We love sending our pup to Puppy Haven. The staff is so kind and pays such attention to detail. We love PH!

I can't say enough good things about PuppyHaven. Cooper has been going there since he was a baby a year ago. The staff is incredibly and absolutely amazing with him. He's a rescue but the patience and absolute kindness this staff has for Cooper goes above and beyond anyone we have ever met. The team at PuppyHaven knows how to treat the babies and they do so good at it. Whenever I call them, Cooper recognizes the people on the phone and immediately wants to go out the door. When I say "daycare" and "puppies" he knows where he is going. PuppyHaven is his second home, always will be. He loves everyone there and would never consider another place to take him.

My dog Huey has been going here for 2-3 days per week for 5 years. When a 5+ mile hike is just a warm-up for your dog, day care is the best way to get a tired pup. Also, he’s a complete weenie about getting his nails trimmed, and they are able to do it while he’s there and tired at the end of the day. The only con about them is they don’t accept pitties. They already do temperament testing - it’s very frustrating that they can’t rely on that to determine suitability.

Puppy haven is the best place to take my crazy pup! He has such high energy and i feel bad leaving him home alone all day while i work so i love bringing him here since i can see what he is up to on the webcam and see him having so much fun! Another thing i love about puppy haven is that i get to see pictures on their Instagram and i get a report card about how my pup did! Such a cute and fun experience i did not expect at all!

A great place to bring your dog for boarding or day care! The love they have for the animals in their care is very evident!

I've gone to Puppy Haven for over 2 years and our pup loves it!! I'd love to attest to their customer service, I had a situation where Puppy Haven didn't give us a heads up on something and we found ourselves in a pickle and Puppy Haven went to great lengths to remedy the situation. The owner reached out personally via call and email and was determined to learn from the experience to improve their processes! Their owners clearly have super solid values. Day care always tires Barkley out and we love watching her on the video cams.

We have tried several groomers and she was by far the best ever! We got our 2 rescue dogs groomed after a year of doing it myself due to COVID. She listened to and did exactly what we wanted. They looked great and more importantly they were happy when I picked them up! Highly recommend!

Our bernedoodle Winston LOVES going to Puppy Haven for daycare! All of the staff know him by name and he is always so excited to go play. Thank you, Puppy Haven!

My sweet Hazel girl Loves Puppy Haven- Brookhaven!! She’s been coming here since she was old enough to take the temperament test 2yrs ago. She can be high energy, but she is able to play with all of her puppy friends and staff at Puppy Haven are very attentive to when she needs a break. They also give her lots of love when she stays overnight on occasion! Hazel also goes to Puppy Haven Chastain and has the same experience with the staff and other pup friends! We love Puppy Haven!

My puppy Bailey LOVES it here. She was super high energy to the point of aggressive, and they politely put her in a room to calm down and called me. That was perfect and totally on par with training a hyperactive puppy. Now she’s calm but super playful and even stays overnight happily. Everyone here is also super sweet when I have to make changes to her reservations. Oh and half off sundays...can’t beat that.

Update.... My four-legged baby is now 3 years old and he still loves coming to Puppy Haven!! He can't wait to go in and play with his buds when I drop him off. One of the ladies at the Chastain location affectionately called him " Bug" one …

My wife and I have been going here for the past year and love the friendly staff. Arielle always has a positive attitude and is extremely happy and excited every time she see us and our dogs! Puppy Haven is lucky to have her. We appreciate the email updates and pictures we receive when we are away :)

We love puppy haven! I normally have my dog stay with family if I need to go out of town but ended up having to board her this summer. We had such a great experience with puppy haven that we bought a daycare package. The staff is kind and it’s really well run. My dog is like my child and I trust puppy Haven with her care!

Super close to our house, we love the staff and the care they provide our pup (Maverick)! Their online webcams are reassuring that the dogs are well taken care of. I love that they post pics of the pups on their Instagram everyday, (I get, almost too excited, when they finally get a good pic Mav and post it). I recommend Puppy Haven to any pet parents!

I moved to Atlanta with one day to find a day care for my pups so the movers could have a stress free environment to move into. As with every pet, my babies have their quirks and I was very nervous. I had a very loving daycare back at our previous home, but during covid attempted to find a supplement while they were closed and was met with profit driven, non understanding options who didn’t give my dogs the patience or love they deserved. Puppy Haven - Brookhaven came HIGHLY recommended and assured my nerves as we made the move to Atlanta. Reagan and Ranger were taken with open arms and I knew they found a place worth putting money and time into when they came home with first day report cards. They’re looking forward to their week long visit very soon!

I have been taking my puppy Winnie to Puppy Haven once a week since she was old enough to go. She absolutely LOVES Puppy Haven and gets so excited every Wednesday morning when she realizes where she is going. The best part is that she comes home exhausted after a fun day of playing and will sleep the entire next day as well! The staff are so friendly and kind and really love all the dogs. They are also so responsive to all of our needs and requests. I feel so comfortable sending my fur baby there and love being able to watch her play on the cameras. Their grooming services are great too!! I highly recommend Puppy Haven and could not imagine sending Winnie anywhere else!
