I brought a friend to the clinic with a cat that was in severe kidney distress. The clinic went to great lengths to save the cat's life and he is now back home and very happy. The owner is also extremely happy to have him home and …

Brought my mother-in-laws dog in last Tuesday fully expecting to euthanize because she was about 14 years old, wasn't really eating or drinking and had a few neurological problems for a while. Poor Sassy was looking pretty rough and tired. …

We arrived after 10:00 PM with our Chihuahua who was experiencing extreme pain when we tried to lift her. The doctor and the techs were very efficient and kind. Fortunately they quickly determined that there was not a serious problem and gave us several options for treatment. They did not try to do unnecessary tests or xrays, which as terrrified pet parents, we would have been easy to convince. We are so lucky to have this facility close by. It certainly gives us peace of mind.

Dont take your pet here unless you want them to die while waiting to be seen. Customer service is rude and lacks basic compassion. Edit: this review is moreso aimed at the night crew, as they showed no sympathy to those with sick animals. …

Had our older small dog in for care. It’s a very busy place and took quite a while due to COVID precautions. I was impressed by how thorough they were. The Dr called a couple of times and explained diagnosis. After some care prescriptions and special food he is slowly getting better. Thanks I would recommend your clinic.

Took my 9 week old Luka as he was not feeling well. He had Parvo. But thanks to the care if Veterinary Healthcare Associates. He is alive and safe. They were kind and compassionate, but most of all, knowledgeable and able to save him.

Very professional group of Drs and staff. Can't say enough good about how caring, professional, and supportive Dr. Phelps and the girl's who were involved with my dog were . Thank you all for the card and sympathy you each expressed during this difficult time for me. Best regards, M. Wilson

My kittens were having a bad reaction to being neutered at TLC Snip and they weren't taking proper responsibility or care of them, so I rushed them over to the VHA and they were incredible. I pulled up to the numbered lot and called them and they were quick to have someone come out (despite the many cars there) to assess the kitties and hear what had happened. They took my kitties to get their vitals checked and start the exam. They administered fluids and meds, and the vet himself called me to talk to me. They even gave me meds to take home so my cats would recover. They let my kids come in and they had free drinks and snacks, let us use the restroom and had a comfy waiting area. The amount of compassion and friendliness is unbeatable. Not once did I have to worry if my babies were in good hands- there was plenty of communication and they were rapid in assisting them (which I appreciate since my kittens were dehydrated from puking for several days and hadn't been able to eat or drink). The bill was pricey- as most ER trips are- but they earned every penny for saving my kitties. I'm so glad I took my cats here. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The staff was very professional and caring when I brought my Chihuahua, Nina, in for ultrasound. Dr. Nations called me and discussed the very positive feedback from her test results along with his recommendations. He is absolutely a veterinarian of the first tier. I greatly appreciate his and his staff's care for Nina and highly recommend this organization.

I’m so thankful for all the kind and talented people who work at VHA. I brought my cat in and he was bad off, Dr Martinez and all the vet techs saved his life! You can tell by talking with him that he really cares about every person and their pet. My cat had to stay in the icu for a few days and then have surgery with dr sawyer (who is also amazing and so sweet) to remove the bladder stones that caused everything, and it was so nice knowing that there was someone always there because they have the 24 hour vet techs, they even let me come and visit him! Everything was a tad bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and for me my cats life was worth it and the comfort I felt knowing he was in good hands!

They took great care of our Milly, who is stressed out by just moving here. She has torn off most of the hair on her legs. With the vet's help, we'll get her back to not needing to wear a ring around her neck or a suit.

I had to take my 14 year old cat in on Saturday night, Dec 4th, 2021 at 9:30. She was having difficulty urinating and was distressed. They were extremely busy. Covid restrictions required that I wait in my car. The wait time was very long, but my cat required multiple tests, labs, etc. Dr. Remington Drake called me three times during her treatment. He explained everything in great detail.. diagnosis, treatments, procedures, meds, aftercare, etc. He answered all of my questions and was never rushed when we talked. After introducing himself on his first call, he complimented my cat's appearance first thing. It was obvious that he is passionate about his profession and genuinely cares about the fur babies in his care. The technicians that I met with at my car were also very caring explained medication administration clearly. Thank you to Dr. Drake and his team... Gracie's mom and dad.. Tami and Brad Fisher

Our son's dog had complications that unfortunately ended our dogs life. The doctor explained our options, but I could hear the doubt in his voice. He was honest about our choices and outcomes. I appreciated it greatly. I absolutely love that the hospital considers the animal's minds, giving them cheese and peanut butter as they pass. Unfortunately, we were out of state, but this hospital made things easy, comfortable, and understanding our complex dynamics. Thank you for everything, and I hope the office has a blessed holiday. ???? ???? Rest in peace, Marley. You were loved BIG.

