Called last week to get some more information since I was travelling with my pup and he needed a 2nd dose of medication for roundworms. They were nice on the phone, however I did not hear back after they said they would call back. Called back a week later and basically felt like I was being dismissed just from asking questions or telling them about the situation with my pup again. It was not a great experience with customer service from this location. Will not be calling ever again or recommend them to anyone.

I needed a new vet after moving & I’m extremely glad that my boyfriend found Ibis. We’d went to another vet in the area and it was just underwhelming. Switched to this vet and it’s like night and day. The receptionists are always friendly, the techs always answer my questions thoroughly, & the doctor takes her time to go into the “why” of each recommendation. I’m really happy taking our girls here.

Will never go back! Charged me for tests they did not complete then told me to get pee from my male cat and bring it in. Office manager is obnoxious and called me after reading my criticism online and kept me on the phone a long time. To top it off we weren’t allowed in the office with our pets and didn’t get them back for more then an hour. They were alone and very scared. That cost us nearly $600 for two cats.

Very unprofessional staff. The manager, Jeff, does not take his time to explain the bill of things done without my approval. Be aware of these individuals, they will take your money if they can. They create a bill and demand payment for things that were not done and discussed with the customer. They raised their voice and use intimidation tactics to see if they get your money. They don’t deserve the 1 star, but zero stars.

I was bringing little Bowser to another vet in Royal Palm due to an old friend's recommendation but I felt like the quality of care just wasn't there. He was about to be due for his annual check-up, so brought him here instead since it's right next door. The staff was so sweet & the doctor was so helpful. She recommended more than we'd been doing at the other vet, but he's getting older now so I agreed. It turns out that he has kidney issues. I have no idea how long this has been going on for because I'd never thought to do any testing since he didn't have any symptoms. Anyway, she answered all of my questions and helped put me at ease since I was so upset over it. He's getting a special kidney food now and some blood pressure meds. My old vet never would have caught this. I'm so thankful they did.

My wife and I have been bringing my family’s pets to Dr. Feltz for years & the whole staff have always done right by us. Don’t believe some of these reviews on here. I own a small business in west palm and people have just been nuts for the past year or so with COVID. You can smell the crazy coming off some of them lol. I can only imagine how much her office has to deal with.

I brought my Jack Russel here after taking him to another clinic due to very bad cough. It would even cause him to gag at the end and almost choke. The other vet couldn’t tell us what was causing it or help him stop coughing. Ibis was a bit further, but I figured I’d give it a try since they’re near my parent’s house. The staff was really friendly & the vet seemed really knowledgeable. They took some x rays, gave him some meds, & now he’s running around like a little puppy again. Super thankful

New to the area, I took my two cats to Ibis animal Hospital. The nurses were so friendly and caring, as was Dr. Felz. They explained the policies to me, procedures for my cats very thorough and very compassionate. Very happy I went there, and would definitely recommend!

Nearly impossible to get records or receipts. Even when complying with their protocol of requesting records online and waiting 2 weeks, they are still never sent out by that time frame. Even so, there are certain appointments made sooner than the 2 weeks they require that records are needed and this can never be done on time. Never heard of any other practice run this way. Have heard the exact same complaint not only from neighbors but from other practices that request records. Good luck!

My golden retriever; Cherry had something going on with her ear, so I brought her in for a check up. They were so attentive & Cher loved the nurse who came to get her from the car. Love at first lick ????. The doctor was really nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even gave us something long lasting so that we don’t have to give the baby meds every day. I wish our last vet had told me about that option. Anyway, a few hours after I left, I realized that I’d forgotten to ask for her flea meds, so I called & spoke with Jeff to find out about going back to buy some. Get this- he offered to just deliver to my house the same day. I’ve literally never heard of anyone doing that. This place is great. I’m really glad they’re so close to the new house. Super convenient.

I was looking for a veterinarian closer to home and several friends recommended Ibis Animal Hospital. All I had to do was fill out a quick new patient form and the office manager, Jeff, took care of transferring all of my dog's records over and making it a seamless transition. Jeff is thorough and professional, and made sure all of my questions/concerns about my pup were noted in my records and that current medications were renewed. Dr. Felz took the time to cover each concern and come up with follow up plans to make sure my dog's health issues are monitored and resolved appropriately. You can tell that the staff truly cares for the animals.

They made an appointment for curbside and left me waiting for over 20 minutes(don't care about reasons why when I have an appointment). My dog just doesn't like it there and neither do I anymore. Needed a better fit and after 12 years it was time. After seeing some of the customer reviews and replies from the vet its the correct decision. No way I want to do business with a business who trashes their customers online. Its really a terrible look.

This is an amazing clinic! If you are looking for a vet I highly recommend Dr.Felz. She truly cares for all the pets that she sees. I've been taking my pets here since Dr.Felz bought the clinic. This clinic is located in the Shops of Ibis. Dr.Felz and all the staff at Ibis Animal Hospital are kind, caring, and wonderful people who truly care about your pets health.

Worst experience I've ever had with a vet. Rude and self absorbed. This whole office needs to learn bedside manners and be responsible for what they do. After a year am still waiting for reports requested from visit. A month later still waiting for receipt from last visit, which was my last, moved on to another hospital for LOVING care of my pets.

This vet clinic is the worst worst worst worst worst ever. Jeff is a con artist and is all about the money. I was mistreated like never in my life. If you love your pet never bring them here. Absolutely horrible

I have a 3 year old rescue pup with major separation anxiety. She is an escape artist that can get out of every leash and collar except for the harness that she is comfortable with. Every time we have brought our dog to the Ibis Animal Hospital it has not been an issue for us to walk her up to the door for our peace of mind that she will not get out and for the safety of our puppy. Just like any other day, we called and set an appointment for today December 4th 2020 at 4pm for an examination on a potential ear infection. We were told today that we were not allowed to bring our dog up to the door and that an office member would have to come out to walk her all the way up. Unfortunately we do not feel comfortable doing this so we explained again to the staff how we have been doing it for the last year. The staff informed us that that was wrong and we would not be allowed to do that. The doctor called me back to inform me that the office staff told her that i had never done this before and they had no idea what I was talking about. This being a lie, I simply stated this is the only way I feel comfortable doing it and if I was not able to bring my dog safely up to the door, I would have to go elsewhere. Upon saying this, the doctor told me "Good luck pretty much all of the vets are doing it this way now." Which is also not true, multiple vets in Palm Beach Gardens allow this knowing certain customers have certain issues like ours with there animals. Also, upon my dogs last visit, I requested doctors notes to be sent to me for my pets insurance. I was promised I would receive them in 14 days. After 14 days I called and they said they would leave the doctor a note knowing this was important I received them. It has now been a month since the original visit and I still have not received my requested doctors notes. The excuse this time was "I'm very busy so I can only get to them when I get to them." The lack of professionalism and inability to help accommodate us with or simple request is why I will not be returning and I will be letting my close friends and family who attend Ibis Animal Hospital of my horrible experience.

This is absolutely the worst animal hospital to trust with your pet. Our family has been using them for many years and they were once very good. They have since changed the office staff and the way they do business. The new office manager Jeff has to be the rudest and most unprofessional person you can ever talk to. He personally is destroying a business that once had a good reputation.

Dr. Felz is amazing I came in with my mom to bring her dog in for a yearly and like always we received a great experience ! Dee our technician was amazing she’s very knowledgeable and sweet ,hoping to bring my two dogs in and have same technician and dr again ! Great coffee too !
