We were really pleased overall. We went in a few weeks ahead of time to meet the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Everyone we spoke with clearly loves animals. The facility is very clean. We'll be sending our pet again for future stays.

If you want your dog to sit in a cage all day this is the place! Thank god the first day is free because she will not be returning. Our last dog daycare place was fun and enriching and our dog has been sitting in a cage for over 2 hours, thank god for cameras!

This facility is clean but most important my dog loves going there. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and my dog loves them all. Highly recommend Pet Paradise, Palm Beach.

My dog was boarding at Pet Paradasie PB for 3 days. I requested grooming for him. When my son picked him up He was limping. Staff told one story to my son and another one to me. Ended up with an infection in his nail bc they cut his nail very short and got infected.

Wow they love animals,they're taking care of your pet like their own.They're very special people.

My dog loves this place! Have a little bit of both indoor and outdoor play. The day camp is awesome and so is boarding. They really care about your pets! Even the cats are cozy in their own separate Cat condos.

Put my best friend in kennel for a week. I also had him bathed but he still smelled like a kennel and had poop on his butt.

This pet paradise was an amazing place for our golden retriever to stay while we were away on our 4 night vacation. We were a little nervous for our dog to be away from us overnight for the first time, but they made us feel happy with our decision. Every time we checked the cameras, our pup was having the time of his life in the pool or in the play areas. He came home a sleepy, happy boy and misses his friends at pet paradise. The manager (Nick?) and the other staff members there were extremely friendly and you can tell they love your animal as much as you do! Highly recommend this place to anyone! They made our vacation stress-free with their personable and hospitable attitude! Thank you so much for giving our pup a wonderful vacation!

Pet Paradise is the only place I trust with my baby girl!!! They treat her like a Queen and love the fact that she had so much fun outdoor time swimming and playing with the other dogs. They go above and beyond and treat her as if she was their own person fur baby, they are great with giving her her medication and they even offer ice cream treats and personal outdoor play time both for a small fee but worth it!!! They also helped me change her room as I actually booked her in an indoor suite but my girl likes to go outside at night and their Queen suite is just that and made for a Queen lol I do suggest that if you do leave your dog there for a vacation you buy and bring a brand-new dog bed as from what I here theirs are not the best or at least not good enough for my girl as I spoil her rotten and she needs the best of everything lol Alls I can say is the staff goes way above excepted expectations very nice, kind, and professional! I boarded my dog for the weekend and am so happy with their services. The quality is amazing for the price! My dog is very energetic and friendly, I can tell that the staff here love the animals they care for. He had a blast and came home ready for a good nap. We were also told he made many friends. The dog playground is especially cute. We will be back for the monthly grooming club and boarding for our next trip!

We are loyal Pet Paradise customers, and after visiting five different locations, our home location and PP Palm Beach are by far our favorite. Blaze loves it here and they are so kind to him. I use this location when traveling and I love how excited he is when I drop him off and the nice things the staff has to say about him when I pick him up. I signed Danny a 5 month old Husky up to socialize him and let him swim and make friends . when i looked for Danny on the web Cam he was no where to be found . I called the Palm Beach Pet Paradise to find out Danny was in an isolation cage by himself ! they said he was puppy aggressive . we never went back . The Palm Beach Pet Paradise Experience for Danny was anything but Paradise . I would never have known except that i could not find him .

HERRO is a regular here. They really do a great job of keeping my dog happy when I'm out. Sometimes when I need to do some grocery shopping and a spring cleanup I'll drop him off for a half day for only $22.

Absolutely outstanding service for dogs. I leave my German Shepard with pet paradise every time I go out of town and he loves it! They’re incredibly helpful and responsive and above all else they made me feel safe leaving my beloved dog with them. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and they all clearly love dogs. He gets treats, play times, he swims and even a go home bath!

Molly gets her "Lamb" cut here. Very nice folks.

Doesn't have a sling for large dogs. Can't do same day nail trimming.
