Sunday vet service was polite and very professional and very affordable

I have been buying my pet tags (plastic and collars) from Kirkwood Feed & Seed Pet Supply since 2006 or 2007. I've never had to replace one because it wasn't legible or had worn too much. My service dog's new collar tags looks beautiful. I'm so glad that this business is still open and making all of my pet tags!

Love this place the ppl are super friendly and I can always find what I need i can't remember the cashier's name but she's the pretty and super friendly one but she is great always helping me and even going the extra mile most times can't get better pet care quality from anywhere but here and there is a dog boarding house next door so very very knowledgeable about dogs in the area awesome store

Owner is super nice. I've only bought a few things there since I usually come in for the Vet clinic but the experience is always amazing.

Very nice pet store with lots of accessories...was looking for a muzzle and new dog collar. Store attendant was very helpful and gave me some good advise about what to do about itch scratching by my dog Jaxon. Reason pricing too!! ????

We take our Doodle there for daycare and we love the staff and over all feel. We also had our dog groomed there for the first time and Twain did a fantastic job! We are pretty picky about her grooming and were super happy with the results and price. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

They had all type of things for dogs, cats, and birds just didnt have what I needed

We have been buying our pet supplies here for over 9 years. Today was the last time. We always try and support our local small businesses. But with the consistently terrible customer service today was it. I understand the pick up at the front door due to COVID. I have actually done it 2 times at your location. When I tried to call over 9 times i decided to drive to the location, which is no big deal being only a mile away. When I arrived and had to knock on the window as a gentleman sitting a foot from the front door. when I knocked on the window he simply stood up looked at me and walked away while taking pictures on his phone. Then when someone did finally come to the door, I was told that I needed to call. When I told someone that I had called 9 times they rudely told me that they had not missed a call. Which I had called again from my car when I arrived. Upon finally receiving service, the help was anything but appreciative.

Wonderful facility. This is one of the few locally-owned pet stores that has reasonable prices. The service is absolutely incredible. The cashier yesterday afternoon was very kind and courteous. We came for the self-service dog wash. It was very easy to use. Lots of shampoo options. They provided many brushes, towels, and other cleaning accessories. Even aprons and a blow dryer. Really enjoyed the experience.

Charming and friendly little place. They didn’t have game bird feed but carried chicken feed and other goodies that I was able to bring home for my cat and dogs.

Great store. Shopped here a few times and brought my dog recently to use their self-serve dog wash stations. He gets nervous about baths, but was so good and seemed to feel more relaxed in the space! We’ll definitely be back.
