Nassau Veterinary Hospital Yulee, Florida

This place has no competition from the other vet offices I've been to. Very compassionate. My dog doesn't take treats from anyone, but he took treats from them. I got to be hands on help with the shots and blood work. It was just a really happy visit. Lots of one on one time with the doc and assistant. And ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed and looked at. You feel like a priority at this vet, and your pet too! Fantastic experience.

Brought in our cat, who was feeling poorly. Within 3 hours, he was back home with us, and feeling so much better! Great office staff and the Doctor called us, and gave us updates!

The ladies here were extremely nice & understood what my dog needed. He has his issues but they provided him with the absolute best care!

I cannot say enough great things about this vet clinic. Staff is friendly and kind. They truly care about animals like you do as an owner. Great follow up care they called just to check to see if my baby was feeling better. Will go here with all my animals.

The staff and Dr. Carlos are amazing! This was Hailey's first visit, we just moved to this area. This is the place to go...even if it is curb side services only.

We have had Banfield vet insurance for YEARS. There became a time where the fees got expensive and the quality of service declined. We dropped Banfield for NVH and its the best decision made for our animals!! Everyone is so nice and they love your animal the way you love your animal. Quality people and quality services. And the cost benefit vice the Banfield was better. We love NVH.

We recently had to put down our 12 year old Japenese Chin. Nassau veterinary hospital made this tough situation as comforting as could be. They treated our dog with such care and compassion. I highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs!

While my previous experiences under Dr. Kim were amazing, I will not be returning because they will no longer see guinea pigs. Based on the few experiences I had with the new doctor, that is probably for the best and I will be returning to the Exotic Bird Hospital.

Was really pleased with the visit but wish the covid19 pandemic would be done with so I could go in with my shepherd but they took into account her nervousness as I was not with her and she being a mommy dog who looks after me leading to medical issues. They were good and I have transferred all my 4 dogs records to them and will continue using them.

I am posting this review as a way to say thank you to the wonderful staff that took care of my dog for the short time we lived in this area! Every staff member we interacted with was so professional, kind, helpful and knowledgable. I was so impressed by their patience and commitment to creating a positive experience for my dog. As a former animal trainer, I was amazed at their use of positive reinforcement during "scary" procedures such as shots and blood draws. I was always confident in their ability to provide quality care to my dog. When she presented with seasonal allergies for the first time and I was a nervous dog-mom, the staff was comforting and reassuring, providing her amazing treatment that has massively improved her quality of life (and my peace of mind!). My dog loved her visits there, and I know that both of us are going to miss Nassau Veterinary Hospital.

These ladies are phenomenal! I had an emergency with my 8 week old puppy that got attacked by another dog. They got me in immediately and took care of my baby. I was so relieved to know she would be okay. The prices don’t break the bank either! Thank you ladies! ❤️

Dr. Engelman and staff have been responsive and caring from the 1st time I used this vet service. The staff is wonderful. I had a couple of emergencies and they took the time to fit us in and loving cared for babies!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

My wife took my 2 year old Australian shepherd here. When he got agitated with the doctor and she called him Hitler in front of my wife. When I called about it she did apologize but at no point acknowledged how it was inappropriate, she said it's common In the office to use that phrase to describe little dogs that act big. Both of my experiences with this office have been absolutely horrible. The doctors have no compassion towards animals and are only focused on pushing medications and extra services to make money. They were supposed to do surgery on my dog, but I have no faith in their ability to provide any kind of medical care beyond checking a dogs weight.

So good place to take your animals whenever I took my dog's in there they were on time and if not there only a couple minutes behind they do give a military discount break you'll enjoy their service
