The vet is a hospitable place, however I had a poor experience and a lack of reliability with one of the doctors.

Dr. Haight answered all of our crazy questions about our new rescue pup and everyone treated her so gently. Such a great experience!

I established care for my white shepherd with Dr. Sasher and her team. It was an excellent experience. I am confident that Pharr Rd. Animal Hospital is a good home for my dog’s veterinary care and we will be returning.

I have been bringing my two cats to Pharr Rd. since they were kittens (they're both 3 years old now). In these 3 years, I have had exceptional experience after exceptional experience with the front desk staff and the vets/vet techs. The vet I see regularly is Dr. Harpe and he is, hands down, the best vet I have ever worked with. I grew up in a home with a number of animals so I got to experience lots of different types of vet MDs over the years. He is by far the best. He is thorough, caring, attentive to my cats, communicative, and he takes his time to make sure I understand what's going on with them each and every visit. Most vets I have worked with don't even really know the animals and they're in and out faster than you can blink an eye. Not so with Dr. Harpe. I highly recommend him. The costs are also very reasonable! I pay less at Pharr Rd. than I did at another local vet (I tried them out briefly before switching to Pharr Rd.) by a substantial amount. Honestly, you can't go wrong here. Reasonable pricing, excellent vets, great front desk staff, top notch COVID protocol.

We don’t even live in the area anymore and chose to go back, luckily we got rescheduled with Dr Nichols, she is an absolute gem. What an amazing Dr to have on staff, caring, patient, thorough, I couldn’t be more impressed and thankful.

I absolutely love taking my dog here! They have always been very caring and helpful whenever we needed it. We’ve seen Dr. Winokur, Dr. Harpe, and most often Dr. Haight and they’ve all been amazing! Even the receptionists are super helpful in finding appointment times to work around my work schedule. With Covid we haven’t been able to go into the office (until now), but the doctors call you while they’re examining your pet and go into detail on what could be wrong and how we can prevent things in the future. And on our first visit with our brand new puppy Dr. Winokur even took extra time just to explain the history of the Boxer breed and give me some pointers for raising one. I highly recommend you bring your pets to their office, but try to plan ahead because they’re usually booked up (because they’re so great)

We love the doctors and staff at Pharr Road Animal Hospital! They have provided the best preventative care for our dog & other family members' dogs over the years. There is never a long wait for routine appointments and their staff are organized and informative about medicines & bills.

Absolutely love this vet for my little Dachshund! They're so kind and responsive and have gone out of their way to ensure my pet is safe and happy.

I've been taking my dog here for a little over 2 years, and they've been tremendously helpful. I'm very glad that we're able to go into the room with our pets again. During the pandemic my dog was very anxious to go on her own into the office, but she's her happy go-lucky self in there again. Our Dr. always takes the time to thoroughly address any concern in great detail from scar treatment to storm anxiety or wound care. Thanks y'all!

Bring my dogs here for all their needs. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. One of my dogs is older and has a few health conditions that they help to make sure are well maintained. Amazing group!

I have been coming too this clinic for years. My precious dog that was 16 yrs old when she passed and now my new pups. I love the Doctors here. I can always depend on them. It is a drive for me but it’s worth it!

A neighbor recommended Pharr Road Animal Hospital to us when I adopted my puppy in April 2020. I called another well known veterinarian in midtown and they couldn't see my baby I just adopted for booster shots for months but Pharr Road was able to get him in within a week. Every emergency we've had since then, they've always been willing to help and see Cooper right away, we've seen at least 4-5 of the Veterinarians there and ALL of them are beyond helpful, extremely thorough, and patient with all of my questions because I have many! I absolutely love the care of the whole staff. My puppy is a rescue and has some anxiety issues but he feels so comfortable there and they make sure to take such great care of him. If you're considering other places just don't. Pharr Road is the best in the city by far

Truly the kindest, most empathetic and passionate vets in Atlanta. My pup has seen Dr. Harpe and Dr. Marsh and both are incredible. They truly love their job and it shows. The front desk staff is always helpful and my dog loves going to the vet!

We have been taking our puppy to Pharr Road Animal Hospital for the last year. They were very thorough with their COVID precautions, but we were allowed to go inside with Lenny during our last visit. Dr. Winokur is so sweet with our puppy and goes into great detail about everything he is doing. He definitely takes the time to get to know you and your pet. I would not take Lenny anywhere else.

Dr. Harpe is an amazing vet. Not only does he go above and beyond making sure all your needs are met, but he takes the time to explain everything very well, and gives all his love to your pet. Being a crazy dog mom, I had many things I wanted to talk about at this particular visit. I got all the answers I needed without feeling rushed and left very happy and satisfied. I recommend Dr. Harpe and Pharr Road to anyone in the Atlanta area!

Our dearest Boots got sick quickly and Pharr Road was always good to him. We also got a card in the mail from Dr. Harpe after our beloved cat's passing. This was very special for us and we are grateful for the experience Boots got here before he passed.

We absolutely love Pharr Road Animal Hospital -- Dr Sasher is amazing --their whole front desk staff is always there to help -- and sometimes just to "listen" -- their responsiveness is amazing - their care for our lil Gracie is beyond -- not to mention how wonderful they have been through the pandemic -- Gracie just went in for her latest in person physical with Dr Sasher - and although we had to stay in the car (understandable) - they communication throughout and post the exam was wonderful (while we say in our car via cell phone) - wouldn't go anywhere else -- the care here is bar none!

This wasn't the first time I had a pet at this hospital. They do well with Loui since he don't like to get his nail cut.

We're new customers, and even during COVID-19, the staff earned my trust by being personable and diligent in enforcing their public safety guidelines. The vet was very knowledgeable and patient as she discussed my puppy's exam over the phone.
