Little Wolfe's Pet Resort Winter Haven, Florida

Our Shichon baby does not like to be groomed. She was used to the groomer in our home state and we were afraid we wouldn't find a groomer that would put up with her attitude. When we left her at Little Wolfe's Pet Resort she wanted to go out the door with us. We walked on out and left her there. When we went back to pick her up the receptionist said she wasn't any trouble. Thank goodness. Everyone there was very nice and friendly and our pup did not seem afraid of anyone there. Already have her next appointment set up. Thank you everyone at Little Wolfe's Pet Resort.

Nice place with a alacarte services...nail cutting, ear care....lots of nonvet maintenance. I saw where cats are boarded, clean and sizeable... reasonable prices and they answer the phone. I'll go back.

We love this place! I bring my dogs there to get their nails done. Don't need an appointment, just walk in. They are so friendly and quick. I definitely would recommend them.

Hi all . in my case I left my dog ​​for 8 days. The price seemed fair to me and the place looks good. The only thing was that when I picked up my dog ​​I noticed that I lost weight, when weighed her at home I had lost almost 4 lbs. And she arrived super hungry, she ate 3 plates of food which is not usual for her, she only eats the daily portion of it. I don't know what happened, nobody told me anything. I took her there on prior recommendation.

Been having Jack groomed here for 15 years. Cheerful, friendly, and caring staff. Jack always looks his best after a visit. Jack is a proud and happy yorky.

Took in my newly rescued kitten to be groomed and deflea. Once I got her back her nails were barely clipped and she was covered in fleas! I called as soon as possible, explained my situation and was told “She probably got the fleas from your car, you will have to pay for another groom. You’re wasting money, all we use is flea soap.” Thanks for nothing, the only thing I wasted was my time trusting them.

I have a very big sassy cat that got mats in his long hair. I was terrified to take him somewhere thinking they would not even be able to touch him. They asked what I wanted and I told them to do whatever was needed but hopefully keep him looking kind of cute. They exceeded my expectations!!! And they said he was good for them. Not even a note on his file ????. I would for sure recommend them. The price was reasonable and they were very kind!!!

For one they didn't shave the sanitary area and they were rude when we picked them up and then made a smart remark about they don't like doing large dogs with alot of hair that is one of the reasons I will not go back I don't recommend them again

Live Little Wolfe's! My girl knows the name. Sweet staff. Indoor and outdoor play areas. Someone is always with the group. I can get her bath and nails done there too!

It was my first time boarding my dog here, while they were very friendly with my dog they didn't seem to be the type to go above & beyond for your pet. I asked the young lady that I wanted my dog's nails cut AND filed, they only cut his nail & I am having doubts if they even did cause they are super sharp still. When I dropped him off they didn't offered to give me a tour, they didn't asked any questions. Maybe it's just me, but I'm use to staff giving tours, sending pics or sending a card with your pet letting you know how their stay was especially being their first time,like I said maybe it's just me but I was disappointed. It was in & out drop your pet, & see ya, no questios asked, no concern, which left me a bit uneasy. Needless to say I will be boarding elsewhere next time.

We have only used the grooming portion of this resort but my elderly dog who usually gets anxious, has been groomed 3 times so far and when I pick him up he is happy and calm. He always looks great too! It's easy to make an appointment and the staff is attentive, efficient and kind. I highly recommend this place!

The rates are the best in the area for grooming and boarding. They always smell amazing when back from being groomed. They also have weekend hours which are convenient.

First and last visit today. We took them hoping they would have a good experience with all of these positive reviews. We were wrong. The facility is small and it sounded like they were packed with dogs. I was hoping to get a report card of how they did today but was told nothing. How do you have a first day and not let the owner know how their pets did. Don’t be mislead by the low prices. If I had to guess they are low because they cram a ton of pets in a tiny space. Hoping we can find a better facility.

I have taken my lab here multiple times for boarding and grooming and I always receive exactly what he needs . I recently started doing day care with him during the week and he enjoys it more than coming home . The staff and prices are great and services is always good.
