I walked in 30 minutes before closing with no appointment and have never been there before, and they immediately saw my dog. They were very professional and understanding. Very reasonable prices as well. I was very impressed and will make this my new vet.

Lando had a good vist

There was a very sick cat in my subdivision. I sometimes work with some animal rescues and put out several calls and I was told that I would have to pay the vet. I took the car here and the doctor came right out and took the cat back for care. I was not charged and unfortunately the cat had to be euthanized. I think the vet there was absolutely wonderful to help stop this cats pain. Wanted to thank them for actually caring about the animals brought in there and for such an immediate response

This is a excellent place to get care for your pets . The receptionist name Heather was very helpful and polite to me ! I would recommend this vet to anyone because of the service I got from them !

Owner very hands on and knowledgeable. My dog(s) will always be treated here. The service was amazing and I walked-in on a Saturday. Pretty great staff also.

We had the misfortune of having to put down our 19 year old pupper. She had gotten too sick. The staff at Chateau Animal Hospital were all very empathetic and accommodating. The doctor and a nurse came in and told us what to expect, asked us if we were ready and then helped take off the little shirt Dinky was wearing when we couldn't. They allowed us all the time we needed afterwords. I'm very thankful for how courteous they were. But I hope to never go through that again (even though I likely will as I still have animals at home).

They are very good for your needs if we had to put my dog down today my little baby and they were so sweet and they were so nice so accommodating to the process that we have been going through they're very good people I would recommend them to anybody

A wonderful vet, very kind and knowledgeable! They love my little one and he loves them (until he gets on the examination table, that is, but that's his problem and they always handle him very delicately and try to put him at ease)

Delightful and caring staff, prompt service, clean waiting area and exams rooms and overall the best vets in the area! Also love Bethany, the awesome groomer????

We moved to the area recently and loved our old veterinarian so we were nervous about finding a new one. Chose this place due to the hundreds of positive reviews so I felt the need to contribute mine as well! We have been here twice already for 2 separate issues and have had excellent experiences both times. The front desk and vet techs are so friendly and helpful. We have had no issues getting an appointment pretty quickly even for non emergent reasons. They are open 7 days a week which is always helpful. Dr. Betteker was thorough and kind. The cost was much less expensive than our old vet and they even printed out options for where to get the medication cheapest. Very satisfied to have found this animal hospital!

Friendly vets and technitions but front desk needs to be replaced, long wait times, never ever return phone calls, front desk personnel cold, and didnt care if I went to another Vet, so I did Best Friends Animal Hospital.

I highly recommend this place for vet and boarding services!! I have been an on and off (off because I moved but still use the boarding service) customer for 10+ years. They have never let me down. When we used the vet service, they were great. When I use the boarding service, my dogs come home happy like they were on vacation, too.

My experience with Chateau Animal is always good.the Staff is always pleasant to be around and show the care for you and my furry friend Mila.Dr.Betteker who seen her today was very thorough getting down to her problem.he has been my Vet for over 20 years.????????

I can't say enough good things about this place, today was first visit because my vet couldn't see him yesterday and the staff and doctor are extremely awesome. I have definitely found my new vet, I'm so grateful for them seeing my baby today. ❤❤❤

Decided to transfer my cats here and it was a great choice. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they were great to the cats and my husband and I. Super informative and answered every question/ concern I had about my fur babies. I will continue to come here for future vet visits.

Amazing atmosphere staff and location

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place almost killed my dog. She came in with stomach issues later diagnosed with coccidia. She stayed the night there and was given steroids that were not needed and almost killed her. This place is only about money and will find any reason to add additional charges. Please do not come here!

I cannot begin to explain how nice it is to have found such caring group of professionals. I always feel comfortable being there and knowing my boys are in good hands. Getting a phone call after every visit to make sure they are doing well is just a cherry on top.

I’ve been taking my fur babies here for years and they have taken such great care of them! Every person that works here is wonderful and cares about the animals!
