Paradise Kennel has been our preferred Groomer for about 30 years. We have tried a few other places over the years, but no one has ever been as good or as consistent. They have a very professional staff. they only think I would say is if you need an appointment on a weekend don't wait it till the last minute because they are very busy

We boarded our dog here for about 5 days. They didn't feed our dog the food we provided them and did not let her out to use the bathroom regularly. When I picked her up she was sick with kennel cough and was constipated from a change in diet and depressed. When she got home she went straight to her kennel and would not come out because she was not feeling good. They also didn't feed her the morning before we picked her up so she went approximately 15-18 hours without eating. Coupled with poor customer service I cannot recommend this place to leave your animals. If you still decide to leave them here, refuse the grooming session upon pick up to see the condition of your animals.

After picking up my dog after just a WEEK in the kennel, he has lost SO much weight. I can see his bones very clearly he's so skinny..

Lady at desk was kinda rude. Dog smells like feeces when it comes to pickup from boarding.

Paradise is amazing! My pup won’t let anyone use a Dremel on his nails, but the staff at Paradise made it happen without a struggle! They are able to squeeze us in on short notice for nail trims, and the staff could not be nicer!

The staff are very friendly, and professional if they don’t have the answer they will get it for you. They also show affection to your animal as if they truly care. The only complaint I have is the vet there has a not so warm and fuzzy personality which I feel could turn people away. At first I thought maybe it was use because we have a older dog that he had to muzzle because she shows her teeth and yes I totally understand that but I told him way. She had recently been run over by a car and spent weeks in and out of the animal hospital in North Carolina . She is just scared and probably always will be. He has never tried saying here name or tried just talking to her. That’s not all we also have a Yorkie that’s as sweet as sweet can be and the Veterinarian there doesn’t talk to or treat him any different. Both My husband and I noticed how cold this vet was. But don’t get me wrong he has always diagnosed both our pets correctly and right on with any issues. Their also a little pricey on some services, but I think all vets are over priced because they know we love our pets and have no choice but to pay.

I have left my 2 dogs there a few times for boarding. They felt comfortable going back with the staff and were happy and healthy, and not to mention so excited to see us. I did see a woman leave a review that her pets are house trained and would not go in the kennel. Mine are the same, but I can tell one of them held it for quite a while. When she got home she pottied both several times. She was fine and survived. It’s not Paradise Kennels fault. I would never blame them. My girl could have went if she really had too This saying. I would definitely keep using this place and would recommend it to others.

my GSD seemed very content when I picked her up. she loves to play rough and did not appear to have any issues while there so it seems they do a great job and the pricing for over a weekend is pretty darn good.

Called two weeks ahead to make an appointment for three cats to be groomed. On the phone I stated to the girl twice that I did not want to leave the cats, that they are feral and I wanted to have them done immediately while I waited. She stated twice that that would not be a problem as long as I showed up at 09:00. I showed up at 08:50 and was told that I could pick them up at 14:00. I discussed with the girl the conversation I had on the phone and was told sorry that they couldn't do that. It's extremely difficult to corral three feral cats to bring them there and extremely stressful on the cats as well which is why I made sure it wouldn't be a problem before I arrived. These people showed zero compassion about the situation and they can't follow simple requests when you make an appointment. I wouldn't trust them with my pets. I do not plan on ever returning.

Mr Donovan and his staff was the greatest. They gave us all the time we needed and was very compassionate and very understanding of our need. They went above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend this establishment to anyone they are wonderful. I can’t thank them enough.

They always take care of my furbaby! And they help me on crutches! I love them... And the prices are reasonable! Grand people!

I take my husky and German shepherd here for grooming every few months and they just ALWAYS do such a great job. They come back so soft, smell wonderful and are probably 5 lbs lighter from all the deshedding. My German shepherd is also an anxious wreck anytime we leave the house but seems to be happy here and like the employees. I board here as well and they allow my dogs to stay in the same room together.

We boarded our dog for the weekend and when we picked her up she didn't show any signs of distress. That makes us one happy dog parents.

My Sophia passed away unexpectedly yesterday afternoon about 5:10. I rushed home and phoned them on the way to ask about cremation services. They were closing for the day but said to bring her on over, which we did. Donovan was very kind and compassionate about the entire process and called us back within a couple of hours to retrieve her. Donovan [provided the utmost in customer service and I would recommend them for all of your pet needs. 5 STARS!! Thank you so much for all that you did for us and our fur baby Sophia. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. My 2 dogs were taken here while we went on vacation and when we picked them up, the had poop on them & were disgusting & dirty. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal & we made the employees clean them up before we could put them in our car, because they were absolutely filthy. They look like they had been neglected. Awful. :(

We have taken our dog, Lady, there multiple times! Every time has been great she gets a bath and her nails clipped. 5e people are friendly and Lady who is usually very very shy has really warmed up to the people and the place.

Great place to take your pet for grooming and boarding.

You can tell that the staff truly love the animals there. They know you by face and the are the most affordable that I have been able to find so far.

I had my 2 year old Shih Tzu, Sadie, groomed today. Ansley was her stylist. Didn't she do.a great job!

Take great care of our dog, and he is so clean and good smelling when he gets his bath before pickup.

We board our dogs here all the time and have had nothing but great experiences. Our dogs are rescues and a bit “high maintenance”, but the staff here is very accepting and always seem happy to see them. One of our dogs has severe separation anxiety and crate anxiety, but even he does not ever seem to mind being dropped off here! They have always been very accommodating and in some cases have gone well above and beyond.

My 7 year old rescue 60lb puppy had excellent care for 50 days. She was so happy to be home. Once she discovered her favorite toy, she zoomed around and used her toy like a pillow.

It was our 13 week old puppy’s first time at this kennel. When we picked him up after two nights, all 4 paws were covered in poop and he was shaking and whining for a full hour afterwards. Will not be returning.

My dog was there for two weeks came home sick throwing up blood vet comfimed she has hook worms and contacted from other animals there he will not being going back to that place just horrible his personality was different he was skittish when I picked him up

Nice Place, grooming prices a little expensive though.

I went on a vacation out of the states and needed a home for my girls. This was their first stay in a kennel and I am very pleased. My four legged babies were so happy and healthy upon my return. Their stay was 10 days and the staff took very good care of them. Thanks Pet Paradise, this will be their home away from home. Vickey
