Nothing can prepare you for the loss of a beloved pet family member, but Best Friends Cremation helped us so much with their service. Having our "baby" home and in a gorgeous urn with beautiful keepsakes meant the world to us. Thank you so much Best Friends ❤️

WE just received our sweet Misty's remains back from Best Friends Cremation. We were so moved by all the gifts that were sent back with her. How sweet, considerate and ubelievably thoughtful. Thank You so much Best Friends Cremation, I was not expecting any of the sweet little notes, and gifts, and you just made (another) hard day for us so much better with your kindness.

Through my vet in Merritt Island, you took care of my little chihuahua, Chloe. You did an amazing job. The beautiful ceramic urn with a crystal heart and memorabilia from Chloe that I will always cherish. Thank you for your kindness and for the beautiful presentation--a true gift!

An outstanding service that went above and beyond my expectations. My little Bella was a life long companion and now she will be honorably remembered forever thanks to Best Friends! Highly recommended!!!

Thank you for taking care of my Corrie. I brought him home today. The lock of his hair and the small vial of his ashes, along with the beautiful urn and paw print were overwhelming. I’m so sad to lose such a wonderful friend.

I've had pets cremated before & they come back in a flower tin can. I received my pets ashes today & I was shocked. She came in a beautiful urn with paw prints & a little bag with a lock of her hair & a very small vile that has her ashes in it too. Not only that there was a ceramic paw print with her name on it. You definitely can tell they not only care about pets but also the pet owners. Too the owner(s)... Thank you! Hopefully it will be a long time but I will definitely come back with my other pets.

My BEST friend, my "Person" had to leave me on July 10th. I had spoken to Chris prior and I had a special willow Tree angel keepsake box for my Diggy. She was SO caring and compassionate. During the most difficult time of my life, Best Friends handled everything PERFECTLY.

My Baby Little Bear was only 6 years old and was suffering from Lymphoma, this was the hardest thing I every had to do. I didn't want to let my baby go. He had a gentle soul and still wanted to live. His body was not doing good. I was given a 2 to 3 days of life left with him. I had to make the hard decision to let him go so he would not suffer. I have him at home now where he belongs with his family in a ceramic urn. We have a foot print of him also. Thank you for making us feel loved at a time like this. Forever Grateful.

We have been using Best Friends Cremation since 2006 and they have taken care of 7 of our fur babies over the years. They are very compassionate and have a deep love for the services they provide. They make you feel like they loved your fur baby just as much as you did. Unfortunately, as I write this, we are bringing our beloved Callie (15 y.o. cat) to them today. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our babies.

You, unfortunately, have cremated many of my dogs and I'm very grateful to KNOW the remains i recieve are of just my dog. I can't thank you enough for this assurance bc they weren't "just dogs"...they were my four legged children and deeply loved. God bless you.

Words can not express what they did for us but I'll try. Bubba was our fur baby for over 14 years. Saying goodbye was painful and there were so many uncertainties. Our vet and Best Friends made the process easier. Today we received our Bubba in a beautiful urn along with a lock of his fur and a print of his paw. Thank you!

Best friends was caring and kind and did an awesome job. That was in 2007 I think and I have Claude with me still. Thank you for your kindness.

Best friends did an amazing job taking care of the cremation of my lost friend Comet, my best friend for 15 years. They made one of the hardest things to go through a little more bearable with the caring and thoughtful things they do when returning your pet and they give many special things to remember your friend with. Would highly recommend this business when the unfortunate time comes that you need them.

I cannot accurately express the care that was shown to us by Best Friends Cremation -- My Boxer was 13 years old when he died in his sleep and I had no idea what to do or who to call. I was referred to Best Friends but it was closing time - I called anyway. The women I spoke with was on her way out the door but told me she would stay until we got there! This was almost a year ago and I'm just now able to even think about it without crying hysterically. They were so kind and compassionate at a time when I felt completely paralyzed and broken. I imagine it can be a much more unpleasant experience. When we scheduled to pick him up a few days later there were so many surprises included with his remains - I felt like they really understand the loss that you experience when you lose a pet. I would recommend Best Friends without hesitation to anyone in the same unfortunate situation.

What a beautiful job. I had my dog cremated through my vet. I expected just a box with ashes, when I picked them up they were in a bag with his name and in a pretty urn with paw prints. Nice little kind touches added and very appreciated.

We recently had to euthanize our Shi Tzu Rosie. It was without a doubt the most difficult decision we had to make. Rosie's remains were sent to Best Friends for cremation. Although it will take time to get over our loss, Best Friends has …

This has been such a painful time for us and being unfamiliar with the location I didn't know what to expect... I was so pleasantly surprised by everything. The urn is beautiful and the poem brought a mixture of happy and sad tears. Thank you thank you for the good experience . The only thing I would have liked is a cast of her paw like our previous pet.

Office isn't open unless they are "actively cremating". When my vet contacted then about cremation, they said they would but I "couldn't have the ashes back" wth!?!? Never even gave me prices. I'm going to another crematorium in Melbourne, who actually answer their phones and aren't tone deaf to the nature of their buisiness.

Excellent care and presentation taken with my pet's ashes, I was not expecting more than a small cardboard box based on past experiences at other facilities, but instead received an urn and other comforting items including a cast print of his pawprint. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone in need. Thank you so much.

They were great with cremating my dog but I've been trying to pick him up but they are never there and they don't have store hours posted so I don't know when I need to go. I hope I don't have to wake up at 4 am to pick up my dogs ashes.......

I've had 3 of my furbabies cremated here through my vet. It's nice to know there's someone that cares when we have to let our babies go over the Rainbow Bridge. I have a couple of pets that we didn't have cremated that are buried in our backyard along with our son's mice, rats, snake, etc. Our own Pet Cemetery if you will. But now I have ashes that I can keep forever and ever. And a beautiful urn with my Greyhound that we just sent over the bridge. Thank you! I had the opportunity to meet Chris and she is the sweetest person! It was a joy to talk with her. She really cares about the pets and the owners. I am glad my vet uses her company. I consider her a friend now and will gladly recommend her to anyone that needs her services.

I had a wonderful experience! It's always hard to lose a pet but Brutas was in good hands here. I even ended up adopting a cat from Chris when I picked up Brutas's ashes. I will return here when it is time again. Thank you for your kindness and caring for my Brutas as if he was your own!
