The staff gave us the impression that they genuinely care about us and our 11 yr Schnauzer. Dr. Schwartz has taken time with Goalie to thoroughly go over his history when we came in for our first appointment in June and he continues to treat our schnauzer with utmost care and compassion. He is very thorough.

Best Vet I have ever been to. They are all very polite, professional, caring and helpful. Prices are very reasonable, it’s obvious they care about the pets and not just making a profit like other vets I have been to. The follow up calls are especially nice. They answer all my questions and return calls timely. I can’t say enough nice things about them!!

This is best animal healthcare facility that you can find. They saved my dog and my moms dog. Quality service & facility, the most caring & friendly,...Dr Swartz, Dr.stengard, & all the staff, Sonja, Jill, Victoria, Megan, Heather, etc …this place is the best! If you want quality care for your pets, this is the place. They also offer boarding & I trust this facility over any other facility hands down anywhere. I want my pet to have the best healthcare available & that’s why I wouldn’t go anywhere but here. They have an AAHA certification. You get ‘Peace of mind’ when you come here, knowing your pet is getting top of the line, quality care. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and caring staff and very reasonable prices.

The first vet I have been to that charges you for a check up every time you come in, even for follow up visits in regards to immunizations. I was quoted $70 something dollars for first puppy visit on phone and they handed me a $140 bill. No thanks not looking to be lied to and throw money out the window. Also exam must not have been to thorough as the vet kept referring to my male dog as a she.

I got my little pug Lily spayed today at this office. I could not be more thankful of the staff understanding my concerns, the doctor being so kind and making it simple for her. Misty was the vet tech and I can’t thank her enough for accommodating all of my request, she really helped ease my nerves of my little baby having surgery. Thank you guys so much, I appreciate you greatly.

Over priced. Compared same medications for the same amount and dosage with cost from other vets and found a considerable difference. Sometimes 3 x as much. Exam was not as thorough as one would expect for the amount charged for an office visit. Maybe the cost was for waiting for personnel to come into the exam room and leave. Come in and leave , come in and leave. You get the picture.

This is one of the best Veterinary Hospitals and staff that we have encountered. Everyone is so kind, and very positive. We appreciate that they contact us after we have any appointment with our new puppy and ask if we have any other problems.

I had great experience with Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital. I was visiting our daughter and had some problems with our dog. The entire staff was very professional and was very attentive to our needs. They called every day to follow up on us. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Stengard is a super, compassionate veterinarian. She and her staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care for our two Labradors, Sparky and Sasha.

I’m so thankful for the staff and doctors at this vet . My cat smudge got hurt really bad and he had a really deep cut on his tail / hip area and we were turned down by two emergency vets because I didn’t have the money for them just to see him but they have amazing prices and they were so compassionate and understanding with our situation and they were able to see him and give him an antibiotic shot and later that day the surgery he needed. They took amazing cate of him and they were very compassionate and caring team. The wait wasn’t very long and the staff were so kind and nice. I’m going to recommend this vet to all my friends and family. Thank you so much

A truly wonderful animal hospital, Doc ha a fantastic staff. Their caring enthusiasm is apparent. Doc herself is an outstanding clinician. I trust my pet with her care implicitly! The office is very clean and well organized. Being a human doctor I was very selective in my choice of Dr. Stengard for the care of my new dog. We both enjoy or visits! I love how my pup reacts to the staff. His tail wagging practically turns him around in circles. He loves seeing everyone. Very professional but the gentle demeanor of each person just adds to the welcoming atmosphere felt when you walk through the door. No doubt I highly recommend this loving clinic!

I am new to Florida and needed to see a vet quickly. With no recommendations of where to go so, I tried here as when I called in they said they see rabbits and were confident in their experience. One star because the vet tech was wonderful and helpful. Vet was fine. Overall poor experience at the clinic, though. Would highly suggest the veterinarians here to become more educated on rabbits before seeing anymore just to get more $ out of people. They have little to no knowledge of rabbit illnesses. Lost my best bun due to the negligence of this office. They blindly treated him. Did not have any idea what could be wrong with him if he didn’t have an injured spine. (Which he did not, they just could not get him correctly positioned for the x-ray that they took multiple times) Suggested sending x-ray off to radiology, which is unnecessary as it is the offices problem they could not get a good x-ray. I had been with my rabbit over 24 hours before he started showing signs of an internal problem. I pay very CLOSE attention to my animals. I was fine spending money on him, to actually help him, but not frivolously to send an x-ray off to show what I already knew, that it wasn’t an injury, but something INTERNAL. No possibilities of what the problem could be was discussed in over an hour of being in the office. Necropsy came back showing he had E. Cuniculi. Which is actually very common in rabbits. Unfortunately this was not even a thought in the vets mind and we had no idea until it was too late. Highly suggest the drive to DR. DIAZ in Orlando if you have anything other than a cat or dog. Wish I had the time to do the research of where to take my boy before it was too late. Very disappointed. Not all animals can be helped and that is obvious, but vets should not be taking on clients that they are not truly 100% confident in the ability to care for. These are not only pets, they are family.
