Tara Lynn is definitely one of my favorite employees here. All of them are great, helpful, resourceful. They reccomend products that they use for their own pets. Tara has great energy and is naturally sweet. Shes so easy to talk to. I always feel welcomed here. One day, I came here for raw food for my husky and ended up buying food for my cat too. Now, I don't even buy regular kibble for my pets anymore.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to right a review... so this is looooong overdue! I've been coming here for years and if it wasn't for the amazing selection and incredibly knowledgeable owner and staff, I probably wouldn't have my furbabies on the superb diet they are currently on. They are thriving, and I am so grateful to be close to a pet supply like PPS. All are so caring and love what they do. PPS continued to be open during quarantine, responsibly serving curbside, and I am glad to have been able to continue having easy accessibility to what my babies need. Thanks y'all!

This place is flippin’ incredible! Colleen was so friendly and patient with me in finding my new puppy the perfect mix of food. She even gave me a sample of raw food for my kitties so they wouldn’t get jealous! Then, Candi offered to see if she could special order my kitties the kind of food they like- and Victoria, the owner, gave me a follow up call saying they could! Unbelievable- you just don’t see service like this anymore. These women truly are passionate about their jobs and all types of animals. I’m shopping here from now on!

This place is amazing - friendly and incredibly helpful staff. I can’t remember names, but there are two people here that have given me so much information about food and ingredients every time I’ve come in. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it for you. They have really great kibbles, and tons of options and toppers for raw diets. I’m looking to start ordering my cats wet food through Park Pets so I can finally break up with Petco for good. My pup had surgery today and was really struggling in her big plastic cone, so I popped over to see if they had soft cones and they had exactly what I needed. She is so much more comfortable now and I’m thankful to have such a great pet store nearby.

Today was my first time in this store and it was awesome. I was greeted immediately and I had a great time working with Maddie. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about showing me what products would works for my cat and she was a great listener. Check out was a breeze and I left feeling confident about my purchases. She also let me know about the rewards program and and even gave me a few samples to take home! I will definitely be back for the cat backpack! So happy I went inside of this establishment. They just recently celebrated 22 years of business and it’s not a surprise that they’ve been around for so long after experiencing such great service and professionalism. Tealla was also wonderful. All of the staff is just perfect and makes you feel right at home. I will be back!

What a hidden gem! I was blown away by the service, the quality of products and the owner was a goldmine of information!!!! It was so nice to go in a pet store and someone know what they are talking about. She spent a lot of time with me to talk through options and find the best products for my dog. The pricing was in line with a regular store and not jacked up like you would see in a boutique pet store. If you are looking for a holistic option this is the place to go, especially for newbies that are confused and need guidance. It was worth the drive!

Best pet store I’ve ever used. Not only do they have a great variety of natural, raw, and specialty products, but the staff is so helpful. They truly care about their furry customers and the owners that shop there.

I have 5 of the round, plastic Park Pet Supply Inc tags for my Yorkie-Poo, engraved on both sides, for the 5 locations in the eastern US that we live in each summer. We use local info on each tag so we can be found easily. They are durable and the engraving is carefully done. 100% satisfied.

This is a beautiful collar and tags! The mail lost them for a while, but I received excellent customer support and a second batch was sent. Both sets arrived today and I am totally happy! I have used Park Pet Supply Inc tags for nearly 20 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Loved this place. We were accomodated really well and we basically had an inside tour of the shop to purchase our much needed toys for our new pup. The sales lady was very accomodating and she gives us really useful advices and knows their products well. She'll help with with anything and everything. They are actually not open for walk-in.. We were just lucky to be given a chance to go inside and have a look for a ourselves. I would pay a visit in this shop when I'm here in Atlanta, that's for sure. Prices are reasonable too and the quality is remarkable. There's also alot of healthy pet food choices (Canned, Raw & Treats). Would really recommend.

Every since I moved to ATL, I’ve been coming to this shop for my oldest dog and now my new puppy. The people here are amazing and always super accommodating. Even if I move, I’ll still be coming here. They seriously are a staple to the community and our pets! Even during a pandemic, they’ve been so helpful and make the purchasing, process easy! Great curbside service, great service in general!

As soon as I stepped in the door I was welcomed. The young man behind the counter was anxious to help anyway he could and was very pleasant and personable. I have bought many, many tags from Park Pet Supply Inc for my dogs and for my cats. The tags are always shipped within one or two days of my order, and they are extremely well made. I have never had one with an error. I have bought both the tags made to slide on a collar with a standard buckle and the kind with little tabs that hook on an adjustable collar with a plastic clip buckle. Both kinds work extremely well, and I have never had one fail or fall off the collar.

We just adopted our sweet kitten recently, and they have the most awesome "new adopters" basket for free! I gave them a call about it and Ms.Colleen was so sweet and helpful in getting everything just right for our little Kyo! I will definitely be coming back, and Kyo loves the amazing, high quality food they gave to us! We were both super happy! <3
