My daughter took our dog who is terrified of getting nails done. Better than Petsmart

My pup loves going to Beaufort Dog. They know her well and always make sure she has the best time. I also love that they know exactly who I am when I walk through the door. Highly recommend them.

We take our labradoodle to get groomed here and she is always done in a timely manner. We even used them for boarding the pups last weekend and they did a great job!

They were able to do an emergency groom for my doodle while we were camping at the beach and they did so great with him! I appreciate their handwritten note telling me about the groom and recommendations for maintenance!

Overall they were great! We were traveling for our daughter's graduation in Parris island and they were quick to accommodate us with our little Patches.

Would not recommend. To start, this place needs some major up keep. The parking lot floods horribly, the outdoor kennels are poorly maintained, the kennels have holes dug between each other, and the 'agility' board is rotted. I'd guess about 90% mud and the little grass they had was mainly weeds that desperately needed cut. Wouldn't even recommend daycare or boarding due to the lack of up keep to the facility let alone the obedience classes.  We signed our puppy up for the basic class and having previously done dog training with our other dog at another location, the expectation and reality of this place was a nightmare. The first day I was told 630 by the young lady up front when registered the day prior to find out it started at 615. It rained the day prior so we had to walk through ankle high flood water to get to the training session out back since they locked the front doors at 6. The class only went till 7. Her dogs who she trained were out there tied to the back kennel. She used them as an example of what to do and yea, didn't work. The male growled at the other dog parents each time they walked by and the owner insisted we go give them a treat and try a trick. No thank you. Week 2 it started at 615 and ended at 645! Same scenario with their dogs again. To add, due to the holes between each kennel out back, a dog escaped through two kennels and ran wildy until caught. Week 3 it rained so the training was canceled and she told us to do tricks with our dog on video and send it via the app. Worthless. Week 4 we stopped going. Save $250 and watch dog training YouTube videos at home. You'd be in a better environment at home, out of the mud and away from bugs, and would get a better outcome then going through here.

Girls were great!No Hassle in and out.And very friendly.

Scheduled a boarding appointment for 1 night stay along with a nail trim. Scheduled it online to drop off at 7am and when I received the confirmation call they confirmed it too. Drop off day came around and no one was there and we couldnt drop our boys till 9, because they dont open till then. Finally when we were able to drop them I explained the whole booking and they apologized for the miscommunication, which was fine I get it. But then when we went to pay for our booking the same day we had to be refunded $85 due to the “button getting stuck” and charging us an extra $85. Again fine I get it tech has a mind of its own. We informed them that we had already fed our boys and gave them their daily CBD calming treats and left food and the treats with them (there was at least 4 days worth of treats in there). When we came to pick them up the next day, their nails hadnt been trimmed and so the girl took them back because no one “left her a note” to do it. As she was trimming my youngest boy I was looking at my oldest boy and noticed some (3) small maybe a dime sized (tad smaller) cuts/bites on him and fur missing. One on his face and 2 on his body. When I asked they said that he was only ever with his brother and never around other dogs (but when I booked I was told they would absolutely be around multiple dogs). But they said “it was only his brother and we never heard them yip or anything when they were together so maybe they were playing and got too rowdy”. With us being home I was checking them out some more and when we went to go pet our oldest on his head and around his ears he yipped and barked which is not normal for him. Looking at him some more his ear has 2 spots of missing fur, a small cut and he keeps holding it back. I am upset that he came back with all these injuries and we will be seeing a vet tomorrow but I know that these arent from his brother because they never go for each other’s faces and if they were as supervised as they were claimed they would of 100% heard him yip about his ear because we barely touched it and he was vocal. We wont be returning and I dont recommend boarding your dog(s) here.

Worse experience of dog training I ever had. My 3 month old Havanese just got attacked by 3 dogs that the staff left out of the cage, they have no control over dogs, no leashes are used to when dogs are being picked up, they keep on jumping on you. Out of control. Instead of her taking them back to the cage she had no control of the dogs. Horrifying and traumatizing experience. Would not recommend this place, would not want anyone to experience what me and my 3.5 years old experienced.

