At Persimmon Creek Animal Hospital, it’s clear that the staff really cares about each animal’s well-being. Thank y’all for taking care of our cat, Oish, time and time again. He’s a very healthy senior cat, and we appreciate their involvement in helping us maintain his good health.

From the moment you walk in you will feel welcome. They are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The place is clean & comfortable. Staff is top notch, the Dr. is so nice & gives our pet great care. She explains situations with us that I can completely understand. No up selling just takes care of the issue at hand. Phone calls are always returned within a timely manner of any questions or concerns we may have. My family has used them over the years for routine & emergency situations and have always been given the best service.

I think it is safe to say that most people are dog lovers. Persimmon loves both. When we had to put down our beloved cat Lulu last week, they were very sympathetic. I was so touched when we received a card in the mail signed by every staff member sharing their condolences.

I'd give Persimmon Creek more stars if I could! We have been seeing both Dr. Thompson and Dr. Howton for several years now. They have always treated us and our fur babies honestly, fairly, and competently. I have had some unusual issues with my dogs, and both doctors have always worked hard to get to the bottom of it. The staff are very friendly, professional, and I feel that they really care about my pets. I often joke with my husband that our dogs get better medical care than we do! We highly recommend this vet! Our dogs highly recommend no vet, but if they must, then Persimmon Creek :)

Mixed emotions right now ....I have used them in the past and had been satisfied up until Nov 2019. my dog died there no fault of theirs but feel I was over charged and when I asked about it was told that's the way they code it. The box I got my dogs cremated remains back in was scratched up and no name plate like it said online ..when I inquired about that was told they never get one on any of theirs ..I paid them in full as even if it is an unexpected emergency you better have all the money ..paid as coded to have euthanasia for my dog but he died before I would let them put him to sleep.. and still had to pay for euthanasia as charged on my bill..receptionist claims that's just the way they code it ..I feel I was over charged.

Firendly and bery professional staff. My dog/son Willy was treated like a king.

Told them my dog was choking and that I was only a 5 minutes ride from them, they told me they didn’t want to see any patients because they were closing in an hour.

I could I would give them 100 stars. We have taken in our cats here a lot. We have been going here for 7 years now. And we love the staff. And the Doctors are amazing. I can’t ever thank them enough on all the amazing work they have done. I’m truly grateful for everyone that works there. Always friendly and funny. They are so much about all the animals.

These are some awesome people very friendly. If we lived closer for sure would use them for our fur babies.

Love the doctors and staff at Persimmons. I️ called with a semi emergency situation while simultaneously trying to find coverage at work. They told me to drop my dog off and go to work and they would keep her for the day. I️ was blown away!!!
