Receptionist couldn't answer question and took crazy amount of time getting back to phone. Only concerned dog food. Was really good place when Dr. Maynard was there.

I love this place, they really love and care about our fur babies and their prices aren't through the roof. I've been a satisfied customer of theirs for years now!

They were so good to my dogs, they go straight to business. Making sure they animals are well taking care of, and the low prices are fair. I came from IL and it is crazy how much veterinarians here in Florida are taking advantage of people that love animals. This clinic is affordable and they do really care for animals. When you find people that you see enjoying what they do, you are in the right place. Thank you everyone working there. Coming back and referring as many as I can.

Great dr office staff and prices

Asked questions and never answered seemed to be in a hurry

I've only been 2 times with 2 different dogs. Both times had to wait more than 45 minutes. Not going back.

I used to love going to Atkins 301 vet hospital until the new vet arrived!! She is rude and yells not only at her customers but at her staff as well. You can hear her in the back room bad mouthing customers. She seems to care more about charging lots of money for services than the welfare of your pets. This office is also very disorganized. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ANYMORE!! I have pulled away from this office and am going to a new vet now.

Walked in on a woman in the back I could see through the door at the desk, who I'm assuming was the vet there, yelling at a staff member and talking to him like he was a dog. I left immediately. I didn't even wait for someone to make it to the front desk to address me. If she can't treat her employees with respect and talk to them like human beings, what makes her think I would trust her with my cat,or anyone's pet? Absolutely disgusting to witness an educated "professional" treat someone else in that manner.

I see many 5 start but I bet they never faced the real owner of this place,I met her today and she don't care to have a outstanding customer services but she don't even care about you pet needs,I am very sorry to put my feet here and had waste my time to come over this "veterinarian" business, yes right !!! I use to go to A 301 about 10 years ago. They were awesome. But the new veterinarian and her staff are the worst. Me and my family have pulled out all our animals. Very unprofessional staff and the rudest veterinarian that i have ever come in contac with. I use to work for a veterinarian hospital in Tampa. They were the best staff ive worked for. So my family and I suggest to not take your animals to A 301

As a rescue, Little Cat Rescue Inc, this is our primary vet of choice. We love Dr. Gladnick and all the staff at the clinic. A lot of our kitties that have come in wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for their tireless efforts, love, and support. We will always be grateful.

The staff there was rude. Also they got my puppies records all wrong even though they were told all of the info needed such as weight, age, color (as seen in person) , and dog breed. All in all just a bad place to go the staff is not friendly and helpful...

I've heard negative stories about this vet but we've been taking out furbabies there for years. Dr Jael loves each one that visits.

My wife took our dog name lexi there and she stated that the service/care was top notch. Once my wife gives a stamp of approval that's because it is among the best in service.

Had a horrible experience after my dog was injured. I called ahead and spoke with the vet and let them know that my dog was injured and asked if they were able to help stitch her up. I told her how much money I had and asked if that would be enough as I do not want to go somewhere I cannot afford. When I arrived I was told my dog needed surgery but was never offered a quote or an explanation on what needed to be done. They cleaned her and gave her an antibiotic shot and that was it. My dogs gashes were still completely left open and no explanation or process that needed to be done was given. When I asked questions to understand what needed to be done the vet got very defensive and rude. I was very upset, sleep-deprived and extremely worried about my dog and instead of explaining I was rushed out the door and told to leave. The techs were nice and seemed to be helpful but were stuck in the middle with the vet being horribly rude and uncaring. I will never recommend such a heartless vet. Dr. Kue at Claws & Paws took such great care of my baby and she is now in recovery and doing well.

Staff was rude and looked like they were all on drugs. The receptionist clearly did not know what she was doing. Documents are very unorganized, they continued to mix up my puppy’s records and prescribed unnecessary pills that could have harmed my puppy if I was not careful.
