Every time I have contacted Lofton, stopped in or had any interaction with any member of the staff I have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. A better example of an animal clinic you will not find.

The atmosphere was inviting for my pup. The vet/staff were caring and professional. We will definitely visit again!

Dr Mandy is hands down the best vet I have ever had. She takes the time to discuss my dog’s health and her follow up is both timely and comforting. She has looked after my dog for 12 years and no one else touched him!

My cat was very sick. They didn't have an opening, but they worked me in. She is doing good now .I have been using Dr. Dunn since 2019.she is a compassionate person She has some great Techs too. They are very knowledgeable. I have recommended Lofton Creek Animal Clinic to all my friends. They are Awesome.

Unwelcoming staff. As soon as I walked in with my dog for help…they have me the side eye. We did not feel welcome. With that, I wouldn’t trust them with my dog!

Where do I start!! How about...wonderful, fabulous and amazing. Great staff. No sharks in the water to upcharge tests that are not needed. Dr. Dunn is worthy of an academy award.. enough said....Max, our furry, is 14 yrs old and they have helped him have a new found energy late in life . Dr. Dunn is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and loves animals. This isn't just a job for her, she truly cares and it shows. She helped me to make the best decision to say goodbye to my fur baby of 10yrs when his cancer advanced.She didn't push me to say goodbye before my buddy & I were ready and helped me to keep him comfortable until he was able to let me know it was time for him to go. I will always be grateful for her honesty & compassionate during this heartbreaking time.The techs are awesome here too????

My wife and I were on our first road trip with our new pup who was not feeling well. We stopped by Lofton Animal Clinic to make sure he was ok and I am glad we did. The staff there was very friendly and professional. The veterinarian there was amazing! She took extra time with us to explain everything to us so we could get our pup back to normal. Thanks to her and her staff we were able to continue our road trip and made it back home without any issues.

Dr. Leslie has gone out of her way to ensure the best veterinary care for my dog and I’m extremely appreciative. Highly recommend this clinic.

My dog died in route to a appointment. I tried to get my appointment earlier but was refused. Told that Doctor would not be in till 2:00 , and we wouldn't be seen untill 3:00 . No chance of being seen no earlier. Well my dog had a stroke and in route to clinic died of a heart failure if only you would allow me to bring him in just a bit earlier he may still be a live. You neglected to help my dog and he suffered untill his last breath. So sad that yous let my dog died like that ..Shame on yous all. I hope the Doctor had a good lunch... Thanks for nothing.. My best friend is dead now...

We were so happy we could get our cat Herman seen by a vet and vaccinated the day before he flew to Seattle with us. Thank you for giving us the appointment! Our technician Angel and Dr. Dunn were great with Herman. Angel was so gentle with our kitten and Dr. Dunn also gave us thorough information recommended vaccinations, tests and follow-ups needed for a formerly stray kitten. Thanks again!