I brought my cat for a visit for international travel certificate recently. First I learned that the price of the certificate went up from $105 to $400 for a total bill of $650!! For a wellness visit and some paperwork!! At no time this was announced when I made the appointment, making it impossible for me to schedule the service with another vet if I wanted to since the travel certificate has to be done in the 10 days prior to travel and needs to be sent to the USDA and come back in that timeframe. This is absolutely outrageous! I bring my cat twice a year for international travel and this is my last visit to this vet. The paperwork that cost $400 is basically copying the one from the last visit since I travel twice a year at least and the info is always the same other than for the dates... That the rate of a service quadruples in less than 6 months is unacceptable. There was no explanation, no management to talk to about it at the time of the visit and I am still waiting for a call back from management 10 days later. We have been bringing 2 pets for international travel visits on a regular basis for over 10 years. No more! But that's not all. For the privilege of paying a service an ungodly price, I get a call at my house from the USDA 2 days after the visit telling me that Veterinary healthcare forgot to send the rabbies vaccine records with the paperwork !? I had to call the office and request the records be emailed immediately to the USDA. Maybe I should send them a bill for $400 since I had to do their work... So this was all extremely unprofessional, overpriced and not getting a call back from anyone is quite insulting. So I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to advise anyone who asks NOT to bring their pets to Veterinary Healthcare.

Working with the staff at VHA was the best experience I've had with a veterinary clinic. The staff was professional and gentle with our new kitten and Dr. Rachel Willis is so knowledgeable and compassionate! I'm so glad they were referred to me and I hope you and your family have the same positive experience that we had!

We brought a cat who wandered into our backyard a few days ago to VHA, and they were phenomenal. I was able to get a prompt appointment, check in was speedy and pleasant, and they saw the cat right away. The nurse and doctor were kind, patient knowledgeable and both went above and beyond in trying to help us find the rightful owner for the kitten -- which we did!

I had to bring my dog to the vet hospital because she wasn't eating or drinking. The staff, vet techs and vets were very communicative with me and provided updates to the results of the tests. The vet needed to keep my dog for 24 hours because of dehydration. The vet staff were professional and very supportive from the beginning when I brought my dog Lilly for answers regarding her symptoms. I'm happy to report that Lilly is continuing to slowly make improvements here at home. Thank you again for everything you did for her!

We had to use VHA on 2 occasions recently for our golden retriever. On the overnight stay the ICU nurse called with regular updates and sent pictures which following major surgery was so appreciate to ease such a concerning time.Dr Sawyer & her team thoroughly explained options and processes with detail and empathy. After bringing home our pup the VHA team were consistently available to answer questions. I highly recommend VHA. Pictures show in hospital and followed but 3 in recovery at home. I show the one standing as this is day 2 after amputation Dr Sawyer said I would be amazed at how quick a pup adapts and she was spot on!

We were pleasantly surprised at the timeliness and cost of out visit to this emergency care clinic for our dog. He is recovering well, and we will definitely utilize this facility if the need arises again.

The vet tech was extremely understanding as I cried about losing my Daisy. She explained everything about Mochi and his meds. She even agreed to let me take a picture of her with Mochi! Dr. Nations was kind and patient. He explained everything at length in an understanding way. Rate A experience.

Our little boy Copper, ate what we thought was a poisonous lily bulb that he dug up and began vomiting. Our vet did not have a Dr. on site at the time and sent us over to VHA. As soon as we walked up they gave Copper pets triaged him and brought him back. They were efficient on calling us to advise what they were doing. My only downside was that they couldn't get poison control on the phone to advise of the information we told poison control which could have affected the treatment, which thankfully did not. Since they could not get them on the phone they were going full on worst case scenario treatment which was not necessary and the dr. himself called us to let us know of the what he saw and we all felt it was ok to bring copper home with a follow up at our vet. They were so sweet to our little boy and he is doing just fine and no more vomiting. well worth the money which was way more affordable than I was expecting. So thank you!!!

I brought my sick dog into the emergency vet. It was an extremely long wait, and I didn't really understand what was going on most of the time. She required hospitalization. She spent several days in the ICU with around the clock care. They were very patient with my phone calls to check on my dog. Please be aware that this is an emergency vet and will be expensive. They offer specialty services, including ultrasounds. The ICU stay was very expensive, but my dog had constant care and is now recovering at home. Most local vets are understaffed, so many people are bringing pets to the emergency vet. You're going to be waiting for a while at the emergency vet. Your pet will receive quality care.

Well I had an emergency for my little "Tootsie " my polydactyl "scrub" kitty, and I must say the facility seems to be run very well,as I have never seen so many cars in a parking lot of a veterinarian before in my life!!... the staff were hard working ladies, and they even offered and served bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks to the clientele. They were also very "easy on the eyes"(good looking ladies). I was able to speak to vets and although the prices seemed a bit high, or its probably me ,all in all your pet is in great hands!
