We love being our puppy here to get groomed and get her nails trimmed. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job!

Salty Dawg has a wonderful staff that is amazing with my pets. The owners, Gabe and Tiffany, have always done their best to get my pups in at the last minute. Walking in the doors we are greeted with a smile. The establishment looks fresh and new, in addition to smelling great. Best grooming care hands down. Keep up the good work.

Gabriel and his team are fabulous! I contacted them about a nail trim for my overly anxious pup and he called me within 2 hours. He understood our need and concerns for the pup. His team was friendly and very patient with our pup and we will be going back in the near future.

Salty Dawg Pet Salon has been such a PERFECT addition to the Atlanta area. The staff is professional and the groomers give my two Doodles by far the best cuts I’ve seen from any pet salon. Salty Dawg does an exceptional job every single time and I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I have been taking our Siberian Husky “Niko” to Salty Dog for a little over a year. I can not think of enough words to express how happy I am with Salty Dog. They are totally professional. The services they provide for their prices are second to none. I truly love Salty Dog and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with them.

They are really amazing! Made our 3 year old golden retriever look so perfect! She smells amazing and they did such a good job on her nails and ears which I’m always worried about. Highly recommend, everyone was so nice and the price was absolutely reasonable!! Especially for Atlanta!

They started out good, but turned out to be flakes. I scheduled an appointment for my dogs to be groomed and they called me the morning of and said that they couldn't do it. They said they would call me back to schedule another time. I'm still waiting for that call. I even called them back and left a message, however still no response. What's up with that?

I am a new client. I took my dog in within the month of February 2021, which is a Pomeranian, to get a bath and a hair cut. I sat the appointment up with the owner, but, the owner was not there that day. I specifically stated that I wanted what would resemble a lion cut when I was asked while dropping the dog off. When I arrived back to pick up my dog several hours later, my dog's body was cut the same all over. I never complained or requested my money back and even if I had that would have been my right to do so. The person that identified herself as the manager already knew that the hair cut was not what I asked for and literary begged me to let her try to fix it. I agreed. She fixed it and even asked me for pictures of how my dog usually wears his hair. I then said since you already are familiar with my dog then I will make his next appointment in April 2021 with you. She agrees and makes the appointment. When I walked away I had a funny feeling that she would somehow turn this entire matter around on me when speaking to the owner. My intuitions were correct. The owner, who does not seem to have a friendly demeanor in my opinion called me up out of the blue two months later after the appointment was booked and told me that the manager who agreed to groom would not be available and he would be setting me back up with the original groomer who did not get the haircut right. Why would he do that? The owner also decided to question me regarding what happened and said I had an issue with my dog's haircut. What threw me back was the owner stated "I would understand if you do not want want to come back. To me this statement was code for not to come back. What the owner seems not know is that this city is full of dog grooming salons and that I can give my money to anyone I choose. After thinking about this, I will not be coming back as this was a very unprofessional and unnecessary experience.

I bring my pit, Bella, here. It is a very stress free environment. Gabriel was super helpful and communicative. Would recommend!

I brought my pup, Waldo, here after his groomer moved out of the area. The staff provided exceptional service and the prices were very competitive. I have already recommended it to family and friends. Thanks Gabriel!

Pros: my dog was carefully groomed and looked great afterwards. Christina did a great job hand scissoring my baby and even took some extra hair off when picked him up. Nails looked great. Clean space. Cons: Was called and told my pup had fleas. I offered to pick him up when I was notified but was told not to worry about it. When I went to pick him up I was charged an extra $20 for flea treatment. My pup takes sentinel every month like clockwork. I provided all requested medicals before appointment. Even talked to the owner about how I had been approved to adopt last week - All records were provided then including heartworm, flea & tick. This is a very detailed process to go through. Searched the house & bedding and found no fleas. My baby has no bites on him and neither do I. Total bill $87!!! That included 15% tip and 20% off for first time visit. Was offered a bag of treats to try because I believe he knew how upset I was. Staff was nice but this didn’t sit well with me. Would be happy to provide records for flea and tick meds as I still have them organized from the adoption process.

Nice service. Ask for Laura she is the best doing her work with the pets. She Is new there recently because was working in another place, but she love the pets and enjoy her her job. 5 STARS!!.

Wow, I feel so lucky that a gem like this exists on the West Side. This is a brand new groomer so I want to make sure to share our amazing experience. The faculty and staff were super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We’ve taken our pup, Zuzu, to two other groomers around and this is the best result we’ve seen by far. She’s extremely soft and her coat is expertly trimmed. Her nails look amazing and clean and she’s loving the treats we got her while we were there. A+ service, selection and facility! This will be our new spot for sure.

I am thrilled that we have a clean, friendly and professional pet salon right around the corner now. When I called to make the appointment for my Aussie, I got a detailed overview of the bath service she would receive. The price was extremely reasonable. When I picked my girl up, they talked about everything she received. They took detailed notes as well. My Aussie is softer than she has ever been and looked amazing. I’ll definitely be back when she is due for her next bath.

Salty Dawg is THE BEST. Gabriel was very hands on and professional. I expressed to him that we had issues with our current groomer not taking the time to dry our big fluff ball (very thick fur) and it was frustrating to get a wet/damp dog after the money you spend. This team loved on my fur baby and was so helpful. I got a super clean dog, MUCH less shedding (for weeks) and they finished his bath ahead of schedule. We will definitely be using them again!

BEST PET SALON IN ATLANTA!!! My first impression of the salon was how clean it was and how great it smelled! You can tell the owners, Gabriel and Tiffany, put a lot of thought into creating high-end experience without being overly expensive. I was shocked at everything the grooming service included for the price. They spent two hours on our pup, Barkley. And he came out so happy, clean, soft, shiny, and smelled amazing (the Paul Mitchell Pet products they use make a really big difference). Since then, Barkley has really been enjoying his treats and pet wipes. I highly recommend their team and we'll be going back!

I had a great first experience there! The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The groomers seem like they really care about your pup. They were so helpful and gave me tips regarding what I needed to do to help my fur baby’s fur and appearance. We will definitely be back again!

The staff is so NICE. The master groomer Cristina has so much knowledge about dogs from body types,behavior & diet. When I bring my dog here I know Lotto will be in good hands. I will be returning soon.

Best grooming experience ever. Super kind and talented staff! My dog is a little shy and when we went to pick her up she acted like she had known these people forever which is a testament to how well she was treated while there. Gabriel and his staff are top notch. I took my 12 lb pomeranian mix yesterday after having a bad experience with another groomer months back; i explained to them my issues with the last place and they assured me they would take good care of her and trim per my request only, they did just that and more! They sent me her glam photos after they were finished and kept her for over an hour before we could make it by to pick her up. They gave me updates of her current situation and were overall extremely helpful and nice from the go. Will definitely be returning!

Place is clean and super professional. The staff was friendly and truly pampered my dog! Honestly for the service that we received, I was expecting to pay much more. Bring your pet here, you won’t regret it!

Gabriel and his team did an amazing job grooming our Springer Spaniel. Clyde is an anxious puppy and can be difficult to groom. They did a thorough job and we picked up a happy puppy! They listened to what was important to us and followed through well. We have a new groomer!!
