Staff were friendly. But, not very thorough during my arrival. They couldn't find out my cat's vaccination history from another clinic provided over the phone prior to appointment time. Luckily, I still had my "Reminder" card from my old clinic for their references.

I do not recommend Mt Paran Animal Hospital. My rescue dog was running low on his monthly heart worm preventative. I stopped by his vet’s office this afternoon to pick up another six-month box. Even though he’s been on the same medication for several years, I was told I wasn’t able to purchase more without a Rx and all the vets were in a meeting. They weren’t visiting with patients, but in a meeting. I explained my dog had a Rx and his last check-up was less than a year ago. Nope, the vet still needed to write a Rx and sign off. We’re in the midst of COVID and I’m battling breast cancer, so the vet tech tried to ask a vet to help me. Nope, the vets said I’d have to wait until their meeting was over. I returned to my car and waited patiently until the vet tech came out with the medicine and credit card reader. Our transaction took less than 60 seconds. I explained through tears my disappointment with the vets’ lack of responsiveness, customer service and, most of all, compassion. She promised to pass along the feedback. A couple of hours later I received a call from the vet. They were calling for my credit card number because they accidentally “coded” my earlier purchase incorrectly and needed to “re-run” my purchase. It wasn’t a call from the vet to apologize for my earlier experience or even this new inconvenience. Nevertheless, I patiently provided my card number again. Mt Paran Animal Hospital’s veterinarians did not prioritize customer care or convenience...in the midst of COVID or cancer…TWICE. We will not be back and I suggest you avoid.

My little girl loves Dr Meuller and everyone at Noah's Bark and Mt Paran. Everyone gives her love and kindness. She was once a crazy terror. . . She still is! She has bladder cancer and the team has provided information, referrals, and options to help us make the best decision for our family. They also helped track down the medicine she needs to control the bladder cancer and give us the most good days possible. From regular check ups to emergencies, we know who we trust with our kids.

Dr. Justin McKinley is the primary vet for our 2 boxers (2.5 years and 5 months). He's clearly a big animal lover. Even when he's sticking our pups with needles he's super gentle and has them wagging their tails and excited right after. As someone with a science background myself, I was impressed with how knowledgable he is on every topic from the quality of different food brands, to new research on the preventative measures for hip dysplasia, and the pros & cons of spaying earlier or later. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to Dr Martin stepping in when we had a scheduling mishap - ever interactions I've had here has been fantastic. Highly recommend! Best vet in town.

Dr. Mueller and Dr. Martin are absolutely wonderful Veterinarians. They take excellent care of all of dogs. Dr. Mueller makes house calls which is extremely convenient and helps out a lot. Not to long ago we had to help our Max get on to heaven. Dr. Mueller came to our home and was very sympathetic and compassionate to our situation. Our Baby Max was able to pass comfortable and surrounded by all who loves/loved him. Thank you so much for meeting our needs on that very devastating and sad day. The staff at Mount Paran animal hospital is top notch! We will always bring out pets here! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!! Highly Recommended!!!!!

They take great in home and in office care of both of our dogs. Extremely polite and personable.

Amazing customer service from Linda and her team, great support for Dr Bennett and his technician. Highly recommend - they were incredible helping me prepare my beautiful Ellie (dog) in all the blood tests and treatment needed for her to relocate to Australia with me.

I have been impressed with these doctors. My cat Ziggy was seen by Dr. Mueller via the mobile service they offer which is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and a kind man. He took great care of Ziggy. I went in clinic to see Dr. Martin who took care of my cat Stinker. I am much more particular about who works with him as he has only been to one vet, who I absolutely love, who has seen him through cancer and a bad case of pneumonia. I could not get in to see him, so took him to Mt. Paran. I was lucky to get Dr. Martin who was very compassionate with my boy. He examined him thoroughly and he did not rush us through the visit. I liked him very much and I can say I feel comfortable with him taking care of Stinker in the future. The front desk staff and techs are great as well. I definitely recommend them.

These vets are the best. I love Dr. Martin. He is so FABULOUS!!!!!!! I also love Linda and Katy. They love my boy, Buddy Grier.

The doctor was very kind and patient and explained my cat dental problem to me so I am comforted to know that I have a good doctor.

