I absolutely love Dr.Iverson! He was great with my kitten Star. Everyone is very friendly and professional, I would not go anywhere else for my pet care.

They took excellent care of my cat when I brought him in for an emergency visit.

We jave been going to HAH for 50+ years. The staff and docs ALWAYS take great care of our furbabies!

They forgot to bathe pet.

Great and friendly staff, reasonable prices and the vets are great! All my questions are answered and the quality of service is what I value most about any vet office. I love the communication through email and the deals that happen pretty regularly so that I can stay on top of medication for my dogs. And if you're looking for great exotic vets, this is the place! I trusted the information and checkup for my guinea pig and they helped me understand how to properly care for him as a first-time furry potato owner. ❤

This group has ALWAYS given 110% to my pets. They've treated 2 of my pets that normally would not have survived , and they lived full lives afterwards ! I live in SC. & it is absolutely worth the car ride to receive top-notch pet*.( care ! UPDATE ; It is a year or so later & my pet is doing very well . Thanks to the great staff at Highland Animal hospital !

Dr Walker and the vet tech were so kind and compassionate as my pet whined and fussed during her nail clipping! They really put me, the pet owner at ease. Dr Walker also went the extra mile and printed out information about the orthopedic condition that my pet has and explained that he does not yet recommend surgery. Our family has been taking our pets to Highland Animal Hospital since 1988. They are a wonderful bunch of doctors with helpful staff!

I come from Ind. 5yrs ago with my 7yr old iguana and felt God led me here for her care. I loved the whole staff. So friendly and caring. Recently the place was sold to another group and most of the front desk staff has left. The doctors were still there. This new staff and manager treated me badly. It was as if they had a color problem. I could never get appointments or no one would answer phones.. This new mag was really nasty as she took care of her baby in office. I would see how attentive they were to whites and helpful but to me it was big dif. I was a good paying and friendly customer and did not deserve what I got. I left with my dog (my iguana passed cancer long before they took over) and got him another doctor, only because of their actions towards me, I feared for my dogs health. Was such a good place but now a pick and choose place and color is important

I have been using Highland Animal Hospital for over 25yrs and I just want to say how loving and caring they are(Staff & Dr. Walker, Dr. Iverson & Dr. Bain) they love what they do & they love your four legged babies.I wouldn't choose anywhere else. After a pregnant hobo cat hopped into our car, we scheduled a wellness visit at highland. They answered all our questions and helped me figure out how to get her healthy and prepared for sterilization. Great service. Also, anyone want some kittens?

Dr. Walker and Highland Animal Hospital have been the veterinarians for my cats for nearly 20 years. Excellent service, caring vets and staff. Post-COVID upgrades to their communications systems, e.g., interactive online site, have let them be even more responsive!

Highland Animal Hospital has been there for my furbaby for the better part of the last three years, even though my girl is less than friendly to strangers. The staff handles her in a courteous and professional manner EVERY TIME. Also, they treat me with kindness and understanding, which keeps my girl calm[er] than she would be otherwise. My girl was a rescue at about 10 weeks old, and she was never socialized because of where we lived while she was a pup. That said, every member of Highland Animal Hospital has taken steps to ensure we have the care she needs. Rather than declining to see her because of her anxiety and aggression, she is cared for cautiously and tenderly. I could not have asked for a better group of professionals to love and care for my four-legged furdaughter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring group of professionals that genuinely LOVE their patients and what they do!

Very compassionate people would go there again. Had an emergency and they worked us in. They were a blessing.

I wouldn't call it a hospital, my 2 month old kitten was having a seizure and they told me to drive 50+ miles out of my way, when they didn't close for 45 minutes. I'm sure they are good people, but this was definitely a let down for me.

The only place I will take my car for service

So disappointed ! I have been with them for years with my lab, Maybelle and all was great ! My how things have changed !!!I have a 5 year old cat named Riley who has a fever and not eating since last Friday . I tried to get her in and was told to call back today which is Monday!! I started calling early in hopes of taking her in and was told I would have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday ! I can’t wait, my cat has a fever and is lethargic. So now I’m looking for an emergency clinic ! I was unhappy and told the person who answered the phone that we would not be back ! She happily asked where to send the records so I guess they don’t need my business ! In all fairness , they were great last time we were in for a surgical visit . Getting in to see the vet is the problem here ! I understand being busy , but this is an emergency, to me at least !

I've only been here twice so far with my pups, but both times the staff were very nice and informative about whatever we were doing with the doggos. One of my dogs is very hyper and hates the vet but they were very patient with her!

Nice people, good service for my dog that was limping on his back leg. Got me in for a quick unscheduled appointment the same day because non were available.

I tried calling them repeatedly for an emergency with my dog and they would not answer. When I showed up to the location they turned me away even though my dog just got hit by a car and needed immediate assistance. I was in shock and distress thinking about how they could call themselves a hospital yet turn animals in need away. I’m disgusted. If I could give them zero stars I would. Find another location who actually cares about animals in need.