Great doggie day care very reasonable

We were traveling to Beaufort, SC for two weeks with our dog. Beaufort Dog was recommended to us by a local. Our dog is a little "skittish". We brought her by, went over the type of dog she was, what she liked, etc. The first day we left her for 4 hours. And every day thereafter she was happy to go. One day we left her for all day. She came home happy and tired. And even though she's shy she made friends quickly. The staff was great. The place was great. Clean as well. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming staff, eager to please and knew who my dog was. Inside is always clean.

The first time we took our sweet puggle here was when we moved here because we thought she would do better here rather than being cooped up in a hotel. We were running late due to traffic, and they worked with us. Beyond that, she has a great time every visit, whether it's for boarding, daycare, or grooming.

The owner of this establishment is completely unprofessional and the employees are rude. While I came to the owner with a complaint about one of his employees, he laughed in the phone and kept cutting me off the whole time and wouldn’t let me speak or even finish my sentence and was just super rude to me the entire time. If you’re looking for a grown man that acts like a child, this is the place for you!!!! I will never be back. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Beaufort Dog helped me turn my pup into a mature dog that behaves better than most people's children. The staff gave me the tools that I needed to train her. The most common misconception with dog training is that people expect a dog to go to class then magically become a trained master piece. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK!!! The staff guides, instructs, and grooms the handler to become a better canine owner. I am a firm believer that there are No Bad Dogs only bad owners!!! Go see Mrs. Kelly to become a great owner and help make your dog the next puppy prodigy!!!!

Boarded my 2 pups for a week after Christmas. Was pleasantly surprised that they had openings, and then when our dates changed due to illness, they adjusted our schedule with no problems. Pups came back happy and excited. I think one of them even learned how to play, although she is back to her "don't touch me" self now. Will definitely be going back.

They were able to get my Bear in on last minute call today. They did a great job on both Bear who needed a to be shaved/bath and Cleopatra who needed a bath.

We never boarded our puppy here. But we put our dog in daycare all the time and we feel completely at peace when we do. Molly & Emma make it so easy for us to leave our pup with them every time, which I am greatly grateful of. This was the first daycare place we had our pup with and we will be back for many more days to come. Our puppy is always happy to go in and come out. And that’s the most important thing in looking for daycare for pups. Thank you for being a reliable neighborhood dog care facility!

This was our first day of doggie daycare Sal and Vinny Baron really seemed to enjoy themself and came home very hungry and tired now will be able to have a quiet evening together.

My dogs love to go on vacation here!! Can't say enough of how well the whole crew takes care of all of the animals in their charge.

They take great personal care or my dogs when I travel. When I pick them up, their happy to see me, but not racing for the exit.

Brought my Pomeranian in for grooming. In advance, I specified a trim, and sanitary clip. I almost didn’t recognize my pup when I picked him up. Looked like his body had been shaved at approximately 1/2 inch. He seemed happy though, so I feel that they treated him well. We won’t be back.

I got my dog groomed here and they didn't blend anything out. I asked for a teddy bear face but the groomer didn't know how to do that, instead of letting me know they just chopped away at her face. I wouldn't bring my dog back. On a positive note my dog seemed to have enjoyed herself and they do military discounts.

My pup loves to come here. When I pick him him up, he seems like he's got great stories to tell. He really loves the two girls that work in the afternoons. I have only used them as a daycare for him. For the amount of animals they watch, they keep up after the place pretty well. They offer military discounts, and a couple of high quality dog food products. If you've got a socialized dog that can use a few hours of play time, bring 'em in here.

I cannot recommend this doggy day care enough! Awesome staff and owners. They treat your dogs like their own and give updates about your dog every day. Very affordable, and a must for those who work full time. My Golden Retriever sits by the door waiting to go to day care every morning to play with his friends.

This is a great place!!! Me and my dog felt welcomed from the first time we walked through the door. They truly love dogs here. Every day I got a nice update on my dog. My dog spent three weeks here and I would definitely bring my dog back here again!

My dog enjoyed her three day stay! I'm thinking they need to use an enzyme solution on the floors for the urine as there is a stronger than average odor when you walk in but the facility looks clean. They have a great system in place where they introduce dogs in stages to prevent bad doggy behavior!
