Very happy with both keystone, and trinity locations. Great vets, and techs. Very caring, knowledgeable, and definitely care about your pet. Made the transition three years ago, and couldn’t be happier. I’ve loved every doctor I’ve had there.

A very efficient, professional vet office. Their bedside manner was excellent and I felt comfortable putting my cat in their capable hands this week for a check up and claw trim.

The veterinarians are kind and gentle. They don't push expensive services unless really necessary.

Dr Adler is great. She is very informative and really seems to care for our pets veterinary needs.

Great, professional service and very caring attention to our dogs

We love this place. We have tried two other clinics in the area and were not satisfied with either. The doctors and technicians here clearly care about the animals and humans. Great communication and follow up. We will be switching all of our dogs to this clinic.

It's a tough decision as we had to put our cat down. The doctor gave an honest appraisal of our risks for a sick cat.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff inside a nice clean facility. We had two appointments on two different days at their two different locations and we didn't have to wait either time. I've been to other veterinarians where you have to wait and wait. The veterinarian techs at both locations were very knowledgeable and they were able to answer all of our questions. They provided step-by-step direction and detail about what was required for our pet. I highly recommend both locations.

So happy with the doctors at St Francis, my dog had an emergency and they waited for us to get there to treat our pup. They were gentle and thorough and I cannot say enough great things about their staff. They are my new doctors office

The Doctors have always done a complete comprehension physical examination of my dog and bloodwork every 6 months. They are equipped with up to date diagnostic tools, equipment . The Doctors and the entire staff love all pets. Whenever your dog is sick they will see your dog the same day. The Doctors explain any concerns they may have regarding your dog. The Doctors also explain a healthy physical findings too. I always receive a follow up call from one of the staff the very next day after an appointment.to check on how our dog is doing. They always call our dog by name.The entire staff is friendly caring and professional.Ours is a shy rescue. By his third visit he now happily goes in without me ( since covid 19 health restrictions.

$3000 for surgery on our pet and u can't find the tumor? Even when Blue Pearl asks u on the lab slip, where is it!? Then u want more $ for more surgery!? This place sucks! Is a complete rip off and they prey on your emotions and nickel and dime u until your broke. Doc says in 30 years he hasn't seen a tumor that big? Really!? How the f can't u find its blood supply? Spend the extra drive and go to central pasco vet where they love pets and take care of them as a business NOT start a busieness and make $ off people. Shop around and meet the vets and talk to customers. We will never use this place again

We had an amazing experience with St. Francis over at their Trinity office today. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. It was obvious our pet was in good hands. The doctor took the time to go over everything with us in great detail (xray results, medications etc) and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. The prices were very good and they were upfront with all the costs and procedures. I would highly recommend St. Francis to anyone looking for a vet who cares.

Best vet and worker bees. All concerned about my dog. Would not go anywhere else EVER
