I want to let everyone know what a wonderful doctor Dr. Natalie is! I came to East West Veterinary Hospital looking for a vet for my first 3 rescue donkeys and was thrilled to read her bio that specifically mentioned long-ear equines and rescue! I called for appointment and was amazed I was able to get consultation appointment the very next day, which was day 3 for my donkeys in their new home. I could not have been more impressed when I met Dr. Natalie. She sat (on ground in their barn) and let the donkeys observe her talking to me while she answered my many questions. I called again in the first week because the jenny (mare) had taken a turn for the worse. She came out and took blood work and then contacted me as soon as results came in. It was not good news and although she let me know the treatment options, what they entailed, she was also very straightforward and made it possible for me to reach the hard decision of euthanization much easier with her compassion. Her knowledge and expertise as a Veterinarian paired with her kindness and caring compassion through the most difficult part of animal rescues, having to loose a loved one, has been such a blessing to me. I thank God that I found her, and can't recommend her and East West enough. Tiffany is amazing too, and answered texts and called me while she was on vacation to book a sick appointment, these ladies are excellent at what they do. If I could, I would give them 10 stars on scale of 1 to 5!

Dr Amanda is simply the best! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and compassionate - the best combinations of personality traits! She treats all my animals with respect and tenderness, from my horses to my goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, and even a rabbit one time! She was my sounding board when we went through a horrible experience with our dog being hit by a car and she wasn't even my dog's doctor - but her kindness flows through everything she does and this was no exception. I will be a lifetime client!

Dr. Amanda has helped me over the years with many of our horses at SaveThe Horses where i volunteer. Her medical knowledge and compassionate care are are exceptional. Further, she is very patient in explaining conditions and giving guidance for care. It is a pleasure to work with her. Dr. Natalie, who has recently joined the practice, is a great asset, too. We are happy that she is working with us. She brings many years of practical experience in addition to her veterinary skills.

Amanda is not only our equine Vet, but has also gone above & beyond at least once for one of our dogs. She is caring, gentle & loving to ALL animals. She is also a very good equine chiropractor. Dr. Amanda is reliable & fair w/her prices. We consider her not only our beloved 4 legged family member's doctor, but also as dear to us as "FAMILY".

Dr. Cerniglia and her team are professionals who make most “vet” days fun and interesting. Now that my horses are seniors, we are facing new problems, each one met with knowledge, experience and flexibility to match the horse’s needs. Both are loving chiropractic day. Her love of the horses and her work is obvious. Her communication both at the barn and with follow up is excellent. And....she is almost always on time! And Tiffany? She’s incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and has helped us enormously. Thanks to you all!

I have used Dr Cerniglia twice for our 35 year old senior mare. Both times were emergency calls. Both times she was prompt, but more importantly, she was kind, caring and so, so gentle with Penny as well as us. She offered her suggestions for her care, praised our efforts and was very compassionate in her advice concerning the difficult decision that we will have to make one day. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a horse veterinarian.

I truly can’t say enough fabulous thing about Dr. Amanda and her team. I’ve had a LOT of horses that have needed her expertise so I’m lucky to know her well. Unlike so many doctors, Dr. Amanda takes her time actually talking with you! I have the utmost confidence in her ability to diagnose and treat my animals and better yet, she helps YOU understand what you need to do when she can’t be there. Outside of her skill as a competent vet, she has great communication skills. She’s easy to get in touch with and very easy to talk to! Professional and warm at the same time. Wonderful person. Her staff are GREAT! Tiffany is incredibly smart and knowledgeable as well and to top it off is great with handling horses, especially the tricky ones. Everyone is kind, funny and professional.
