Garden Veterinary Clinic Winter Park, Florida

I randomly chose Garden Vet to provide a second opinion, and they immediately treated us like old friends. Their thorough and heartfelt care led to some answers for us and they even did a bunch of legwork on their end to get my kitty to a specialist for further testing. The extended care my kitty is now able to receive to prolong and improve his life are meaningful to me beyond words. Now my kitty has to go in weekly for a shot, but neither of us even mind too much because we know we are in such good hands at Garden! They'll even send you a handwritten card welcoming you to their practice. We have two other cats, so even when this one can't fight anymore, we know Garden has our business for many years to come.

The worst place I have ever been to in my life. Short story my cat is dead in less then 1 week. Wrong meds Wrong diagnosis My cat too sweet Charles died because why? THAT IS THE QUESTION came in due to Charlie not eating as much gave meds don't worry he is fine all the tests they ran $569.00 for that vist. 2 days later Charlie worse 169.00 for that visit 7pm Charlie became catatonic and died at 3:00am I hope you all will be very very careful Such a money hungry company we are at the mercy of the vets due to the love for our furry family members. REST IN PEACE

Dr Neitzel and her staff are amazing in all areas. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Been going to Dr Neitzel for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Bless you all for everything you do to take care of and protect our critters. ????

One of the best vets you can ever take your pet to!

I HIGHLY recommend this office! I called multiple vets before deciding on this one, I'd like to point out that what made me choose this office was the friendliness and welcoming manner of the receptionist I spoke with. I wish I knew her name because she made the call so personable and reassured me that my dog would be in good hands at this office. When I arrived I was dealing with alot of personal financial issues along with everything that was happening with my dog, instead of ignoring my concerns and focusing on the money like most other vets have done in the past Dr. Neitzel sat with me, showed compassion and only requested the necessary tests to move forward. She performed surgery on my 10 yr old dog who is now back to her normal playful self, and it didn't leave me bankrupt. I'd like to say that her staff is amazing, the assistants and receptionist I dealt with were phenomenal. They were personable, funny and kind. Not only to me but to Marlee as well. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Neitzel and her staff. If you're looking for a vet that is not only affordable but family oriented, you've found it here!

The team at Garden Veterinary have been very helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic with all levels of care for our little ones, from routine visits, to more serious health issues such as cancer, giving referrals to specialists if needed. They've gone above and beyond and also at a fair price. We deeply appreciate all of their help.

We became a new patient after some research and reading the reviews once we brought home our new puppy. The staff is wonderful, very capable and kind. They take great care with safety protocols regarding covid precautions as well as general cleanliness in the rooms. The doc is very kind and competent; she interacted so well with Hopper even though he was bouncing off the walls like a baby lab pup tends to do when excited! We love it here and highly recommend this practice to all!

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Neitzel for over 10 years. She is the most caring vet I have ever come across. She truly enjoys and loves what she does. Her staff is beyond amazing, and they treat you like family. If you are in search of a new vet, this is the one. I can’t express how thankful I am to have found them. That staff and Vets are exceptional ????

At first very good, but when I saw the new vet Dr. Lindblan, she did not listen. I asked to x-ray her back. my dog is a dacshund. I told her that when I pick her up she whezzes, I think from pain. But she xrayed her chest, said she has allergies... Maybe back problems.. I will say the receptionist Jennifer is very good.

Caring, knowledgeable, and affordable. Our rescue cat had a benign cyst on his side which had gotten quite large.. 10 stitches later and he is on the mend.
