They spayed my niece's cat and did a good job. I will be using them when I get my dogs spayed.

I had my little girl spayed and they was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

Had an emergency and Dr. Hogan and staff took my Oscar right in. Well trained staff and Dr. Hogan is a star in my book????

THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. THEY WILL ANSWER THE PHONES AND IT ALL SEEMS GREAT UNTIL YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR 3 VISITS TO GET WHAT ONE VISIT WOULD HAVE DONE! My kitten Trix was seen by them for the first time on July 29th for having a cold. We rescued her from a storm drain. They said she was to small, 1.9 lbs, to receive any shots or medicine. Only one round of de-worming medicine. So her second visit was august 12th and she was tested for being sick and given that little tube of flea medicine, still nothing to help with her actual cold. (Also didn’t get another “round” of de-worming medicine like they said she needed the first time) She has trouble breathing and can only breathe through her mouth and her nose is always running and she sneezes out lime green snot all day long. I’ve tried to get the vet to help. They told me they would have the vet call me TWICE to ask some questions. I communicated I do not have the funds both times. On the third time calling, they refuse to help without another payment and visit. I have never talked to the vet like I was promised. No medicine or anything as of yet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! ESPECIALLY BABIES.

THEY ARE SO GOOD WITH ALL THE FUR BABIES. VERY FRIENDLY AND NEVER TOO BUSY TO CARE.

Honestly this vet deserves negative stars. She herself might be quite knowledgeable, but it's delivered with absolutely no compassion. The staff is honestly clueless, and made it extremely clear animals aren't a priority or even concern. They also have no mind of dealing with patients that may or may not have mental health issues. Honestly payment is their one and only concern, and it's sickening. I wouldn't trust them with a goldfish.

They really care for your pets.

These folks have no clue!!! Sent my fur baby home in someone else’s carrier, couldn’t find my fur baby so I could pick him up, charged me $500 for no answers, my fur baby died two days later

We had 2 put our beloved American Bulldog, Chance, 2 sleep. They made it as comforting as they could. They were very sympathetic & understanding & were willing 2 work with us on our choice. Even when we picked up his ashes they were so very nice and sympathetic.

They have been amazing and kind and caring every time I've gone they did and do all they can for every pet and look for every way to help.

They have been so amazing I took in a stray kitty she was sick I took her to them an they have been great to help the cali...kitty

I Love this Vet, they have taken care of all 4 of my fur Babies.

Dr Hogans knowledge of small animals is impeccable however her ability to have one shred of compassion for you or your geriatric pet in the most difficult decision of the pets life proves she is only in it for the money. She is rude and disrespectful. Had a 15 year old larger dog in fatal decline, instead of discussing options and comfort for the animal she did no exam to speak of and sent her assistant in with an extensive list of tests equaling over 500 dollars. She was convinced, despite any signs and monthly preventative, he had heart worms. No hacking or coughing, and a negative test within the last nine months. But she was convinced and rude. I don’t need to be cuddled but I deserve a bit of respect as does everyone who comes in to ask for a vet opinion and knowledge. Something she might need to keep in mind.

This team has been great to us and our pet family.

Okay but still looking for a great vet for my service dog and don't even recommend the one out 53 that looks like a barn. I like the doctor across from Walmart but their hours aren't reliable.

Had an emergency. They got me right in when my regular vet didn't have any availability. I really liked them! They were very thorough and the Dr even gave me options for other things

Not pet friendly at all. The waiting rooms consist of a sement bench for you to sit on. My pups whined and cryed. and barked that is not normal for them. Also in the middle of a conversation with the vet just walked away from me... I'm like ok then!! Nice nurses though.

People very nice, a little hard to locate. They work a lot with rescue groups helping pets in need get healthy for adoption.

Friendly and professional. Trimmed my dogs nails for $10. My dog was happy with the place, too.

We boarded our two fur babies for the weekend. I sent there blankets, one baby a piece that they sleep with , treats and food . When I got home to open bag . Everything was as I packed it . My babies was starving and they had to sleep without there babies and blankets. Our pick up time was at 11:00 . 11:20 some one rolls in after coming at 11:10 then leaving . 117.00 we paid and our dogs got shut up and forgotten about.

Nice, clean and welcoming....Receptionist was very cordial and attentive.

Dr Hogan and all the girls there are fantastic! Love you guys, thanks for taking great care of our babies!!