This review has been a long time coming, but I would just like to say to the staff: Thank you for everything you do. I have three companion animals, two of which have special health needs. Thank you for providing a safe, clean, orderly atmosphere for me to bring my companion animals to when they are in need of care. Thank you for explaining things thoroughly, in a thoughtful and informative way. Thanks especially for bearing with me when I am frazzled and preoccupied, and for listening to my own specific circumstances and difficulties, and the details of what my animals are going through, and empathizing with me, especially during what for most of us are particularly troubled and challenging times. Thank you everyone at Mt. Paran for what you do! It is much appreciated by me and the animals that share my life! TL,DR; It ain't cheap, but almost nothing is anymore; if you have animals in your life who are sick, struggling, or suffering, if you bring them here, they will be well tended to!

We have been using the mobile services with Dr. Mueller for about three years now and we love the entire staff here! They opened this location not too long ago and we met Dr. Martin and Linda at the front desk. Both Dr. Mueller and Dr. Martin, the vet techs and Linda are all knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help however they can. They care for our five year old dog and our 14 1/2 year old dog. They treat your puppies like their own and have helped us with solving very different issues. I’m so grateful to have found them and to know I can schedule an at-home visit (especially as my old guy may need that) or go visit the beautiful office and people! I highly recommend Mt Paran Animal Hospital!

They are wonderful - We have 4 dogs and they are very reasonable and great with the pets and don't try to upsell you to death (some vets do) - I really like the staff and Dr.'s - Very happy every time we have been.

Was able to see us before our scheduled appointment and got us in and out and in a timely manner. Our cat was very relaxed and calm and seemed to like the staff as much as we did.

We've brought our pup here twice now and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic. I'm big on service and Mt Paran Animal Hospital nailed it. Any vet can prescribe medication, vaccinations, trim nails, etc., but what warrants five stars from me for Mt Paran is the patience they exemplified by not rushing us out the door, taking the time to answer our questions and concerns honestly and openly, and making us feel they genuinely cared about our pup's well being. If you're in the market for a vet that will take great care of your animal family and give you peace of mind in their quality care I would highly recommend giving Mt Paran Animal Hospital a try.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'm always seen in a timely manner by the vet and they are happy to answer any questions I have. If I call with a question and the vet is unavailable they will always call me back without me needing to follow up. Highly recommend!

I have seen many vets in my long life of being a cat owner. I had to have my 16yr old companion put to sleep. Dr. Jacob Martin was the kindest, Most compassionate vet I have ever been to. His diagnosis was clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend this practice.

This animal hospital is the best! What is not to like about a 2:00 appointment that has you back in the car by 2:15! They are fast, thorough and very kind. The office is immaculate and big. So happy to be a part of their growth and success.

This is hands down the best vet in Sandy’s Spring’s. I’ve lived here my entire life and have been to 5 different vets in sandy springs. Mt. Paran has been the best experience so far. They helped me in every way they could. I will be back. Dr. Jacob is the best!!

Mt Paran has been my choice of vet for years and it will be for the foreseeable future. The staff is made up of the nicest people that are obviously pet people. They always are sure to pet, play with, and comfort my dog which actually makes her love going to the vet! They know me and my dog here. They always give options for treatment along with price points and trade offs. If you are looking for a vet that will accommodate you and your pet alike then this is the one.

Fantastic doctors and techs, who truly know how to handle cats!!! I recently brought both of my cats for their rabies shots and exams, and was impressed by how well they were handled. One of the cats is 7 years old and extremely scared of everything, and has had very traumatic experiences with different vets in the past, but with this vet, all he gave was a little hiss, which to me was amazing. I definitely plan to bring my cats here for all their future needs. It's a little bit more expensive than some other places, but for me it's well worth it, since other vets said that they would need to put my cat under anesthesia before giving him any shots or exams. What a difference!

I was able to call and make an appointment to be seen almost immediately. When I got there the check in process was simple and the wait time was minimal. The MD explained everything clearly and offered multiple options on how to proceed with treatment and did not try to pressure me into anything that he didn't deem necessary at the time. I will definitely be back as the needs arise and for regular check ups.

We love Mt Paran Animal Hospital. Dr. Martin and his team are wonderful people. We had been seeing them for our mini schnauzer's allergies, boarding and general health. Unfortunately our sweet girl's time had come to an end and Dr. Martin and his team were so sensitve and caring to the situation. They were patient with us, and tried their best to explore all options. They helped us through such a tough time in so many ways. We are so thankful for them.
