Most friendly staff i have seen!!!!!

So happy to have found a new vet in our new town! We so appreciate you getting our dog in quick for our concerns. No other vet has been able to check our dogs ears as easily as you guys did! It’s clear you have quite a way with animals. And we appreciate you tailoring treatment to be just right for our dog. Thank you again! Everyone from the front desk to assistants and Vet was wonderful.

Does it cost money and how much does it cost for a pet to be there?

This is the 1st time that we had been at this hospital. The front desk staff the Tech the doctor everyone was so so Was so caring appreciative Understanding, They went way out of their way to make us feel like we are somebody as we had to put our little girl down.

The best, most caring vet hospital owner ever, Dr. Karl Leurart, and he has a wonderful staff.

Free Home Animal Hospital is where I always bring my Dog. The staff are nice and caring. I don't have to wait a long time for the Vet to see my dog. They call me in a day or two to check on the status of my dog.

This place is the best! The front end people, the techs and Dr. Nunn is outrageously great!

Wow. How incredibly unprofessional this place is, especially to the employees. I can’t believe how rude the office manager is, apparently it’s real hard to call or even text somebody back. I’ve had 2 neighbors that told me they would never be back to this vet and to think I was about to move my Airedale to this place. Thank god I didn’t

Absolutely love this place, dr Karl has been dealing with my 4 babies 3 cats and 1 dog for years, he is so honest and trustworthy, all of the staff are great and kind to our babies and us! I am so glad I found them in our lives!! Thanks a lot dr Karl and team!

Staff was very friendly and the environment of the business was inviting. Had no issues with our visits or the staff. Took great care of our pet and they even sent a card in the mail thanking us and wishing for a good recovery.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. My dog was in addisonian crisis & our regular vet was not open, so we came here because they are close to home & we needed immediate attention. The parking lot was empty & they turned us away ...."sorry we're just too busy....you'll have to make an appointment & come back!" When I explained the urgency, the idiot at the front desk just made a stupid look & shrugged. We went to Hickory Flat Animal Hospital, they were busy but got us in & saved our buddy's life. Free Home Animal is a disgrace.

As for the doctors and vet techs, they have taken care of our pets for vaccines, surgeries, and basic illnesses and treated us and our pets like family. We trust everyone at Free Home Animal Hospital with our pets and are thankful for their service.

The entire staff and Dr. Karl were extremely nice and professional. I was a walk in and a new patient!! They did not hesitate to get me in to see the doctor! The facility was beautiful and so clean!! I will be telling all my friends and neighbors about Freehome Animal Hospital!
