I was very leary to go to another groomer for my female wooly husky, however I must say I was very impressed with Dillon at the Brasleton location. Very responsive, personable and attention to detail. I will definitely be going back and recommend him.

This place is super convenient for us and always looks clean and well maintained, but they have not been good about keeping their appointments. Both times we've left our dog there, we've scheduled a grooming and pickup. The first time, they didn't groom him at all and we had to schedule a return visit since we had already paid for it. The second time, we scheduled a grooming and pickup and they were 2 hours late. Worse, after a couple hours of calling and leaving messages, I finally drove up to find several people standing around. When I mentioned that I had been calling to the person at the front desk, her response was, "Sorry, it's been crazy here."

Very friendly workers and overall my husky loves this place. I would recommend 100% to other people especially with large dogs

The staff was very friendly and thorough when we dropped off our dog. Also, the webcam was very relieving to be able to check on our dog. When we picked up our dog, he was very happy, clean, and looked healthy. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Our 2 boys stayed here for 3 days when we went out of town and they had a great time! They were very well taken care of. They sent us paw-gress reports daily. When I checked on them on the cameras they were never left unattended. ????

I appreciated the daily pictures I received of both my dogs playing. Both dogs made friends and had a good time! My only complaint is there are not live indoor cameras to watch your dog(s). You only have access to the outdoor cameras and that time to see your dog(s) is limited to only if/when they go outside. Otherwise I can tell they were well loved and taken care of. We will definitely go back!

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help with any questions you may have. The facility is clean and presentable. We love taking our dog here and would highly recommend it to anyone needing to board an animal!! Thank you so much for all you do it is truly appreciated it!!

I am 100% THAT crazy picky dog mom. We recently moved to Gainesville, and we were searching for the PERFECT daycare for our sweet and wild Brittany boy - which for us means safe, clean, spacious, communicative, transparent, and access to the outside all day long. When we finally found PetSuites Braselton, I straight up cried a few tears of joy in the lobby. The staff is next level - they’re kind, intelligent, and they all seem like genuinely great people with good energy. The building is spotless, their organization system is pristine, and the safety of having all clean turf with no toys, rocks, sticks, you name it, calms my heart so much. The dogs have plenty of space to run and play inside or outside, and the outside has ample shade. I watch our guy on the high quality cameras and KNOW he’s having a great time. He comes home calm, happy, and tired! Highly highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for the best care.

Had our dog stay four nights Pet Suites as our regular kennel was full. Beware if it is your first time - you will be charged for Puppy training for every day regardless of the age of your dog. The reservation nor rate page mentions this. …

This was our first experience with our senior dogs. The staff was courteous and the facility is clean. Our dogs appeared cared for and did not immediately run to the door when we picked them up after a six night stay. They even smelled just like the day we drooped them off! Thank you PetSuites! We will definitely return when we need to board!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Puppy Preschool for my 4 mos. old puppy, Louie!! The staff are friendly and show obvious love of animals. The facility is extremely clean!! I would highly recommend!!

First time I've had to board my dog. They took such good care of my furkid! Staff is very nice and handle the dogs with care. Made what could have been a stressful situation for my dog a breeze

We took our pup Hazel there for the week and she loved it....she was very happy when we picked her up seems like she had a great time... wasn't stressed at all. all the folks that are super sweet and when I was called to check on her they were very friendly and willing to go find out how she was doing. Definitely recommend the place ... We will be going there more often maybe a daycare day here and there!!!

My dog got kennel cough after 3 visits, only to find out when she went to the vet they had already contacted pet suites about the large number of cases recently seen. I was advised not to bring her back until they have better cleaning practices. Management is NOT responsive. It’s unfortunate, my dog loved to go.

Our grand dog visits several times a year and we like to take her to Pet suites for a play day. It breaks up her visit and gives her the opportunity to socialize. The staff at Pet Suites it’s always helpful and friendly.

Update: Tried one more time and it goes without saying, the pups love it there. Dropping off my two seemed excited as if they knew where were. Picking up they absolutely were happy and excited. I completely understand I've got high expectations for communication of how their day went, but the fur-kiddos overall happiness and joy while visiting trumps everything. They absolutely seemed to love going. ******************** I wanted to love them so much after reading all the awesome reviews. We usually go to my vets for day play but they're a 45 min drive, so was excited something was closer with stellar reviews. I called a week ahead to confirm my two pups evaluation days and was informed that since I had one under 6 months she would have to be in Puppy Preschool. That they would update the system to reflect day boarding for both so they could rest together during their breaks. Ended up calling the day before to confirm all was good since online was still reflecting day play. The woman who answered was sounded professional and knowledgeable, advised again the system would be updated. 9ne When I dropped them off the next morning sadly it still wasn't updated. When I went to pick them up, I wasn't given any information on how they did, if their temperament was approved and if they are allowed back, if they had fun, were anxious, played, nothing... I ended up emailing and still no response days later. I've taken all dogs I've ever had for day play over the years and I am used to a puppy report card or some sort of feedback after their first day / evaluation day. Shocked this facility didn't offer anything. It's really disappointing mostly because the dogs seemed to enjoy the time there and were happy when I picked them up but the lack of communication has left me not so confident going back. My rating is 3 because the visit wasn't necessarily bad, just wasn't great. Its important to have confidence in whoever I am trusting my furkids with as they are my babies.

My boyfriend and I have a 10 month old Bernedoodle named Rocky. With busy work schedules over the summer we decided we would try out Petsuites in Braselton for doggy daycare and have even utilized them for boarding a couple of weekends. Rocky gets so excited he starts barking as soon as we pull in. Rocky loves going there and is completely warm out by the time he gets home. The staff is all so friendly and welcoming! They now know Rocky by name when we come to drop him off or pick him up. I love how much the staff loves my dog and I can leave Rocky knowing he will be in good hands whether it’s for a couple of hours or a couple of days!

I've boarded my dog with them 4 times. The first few times it was under the Star Bark Inn franchise and the service was great. When I picked up my fur baby, he was happy and healthy. Unfortunately, this is not the case this last time. He was booked with the luxury room with a terrace and bronze level play which means he had access to go in/out of his room and was supposed to have 1:1 play time. Once we got him home, his bark was completely gone and it still is after being home 3 days which means now he needs a visit to the Vet since it may be kennel cough. Additionally, he came home with diarrhea (there was no change in his diet as I supplied all of his food and treats). I'm very disappointed and will not be boarding my fur baby at this establishment anymore.

This place gives such a great level of comfort leaving our dog for a day, night, weekend- whatever. The staff is always friendly and caring for the animals.

We were so happy to find a place where we felt at ease leaving our spoiled puppy.

Dog boarding was great, no problems with feeding, playtime, or care provided. A week stay. The people knew our dog well when we picked him up. However, I paid for a nail trimming and the Furminator treatment to reduce hair shedding. They only cut a few of his nails and said they didn't do the rest because he didn't like his paws being touched. I know this, that's why I paid extra for the service. I also don't think they groomed him as advertised as he was shedding profusely when we picked him up and at home. The cost for these extra services was not worth the money charged.

Buddy is a Saint Bernard and loves going to puppy pre school. We have been taking him for about 2 months now. Their customer service is amazing and the girls in the front are always super happy to see buddy. The hours is a reason I picked this place because I am in the medical field and the hours can be tough to work around.
