Always a pleasure to visit Fairbanks animal hospital. They go the extra mile to make our cats feel comfortable and loved. The doctors and staff are professional and LOVE animals -- even when the pets are cranky???? I would certainly recommend Fairbanks Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Everyone was so friendly... The office area was spotless !! And, easy to park.

Exceptional! Dr.Cannon is a one in a million Vet. Compassionate, respectful, caring, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Most of all they are honest. They won't try to "up sell", mislead you by exaggerating the condition of your pet in effort to play on your emotions ($$). Dr. Cannon took great care of our first Cocker Spaniel for (13yrs), and our second for her first 2 years. Sadly, we moved from Winter Park (out of state). The last few years have been frustrating, to say the least. My hopes in finding a reasonable Vet that shows even the least amount of humility and integrity compared to Dr. Cannon and his remarkable staff has been disappointing.. If I could; I would make the 800 mi drive back to WPk just for the comfort knowing my dog is is the best of care. Thank you Randall - for all you've done and continue to do for our little furry loved ones!

I switched from WP Vet January 2020 due to the amount of clients that spoke so highly of this place as well as it being super close to work and home for me. I have a 4 year old Shih tzu/ Bichon mix with bad skin allergies and they have done so well with making sure my pup is happy and comfortable. I have had two emergency situations that weren’t life or death but still very serious and let me tell you these people will move mountains to care for your pooch! Staff is extremely sweet and attentive. I have even received multiple calls from staff and vet checking on my fur baby. Office is very clean and the most I have ever had to wait for an appointment was like 5 min which is amazing especially being squeezed in on occasion. Hands down the best vet I have ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love taking my dogs here. They are affordable and are super loving with the animals they care for. My dogs were terrified of the last vet's office and they are noticeably less anxious in this office and have already made friends with the vet techs.

I was panicked and emotional about my beloved senior cat having breathing issues and arrived here by accident after being denied by 5 other hospitals. Upon calling, a doctor made his way outside to grab my animal and without hesitation offered me a calm reassurance they would try their best and quickly took our kitty. I had never been to their establishment but I was treated as though she had always been treated there. They offered me a room and allowed me to see our Pryncess once they got her stable. They kept me informed throughout the whole process with kindness and showed genuine concern for her care. They were honest about treatment options and gave me all the info I needed to be as informed as I could. They allowed swift entry for my husband when he arrived and loved on her until she was no longer here. Although we are filled with grief, Fairbanks showed understanding and compassion that this momma really needed. They were like angels and we are grateful for their attentive service and honest care... thank you....

Man, I had found an adorable kitten that I was so excited to adopt from this office. I had called and they told me he was available to adopt. I talked to the vet tech who was very sweet and asked that I make an appointment to come in after the weekend to meet the cat. I did. But, as I was pulling into the vets office for my appointment they called me and told me that they had literally just adopted the cat to someone else. I was frankly taken aback, and very disappointed. They said they had other cats that I could look at, but call me bitter, I'll go elsewhere. Ruined my day.

Very clean, very nice people at the desk. My poor dog had a lump in her neck and they got her in the same day . Prices were fair and I will be back. Came from Banfield and this place is much better .

I pick up a black kitten that was hit on New England and wrap it in a towel drove it directly to Fairbanks animal hospital. They came out and put the cat for me I told him that it was a stray feral cat and was hit by a car they did not ask for any money or anything just took the cat in to care for it. They are my vets and i love love love them.and the techs and receptions are the best. Would never think of going anywhere else.!!! I wasn't at that location. I was at fairbanks animal hospital, across the street.

They are very courteous and take great care of my boy. I have a German Shepherd and they accommodate our visits for him. The Vets are always kind to him and have looked after him ever since I moved here

I was in search of a veterinarian's office that my dog would actually like going to and it has been quite a challenge. After reading a plethora of Google reviews I settled on Fairbanks Animal Hospital and am so glad that I did. My pup loves the staff and actually ends up out of my lap during her visits! Our most recent visit was a happy one and I think she was disappointed that she couldn't stay and keep getting loved on!

Genuinely the most wonderful vet visit I have had with my fur baby. They fit me in immediately with an emergency I had with my pup. The staff was so friendly and so sweet to my dog. The vet, Dr. Cannon I believe was super informative and made me feel very comfortable in understanding what was wrong with my pup and how we were going to treat her. I felt confident this place would take care of my pup from the moment I walked in and they did not disappoint. I will recommend this place to all my friends with fur babies as well! A truly exceptional veterinary hospital.

Dr. Randy Cannon is rarely wrong when it comes to diagnosing our animal over the last ten years. Great friendly, compassionate, and efficient office staff as well. Bringing your animals here is a really smart step.
