My first visit is for post-emergency surgery follow up to a bite wound. They were wonderful! My little dog received great care, and I'll be back. The doctor cares about the animals, and I think my dog is getting great care. It is a very nice office. I recommend it and say give them a visit.

We’ve been to four other vets in the area. Two have been good and two not so great. We have been extremely happy with the service, attention and prices here. We have an old dog that is difficult to get places and stresses easily. She is a big mess but does great with the staff. It is also super convenient location wise. They allowed us to drop her off for the day to treat some bad hot spots since the available appointment times didn’t work for us and kept us informed. They have gained a permanent customer for our other two pets besides the one they have already seen. So happy to finally have a reliable vet!

Dr. Cribb and his team have cared for two of our family pets. They were always honest, straight forward, gave us all possible options, and supported us. We recently had to put down our last family pet. They were so caring and kind in our hard time. They explained what to expect and allowed us to comfort our pet until the end. I will always trust Dr. Cribb and his team with all my pets. He truly loves animals and wants the best for them.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Cribb and his staff for the love and care they showed to my precious cat and my family. They were always responsive and gave me daily updates on his condition. When he passed they were as upset as me. I would highly recommend this clinic for your pet needs. Vet tried to charge me $600 for surgery on my dogs ear. I was trying this vet out since I had just moved and my long term 30 year vet was 30 miles away. I got a 2nd opinion from my long time vet and she recommended an OTC med that got rid of the ear issue in 30 days for less than $20. The only reason I tried this vet is because he offered a free exam for 1st time clients. In this area a local vet should be booming and have no need to offer a free exam. From my experience with over 30 years of owning dogs this vet is highly incompetent and desperate for customers, my neighbors concur. When they called me to check in on my dog I honestly told them to remove my name and number from their database because I would never return. Do not take your animals here. Go to Crossroads in Woodstock.

DR.Jeff Crib is the BEST around along with Rex and Shonda ! Our family has used him for many yrs. I was taking my sweet Coco ( poodle) to him. He had got sick fast and had to have IV fluids,and a sonogram and bloodwork. Was diagnosed with type 1diabetes and went down hill. We had to say our goodbyes to our furbaby. I had him 2 months shy of 15 yr. Jeff and Rex always showed love for him and was Amazing with him. As we said our goodbye Jeff stayed with us and Loved on our furbaby also. He took very good care of him every time we were there We did have our sweet boy cremated. And brought him back home in a beautiful cedar box. I will recommend Dr.Jeff Cribb and his staff to anyone. They all have a huge heart and passion for all the fur babies. Has always took the time and not rush. Will answer any questions and make sure you understand. They tell you the price of everything with NO HIDDEN FEES. We love them all ! Sorry this is so long.

This Vet works with rescue groups. The Vets and the staff are all very caring towards both animals and people. They take the time to explain processes, procedures and concerns thoroughly. They also patiently answer any questions.

Dr. Cribb, Shonda and the rest of the staff are absolutely phenomenal!! My dog suffers with severe allergies and Dr. Cribb truly turned my boy's health around! I went to dozens of doctors and specialist prior with no hope until I came here. This team goes above and beyond and I wouldn't trust anybody or anywhere else now! Thank you guys so much!

Huge thank you to this office for taking 8 baby possums I found after mother was hit by a car. They definitely came through in a time of need!
