Went here a few weeks ago and still just bothered with how poor the service was. The lady at the register (short curly hair) was extremely rude and unpleasant for really no reason and didn’t want to assist in any way. Just stares at you when you walk in and doesn’t say anything. I was trying to find CBD drops which I was recommended to buy by one of their employees previously, and she had a very condescending tone asking if I was giving my dog cbd for hyperactivity. I mean your employees recommended it actually and it works for my dog!!! This place lacks very basic customer service.

I went in off of a recommendation from a woman I met at Petco. I’ve been trying to find a hard cat food for my cat that has polycystic kidney disease and not a lot of teeth he refuses to eat soft food and I’ve probably spent close to $1000 on different foods for him since he’s been sick to no avail. I went in and was immediately assisted by the manager, I wish I knew her name! Anyhow she gave me several sample bags full of different foods that she thought he would be able to eat. She was spot on! My old sick kitty cat is finally eating! I can’t thank her enough♥️Thank you! Thank you! Customer for life????

Super friendly and helpful whenever I go! My rabbits are litter trained and I was looking for a good oder resistant litter that doesn't have too overpowering a smell and they recommended one cat litter that's worked perfect for them and doesn't bother their noses. They're also just really friendly and always give me good advice on brands when I have questions. I always feel welcome in there which is nice and it's convenient since it's right by Publix so I can get my groceries in the same trip too

Went in yesterday and nothing was in stock for the third time i’ve been in there in the past month. The new employees have terrible advice. Seriously they will give you textbook answers that are not specific to your situation. Since the new owners took over and the main girl left it has not been worth the drive from Brooksville. truly sad to see this store is not even family owned anymore and is just owned by some corporate chain from Chicago. this isn’t shopping local. Just go to Max’s on 54 instead. it’s actually local owned and has just about the same prices and more options.

I am usually happy with this place but today I came to the store and it was closed at 7:56 pm. The hours of operations are until 8:00 pm and the lady at register totally ignored me. Not happy at all

They have a wide variety of dog & cat food, treats,and are willing to order you anything they lack in inventory. Location is great. The owner is not very friendly , not sure what the deal is there but its obvious even to us and we come here to buy often....

I like buying local if possible to help our community, so am glad to have a local store that has high quality dog food. I use Fromm. They have been so great. When my SS started getting picky, they gave me some samples to see what she liked. Thank you for your help.

The selection and people in this establishment are absolutely fantastic

I started coming here a little over two years ago when looking for food for my special needs cat. The staff here was helpful, friendly and professional. They helped me find not one, but two brands my boy can eat and he loves. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for pet food unless I loved away. I love shopping here and Ross loves the food and treats I bring him so it's a win-win!

First time in here, this store is amazing and Lisa is such a help. My mom and myself will be making this our go to pet place.

This is a very customer oriented business. I needed an airline approved carrier and they were kind enough to extend the return deadline to accommodate my travel needs. The store has an extensive inventory to meet the needs of your pets, from toys to food and more!

Travelling with a dog on a raw diet is a challenge but this quality pet store had a great variety. They loved my dog and she loved the staff's attention!!! Lovely people!

My wife and I went to Munchies today looking for some new options for my cat with food allergies, who is currently on a "prescription" food diet. A Primal Pet Foods ambassador was there, Gary, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering our questions. Also, the store staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. We got a coupon for a free starter pack of the Primal Raw Food for cats. Our experience was great and this vendor is highly recommended. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a cute little place that sells some useful items and good quality dog food. They could improve by streamlining their "member system", so that when you "check in" by entering your number, it automatically keeps track of your blue buffalo purchases. Instead, the deal of a free bag of blue buffalo dog food per X amount of bags purchased, and the number of bags you purchase is kept track of via a human writing on a card. That's fine with me, really. I just wish they'd do everything, including the check in via human power and eliminate the tech side, or go all the way tech. I don't like the half and half, where some things are tracked only via paper and others are you typing in your phone number so that you get the occasional text advertisement of store discounts and sales. The people are pretty friendly and I could see this business holding it's own, if they could just not make you feel so terrible for asking if they have rawhide bones. The response was a very passionate, "we don't sell rawhide here". I agree. Rawhide is bad. I was shopping for someone else and they wanted me to ask.
