I would rate Intown 6 or 7 stars if the app allowed it. Best vet experience I've ever had. Dr Huggins is LITERALLY a life saver. They are caring, compassionate and professional.

Our rescue can be nervous and difficult at times. They handle her with care and earned her trust quickly. Highly recommend!

Here’s one: This place is so good our cats don’t even mind going to the vet anymore. We only ever take them to the vet so when the cat carrier comes out they know what’s up, and our timid little bush-dweller was absolutely chill this whole last visit. Humans can write on here all day but if my cat approves you know it’s legit. The humans also approve and would recommend Intown Animal Hospital because they’re highly compassionate professionals from top to bottom and it comes at a reasonable price. They’re upfront about what is necessary and what is not and have gone as far as to tell us ways to save money. No complaints. I trust them implicitly with our fur babies. EDIT: We've been back 3-4 times since I wrote this for some routine stuff and some issues. I still feel the same way. Above and beyond... there's just no way a veterinarian could be better. I'm grateful!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog receives from Dr Huggins and Dr Carlson. Amazing vets who go above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough for the care they provide for my pet. I have been to many specialists including Cornell and UGA and would trust Intown any day to care for my dog. Wonderful staff as well.

We love Intown! They have been doing an excellent job staying safe during COVID. They were able to squeeze us in when our pup had an unexpected injury. The vets and techs are wonderful.

This office is outstanding! They keep in touch, and promptly provide updates after procedures. They are respectful of customers and their time, and very conscientious toward their furry patients. I can't be more pleased with the vet techs, assistants, and the vet. We had some tough questions that were met with understanding, expertise, and compassion, which is everything you want in a vet. The costs were also very reasonable. This is a great office.

Waste of our time. Our pup had a yeast infection in his ear which has now gotten a lot worse due to Dr. Carlson saying it will “go away on its own”. Reading online, it looks like this is very treatable and could lead to an inner ear infection (and possible need for surgery!) if not treated.

After getting a puppy as first time pet parents, we were feeling really anxious to find a great vet to take him to so we knew everything would be taken care of. Now I’m so glad we chose Intown! Every single person at the practice that I’ve talked to has been so patient and personable, and they genuinely care about your pet. We saw Dr. Huggins for a puppy cough and she took her time reassuring me, counseling us on the best course of action, and even gave some tips on easing the puppy adjustment period. I’m looking forward to more great years with this team!

Ive been using Intown Animal Hospital for the last 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough. The waiting area is always calm and the entire staff is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Raskin has a way of making my yellow lab relaxed and comfortable, and he listens well when I have questions or concerns. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Just love these guys. I was apprehensive at first thinking they would be expensive, but found them to be comparable to a well known charity we had taken our dog to. At this previous place we were advised to do a multitude of tests, but after switching to Intown I found out many were unnecessary. They treated my beloved dog as if they owned him and even walked me through the very difficult season of his final days with grace and care. Dr Carlson and his staff are amazing. I couldn't recommend them higher!

Clean facilities. Staff are always very pleasant and treat my pup Gracie with love even when she is a bit difficult!

We have a dog and two cats and we wouldn't think of bringing them anywhere else. The staff and doctors are accommodating, empathetic, and knowledgeable. We trust Intown with our pets because they treat them like family. We couldn't ask for anything more.

I love everyone at Intown!!! They know and love my pups almost as much as me. There’s not one doctor or staff member I don’t love and they are always doing what’s best for my pups and me.

I wish that I could rate Intown Animal Hospital higher than just 5 stars. All of the veterinarians there are so terrific and thorough. I have worked with Dr. Huggins, Dr. Carlson, and more recently, Dr. Raskin and all three have been incredibly knowledgable, kind, empathetic, and just overall amazing to my dog. The office staff and techs are all wonderful as well and are very responsive. My dog is not the easiest to handle and the team always makes her feel comfortable and are so patient with her. I highly, highly recommend!

Intown is the best vet I have had the pleasure of using so far! Staff was always in a good mood and enthusiastic about my dogs health. They kept me up to date on her vaccines and appointments and we're very consistent with communication. They have set the standard for what I expect my future veterinary experiences to be like! Literally the only thing I will miss about living in the area.

Dr. Huggins and the entire staff at Intown took amazing care of my senior cat while he under went a much needed tooth extraction. I was beyond nervous because of his age about him going under, but they took great care and attention to my 16 year old cat.
