Terrible time getting my dog spayed here. Got my dog in September of 2019 and had her spayed at heartsong sometime in the spring of 2020. Found some blood in July of 2020 and realized she was in heat. There is enough uterus tissue left to release the hormones to put her into heat. Now my two options are to 1), let it be and risk her getting a stump pyometra which is an infection of the leftover tissue, an emergency that if not treated quickly could kill her. Or 2), put her back into surgery ($3000-$5000) when she’s in heat and hope a more qualified surgeon can get every last bit out. Do yourself a favor, spend alittle extra money and go somewhere else. I’ve spent more time and money on this one issue than i should have. By the time it’s said and done, this issue will cost me about what it would cost to treat her for an entire lifetime of check ups. I reached out to heart song when it first happened and received very little sympathy, they actually said they had never heard of this before. No dog should have to go through this surgery twice.

My experiences with Heartsong have always been positive. I unfortunately had to put my dog down in May, but am hoping to get another fur baby in about 2-3 weeks. I can't wait for a most welcome puppy lick on my face!!

I would LOVE to know the updated hours. For two days straight I’ve arrived before 2pm “the listed hours on the window is 8-2pm”, with them being closed. The answering machine makes no mention of modifies hours, only that they are continuing services while awaiting another in house vet. So, in the meantime, what’s the deal? I need preventative medicine for my pup.

Good Price for Service and Heartworm Meds.

Not the best vet I've taken my dogs to ???? they over charge ( charged extra when my dog was .2 over when it came to weight) the care is very minimal for the animals. They can't seem to get information correct even when phonetically spelled out. ???? we won't be using them ever again for any of our other pets.

I love the people there. They are very careful and professional i recommend taking pets there. ????

BEWARE!!! The owner is a very disrespectful lady and very rude to her staff in front of clients. She yells at them in front of clients which is very unprofessional. Her staff is excellent and they do a great job with the pets. They are so loving. The vet Dr. Logan is exceptional with the pets and making sure each client is taken care of. I would just deal with the veterinarian instead of the owner personally. Make sure that you're not being over charged as well.

Small very minimal clinic but staff are nice and can't beat the price for sure.

Heartsong isn’t just a spay and neuter clinic. In fact, they are a full service veterinarian clinic. Who knew?

Today at 3:30, I dropped by to pick up flea medicine for our 3 dogs. The building looked dark but it was not 4 pm yet. The older lady tells me that I’ve already counted out for the day and we are closed due to not busy. If you post a time, then you should go by that time. Just because you’re not busy is definitely not my fault. Very rude and very unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Very disappointed customer???????????? Nita Columbia County

Heatsong Spay Neuter Clinic is awesome. They take care of every one of my pets including my house bunny. They are friendly and passionate about the animals.

I’ve used Heart song Clinic for several years. I find the staff kind, caring, They love on my fur baby, talk to her, which calms her down and she try’s her best to be good, but listening is NOT in her forta! I love her but I’ve NEVER had a dog that is sadly UNTRAINABLE, at least by me or ANYONE that’s around her!!! I’ve had her 3.5 years and I stand for the staff and new Veterinarian. I thought the staff did an excellent job keeping the clinic open with suddenly no boss! I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting/knowing him. I applaud the staff for handling the shock and pain they experienced while mourning the loss of a loved one and the man that kept the doors open! They held on to frayed rope and stuck in there until the new Veterinarian arrived. I met her once and liked her a lot. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances. Thank you Heart song, staff and Veterinarian. I appreciate you being there for those of us with fur babies that at times need your care, understanding, patience with owners and animals and especially your reduced pricing! My personal opinion is YOU ARE NEEDED AND A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO AUGUSTA AND THE WEST SIDE OF OUR AREA, MYSELF AND MY FUR BABY.!! SENDING SHOWERS OF BLESSINGS TO THE STAFF AND CLINIC TODAY AND ALWAYS ????????♥️♥️????????‍????

Great experience having all four of our pets (3 cats, 1 dog) spayed/neutered here. They were sent home with pain meds and have all healed up nicely with no issues. Would recommend!

Got the Daisy baby spayed for 256$!!! including a laundry list of other services, like rabies shots, heartworm prevention etc. Absolutely professional service, drugged her up so she wasn't in pain, and gave her a nice little cone too ????.

I'm livid to say the least. I took my cat in to get neutered at 7 and was told he can be picked up at 9. When we returned they had given him two doses of anesthesia to calm him but said his alone was too high to neuter him or give him his rabies shot. They did however provide us with tips for when we reschedule him to "hopefully" prevent this next time. As if! BUT it will keep me from EVER recommending them or going back is the fact that they charged the full amount anyway and didn't even do anything. Stated it was because they spent 45 minutes trying to get him calmed and sedated.... If that were the case wouldn't it be feasible to assume you would call the owner and explain what is going on instead of charging the full amount upon my return for absolutely NOTHING!!! I find that very unprofessional, to say the least!!
