I would give zero stars if I could. The lady that works there is extremely rude. We took our kids to see if they would interact well with the puppies and the lady said “serious customers only”. We were actually considering getting a puppy for our family, but this is the last place I’ll ever do business with.

We purchased our Yorkshire Terrier from Star Pups, INC in April 2021. She is an amazing puppy. Healthy and perfect in every-way. So grateful to have gotten such a wonderful pet from them.

I am so happy I went to star pups. I really think I have the 2 cutest puppies in the world :) I cannot go anywhere without people stopping me to tell me how in love with my dogs they are and how the dogs made their day. I’m very happy with my decision and love my two little girls.

My review is real and the only reason I'm reading these reviews is because I have left messages online about a dog my daughter purchased at this location that I absolutely fell in love with. She purchased a chocolate Labrador which I have been training to be a service dog. I have been a labrador trainer my whole life. My last was the love of my life and still miss her after 15 years. After raising and helping train my daughter's dog I have been trying to reach this store to see if I can get a Labrador from the same breeder. I would love to have younger sister of this dog meaning a different litter. No one has responded to me from my messages online. No one has ever answered the phone when I called. I think I left messages but not sure so it wouldn't be fair for me to say phone messages are not being returned. I gave up and started looking for puppies in other places. I had found two places on the other side of Florida in Kendall. Before driving down there I decided to do a little research on better Business bureau. Both places were being sued for selling sick puppies by many people. The reviews were horrible they would send the people to their appointed vets. When I researched the vets one being right up the street from me those reviews were even worse. So today I decide to read the reviews about this place. The only thing I see is complaints about reviews. My daughter's dog is very healthy and I would love to have one exactly like it. I have become disabled with a broken back but I know how to train labradors and they make perfect companions. I am not turned off by these reviews but I wish somebody would get back to me so I can buy a dog from this place. I am not going to just drive an hour and a half north not knowing if there's a dog there for me to buy or even better if I can get one from the same breeder. I do agree with people about no one responding this place is about to lose a sale and one that I've been trying to give to them. To the responder that is very aggressive to other people I'm trying to get a dog from you and no one is returning my messages or answering the phone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They treat their animals HORRIBLE ... Look at how they transport them from OHIO- no water, no food and nasty cages. Shelter pets are killed hourly and they look just as cute and cost nothing. You don't need to splurge to buy love.

Got our puppy here almost 3 years ago and it was one of the best decisions of our life!! We LOVE our fur baby more than anything! Would recommend if your in search of a specific breed.

The gentleman was very informative, and made us feel extremely comfortable, being that we are first time dog owners. He answered any questions we had, and assured us we could call whenever we might have any more questions or concerns. My purchase was smooth and done in a timely manner. Im very happy with my purchase, and the kids and I are excited to have the new addition. Thank you.

Please don’t buy from this place, they claim to have high value dogs when it is far from the case. they say that the puppy come from AKC certified parents but they fail to mention that you cannot register the puppy under AKC regardless if you are trying to breed or not. So you are paying $3400 for a puppy that is not and will never be recognized as a pure breed according to the American Kennel Club. Not only that but my puppy came with severe gastric problems that cost us hundreds of dollars in Vet fees and it didn’t stop there because of the gastric problems she has she can only eat a specific type of prescribed dog food that costs $98 a bag. This place does not care about you or the puppy they only care about sales, don’t waste your money coming here. Please do your research before purchasing a puppy from anywhere!!!!

I got my baby Winnie from there! I have had her for two weeks and she is so amazing. After searching months and months for the perfect dog I stumbled across this place on Google and went there the next day the people working there were super friendly! Winnie is a cavachon and I will definitely be going back there to get a second puppy soon!!

We purchased a Yorkie a week ago from Star Pups and we are absolutely in love with our little Chloe. She is the sweetest little girl and is in perfect health. We had an amazing experience with this business. They were very clean and so were the puppies. I have a friend going this weekend to purchase a puppy from them because they fell in love with our little girl!!

This place is clean and expensive

I walked and it took care of everybody else and act like I wasn't even standing there

I was driving by one Wednesday in August and decided to stop in, and see what Star Pups was all about. I was pleasantly surprised . Nancy was really busy but her helper handed be this little black and white bundle of joy. I didn’t get her that day but my mind kept going back to that little baby, and how nice and professional Nancy was. I Did Not feel like someone was trying to force me to buy a dog. She actually cared about my puppy, and she listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend you go and ASK FOR NANCY. I love my Shih-Poo Luna.

I have been wanting to get a puppy for awhile and finally found the perfect puppy for me. My experience at the store was good and I am very happy with my Tiny ShihTzu puppy.

Would love if these people could answer the phone, so I could come see the pups. Says they are open everyday but Monday and still no answer. Tried to leave a voicemail, but their mailbox is full. 2.7 stars makes sense.

We bought our Yorkie a few months ago. He is precious. Our experience here went so well we are considering purchasing another yorkie when they come available. Our yorkie is healthy and we haven’t had any issues.

Have purchased 3 pups from Star pups and all were healthy and beautiful. Expensive but they definitely have the best picks.

We purchased a yorkie 3 months ago and no issues. No health problems - healthy puppy! The shop owner was helpful and stayed in communication with us for the purchase once she reached the store. They provided tips/recommendations. Our puppy came with microchip and first round of shots. Recommend.

It's been a month and 9 days since I got my puppy. I was skeptical at first to give them my business due to the bad reviews online. I'm glad I gave them a chance. My experience was extremely pleasant. I'm a first time dog owner. The manager, Sherwin, took his time to answer all my questions and gave me great advice, tips/ tricks to keep my puppy safe and healthy. I followed up with their recommended veterinarian on time and also saw my own vet. I'm extremely happy with my decision to go there. I am a satisfied customer!
