You aren't allowed to be in the examination room or be witness to any vaccinations with your pet. I have experienced being alienated from my kittens physical and vaccines and this was difficult to bear especially as a first time pet owner. I trusted this facility based on the initial reviews online but unfortunately my cat was taken to the "back" to be vaccinated and was told he'd be sore on his right shoulder, he isn't sore and nor is he having any signs of side effects that I was told to expect. I recommend not bringing your pet here as you can't prove your pet was actually given services and you're simply "told" it was done. Digging deeper into research after this experience, I have located plenty of places where you are allowed to be present during your pets exam. Don't bring your pet here you aren't allowed to be with them and you'd have no way to prove services rendered that you'll pay for as we obviously know pets can't speak but they show you in their own communications. I won't be bringing my kitten here again.

I wanted to make an appointment for my kittens to be fixed. I asked for the price and they asked me that I have to pay $38 + $9 for a consultation with a vet so that he can give me a price. Every other vet office gave me clear pricing right away. I will never go here.

I wish I could give a higher review but today I was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided. My husband brought our dog in for a visit and everything was going fine. Our dog was behaving as he should, nonaggressive and compliant. The tech then informed my husband that she would walk our dog back to be seen by the vet without my husband joining. Now, we’ve never been to this vet and in the past have never experienced our pet being removed from our presence during a visit. Typically, the vet will walk in the exam room and speak to us and examine the dog, we never leave or the dog. Everyone stays together. When our dog was walked back to the vet, he became aggressive, hence you just took him away from his owner in an unfamiliar environment. They refused to see us due to his behavior change and aggregation. This whole situation could have easily been avoided by having the vet come examine the dog with my husband in the room. Covid has brought us into the realm of staying home with our pets. They are now more connected to us than ever before. Poor performance and consideration to say the least and we will never return to this clinic.

Short wait time, easy booking, and you pay online after your appointment with a link they send via text so it’s really fast & easy. The vet and vet assistant were both incredibly kind and friendly.

This place seemed nice. But then as I entered the area and was placed into a room with my puppy. A lady comes over sharply tells me that she had been calling my phone asking why didn’t answer… mind you, I literally was walking into the room set up with my puppy and my 6 year old son try to settle in. We came in because our puppy has a tooth may have been damaged. Alittle swollen in the area. She’s also due for her boosters. So I just wanted to ask if everything is okay if we could get it done to day and she snapped at me.. telling me. They would absolutely not do that because if a human was sick they wouldn’t do that. Okay, understandable…I was only asking a question. She didn’t have to be so rude and pushy. Will not be coming here every again.

We acquired a membership for our 91-year-old grandmother's dog since she lived in a place very close to her store, but since she moved in with us, her store is 1 hour away (at Wesley Chapel Location), so And we all made an appointment and drove for an hour with our grandmother in her walker and the dog and they didn't want to attend us because we were 10 minutes late. Although we explained the situation and asked him to attend us, they did not care about any argument and asked us to request another appointment. How rude they were over there and how unprofessional. They didn't even have any more patients waiting. I'm canceling my membership and I hope they sent me the records, since I haven't received them yet.

poorly managed; had to call several times to get a visit summary record emailed to me; they couldn't even figure out how to put medication into their own on-line pharmacy. Thrive is not cheaper or more affordable than any other place, but you definitly do not get the service you would from any other vet. Aweful experience overall

I have visited once and my dog and I were treated well. The reception, vet tech and veterinarian were all efficient and friendly. I was able to have all my questions answered, some even before I got them out. The tests were done in 1 day and I received the results directly. I have waited a week at other vets for test results. They addressed my sick dog quickly and to my satisfaction. I thought the price was very good also. Lower than my expectations by half. I would recommend Thrive and Dr. Hernandez.

My cat became I'll in Virginia and her vet contacted Thrive, talked to the doctors there, set up the appointment for the next day after moving from Virginia to Florida to follow up and continue treatment. I really appreciate that they made room on their schedule for my fur baby. The staff was very friendly, kind and they care. They were ready for her and treated her with such care. Not a traumatic experience for my cat. They worked with me as far as finance and we have a game plan to get her better. They put me at ease. Dr. Fernandez is fantastic! Thank you so much for taking great care of my baby. Highly recommend.

When we first started taking our dog to the Thrive location in Spring Hill, we loved it. The staff, experience, everything was always great! Over the last year we moved closer to their location off of Bruce B Downs, and the staff there have been lazy, incompetent and don’t listen to our concerns for our dog. We called to have his monthly flea pill filled, we never received a call back to inform us his meds were ready like they typically do. I called back the following day to check on it, and the staff member I spoke with (cannot pronounce or spell her name, i’m sorry) told me that there was no confirmation that we had called and ordered his pill. My call logs tell a different story, though. Moving past that, when the staff member told me I could pick up his pill today, I asked for a time for pick up so I could manage it around my work schedule, I was then told that “the team never disclosed a time for pickup”. I asked if I could pick up within the hour, to be told no, it would not be ready. This bringing me back to my first question about a time for pickup. I will recommend Thrive to anyone, but not this location.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Tampa from upstate New York and were looking for a new vet. One of our dogs needed to be groomed desperately (he needed vaccination records to do so) so we just made an appointment with Thrive because they were nearby and affordable. I'm really surprised at how nice and compassionate everyone is there! Between the women at the front desk, the vet techs, and the doctors themselves, they're all amazing. Anytime I call, they call me right back if they're busy and answer all my questions. Dr Paschal and Dr Bridges are wonderful to talk to and very knowledgable. The vet tech Deveree (I don't think I'm spelling that right, sorry!) was so sweet and made sure our pets got love while we couldn't be in the room. We were only looking for a quick fix veterinary office but I think we'll stick here!

I was extremely happy with The whole experience of Thrive today. Even tho I will have to take my pet back due to her nerves not having her mommy with her lol . I cannot say enough good things about them and the staff. I will tell all my friends and family, they are not only Affordable, but they truly care about the health and well being of your fur baby. I brought my Siamese here for a checkup because she was coughing. They let me know concerns and options that I had. They were very nice and very reliable compared to other places I had looked at. I will definitely be coming back especially for my cats flea and heart worm prevention.

We went the first week they were open. It was busy (as expected), but we were patient and the staff was kind and kept us updated on the wait times. The customer service was appreciated, and the pricing is a great value. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment. They texted me three times about my appt. I get there only for them to tell me it would be be several HOURS. They couldn't text that? Now I have to find someone else to see my dog.
