My dog doesn't want to leave. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I’ve brought my golden retriever here a few times and am typically happy. I was originally referred by a close friend who has brought her goldens here for years. I picked him up today and he had a chunk of the top of his ear cut and it was very obvious. There was no matting which he occasionally has behind his ears which they did not have to touch. The owner called me directly and argued with me for all 5 minutes of the conversation, was unprofessional, did not listen just defended the groomer (which I was polite and nice and had nothing bad to say about the groomer only the situation). I am so disappointed and actually disgusted by her response and attitude. Unfortunately I will not be back. It was a place I would drive 45+ minutes to go to because they previously did a good job and the drive was worth it. But I will never go to any business after being treated that way. I only had an expectation for a small partial refund, as was promised before I left. But no reconciliation was offered.

Left my 10 month old mini poodle from 10:30am -4pm (after was told she needed to stay that long which I already thought was weird) and the ENTIRE time was left in small kennel damp from being washed and was matted. Called at 4 to see if she was ready and heard her barking in the background which alarmed me. I was told she needed to be left until 6pm.. I immediately got in my car to get her. The same dogs I saw that morning in those small kennels were still in there.. I don’t know what they do with the animals but it seems grooming is last priority. My puppy now is extremely quiet and is acting different. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!

VIP is our go-to for boarding and grooming. My dogs love going there and go nuts as soon as they see me get their leashes out.

We have taken our dog Dottie there for a few years. I always used have to give clear directions on the exact style at previous groomers each time but I don't worry with VIP. They have always groom Dottie exactly how I like her. I have heard some verbal reinforcements from the owner, Coleen to employees but it was out of the safety of the animals and themselves. I'd prefer that it's clear expectations so it's understandable. Coleen and the other groomers really seem to care and love for Dottie. So I would recommend to friends and family!

Wonderful. Attentive. Owner treats my furry babies like her own. Even supplying insulin injections, as prescribed.

Colleen is the best! She clearly loves our animals and they feel safe with her and her staff. Affordable, clean, quality grooming and boarding.

Please do not take your beloved pets here. Coleen, the owner is physically and emotionally abusive to her staff and pets. I worked there a few weeks a few years ago. It was tragic what goes down when clients walk out the door. She screams and demeans. The animals often end up not being let out the entire time because she over books and the animals suffer.

I have been client of VIP for 20 years, and Colleen and her staff have provided excellent care and grooming for my adored dogs from the frisky puppy stage through their fragile senior years. Everyone who works here has genuine affection for animals. I am always confident that my pets will be safe and well cared for when I leave them at VIP, and that they will be happy and look great when I pick them up. I love the beautiful, newly renovated space where you can see the pets being groomed!

Colleen is abusive, loud, throws extreme tantrums and is awful to the dogs and her employeeds once customers walk out the door! Awful person!

If you love your pet, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! They tied my dog up by the neck to cut the hair and now my dog is injured!! My vet bills for the injury are far more than the cost of the haircut!!!! YOUR DOG CAN'T TALK, SO READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!

I have been taking my dogs there for several years and never had any problems. They do an awesome job for haircuts and baths or both. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend using them for all your grooming needs.

I've taken my puppy to VIP twice and will not be returning. They did an amazing bath both times although the first time his nails were not cut and were still sharp. I'm rating VIP a 2 Star based on both times I've dropped my puppy off at 8-9 AM and he wasn't ready until 3-4 PM. It wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't crated the entire time! When I asked about him being crated they suggested he attend daycare and get the grooming at the end of the day. I was so shocked that their solution of their long wait times would be for me to pay more money so that my poor puppy would not have to sit in a crate for 8 hours. When I picked him up he had very low energy, shaking, and drooling for the entire day. VIP needs to work on the treatment of the pups being groomed.

LOVED them! They were highly recommended by my vet and they lived up to their reviews. Literally the only groomers that did what I asked. Staff is top notch.

Toby our puppy loves daycare and longer stays at VIP. Never had any issues and he is always tired after visits! Would recommend! Edit: I have to edit my review because our poor Toby came home with a massive bump on his head after his last visit. We believe it was from a spider bite while he was at VIP for a long weekend. VIP did not notice the bump and we saw he was bleeding after putting him in the car (which really freaked out/worried my fiance). He had to visit the vet and wear a cone of shame for 2 weeks. Poor guy. We are now nervous to return although we have had good experiences previously.

Took my dogs here for years until one came home with a cut that they didn’t tell me about. Then, rather than call or apologize, they deleted my review from Yelp.

Called at 1am hoping to leave a message for an appointment on Saturday. To my surprise my call was answered! Turns out they have 24h staff on call (primarily for their boarding program... but I was impressed). Was told to bring my baby in for drop off the next morning. Customer service doesn’t get any better and they do an amazing groom!

Great people here who really care about your pets and treat them like family.
