.

Very professionally run. The staff is friendly and answer all your questions. Mostly appointment based, so there's very little waiting. There's no entry so you must wait in your car to be served.

Took excellent care of baby

We have used Affordable three times. Twice for spaying surgery and one time for declawing. Have been satisfied every time. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.
