The vet was not all that friendly. We were there 3 hours and she wasn't in the room more then 3 minutes. The vet technician did all the work thanks Brooke .

1/12/22 brought my dog Lulu here to have a vet check her eye. Dr. Courtney Sorensen was very thorough with exam and explanation of the problem and treatment. Wait time wasn't that long and cost was very reasonable. The staff here is all about your fur baby. So happy to have another place to take Lulu when unable to bring her to the regular vet. What a great find!

While there was a wait, the staff was great. The associate was kind and offered to explain what was going to happen. When the vet came in, she was well informed and had great suggestions of how to avoid another infection and what they were going to do to help Maizie today! I also received a helpful summary via email to make sure we knew what instructions we were to follow and additional info.

COMPLETE NONSENSE!! Came in and had to sign in with no front desk receptionist. Sat for three hours and finally someone came out to ask who my dog was and his issue. Said that we would be next then twenty minutes later came out and Said that we would be last!!! AFTER 3 HOURS!!! No emergencies were going on and the kicker is the rude woman said that my dog wasn’t dying so he was not a priority when none of the animals I seen were not dying or in serious condition! I will NEVER come here again and will tell anyone asking that it is horrible!! Shame on them for not knowing how to run a business and be considerate enough to let ppl know what’s going on. Now I have to take my dog to a emergency vet. NONSENSE

A bit expensive but the service and the gentle handling of my beloved pet by Heather was priceless! My urgent vet care now ! The wait was 3 hours but there was a lot of sicker pets that needed help immediately. Worth the wait .

We had a very difficult situation with our older dog and the staff and doctor at UrgentVet were incredibly compassionate and they took us very quickly. We felt that their service was outstanding and their prices were reasonable. We highly recommend UrgentVet.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET! CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL IF YOU GOT ANY... ALMOST NO PERSONAL INTERACTION FROM STAFF... AND THE VET HERSELF HAS ZERO COMPASSION...SHE SHOULD NOT BE TREATING ANIMALS ..OR WORKING IN THIS FIELD

We took our 4 year old dog to the clinic today due to an ear infection. We were there for 3 1/2 hours!! When we signed in we were told 2 hours. During this time there were some emergencies that came in. I understand these things happen but, when we checked out, all of the customers that were in the waiting room when we were called to the examining room had gone home. Our dog required a simple exam and test to see if it was infectious and then an ear cleaning and drops put in her ear. All in all, maybe 45 minutes work. Why were we told it took so long because of emergencies when every other person had already gone home? There was one person in the waiting area. I guess I’m most upset that the technician told us she was going to prepare her meds and then it would only take ten more minutes. At this point I went to the car to wait and after 30 minutes, I went back in to question why we weren’t being seen. Both technicians made me feel unreasonable when all we needed was to be told why there was a hold up. All in all, I feel we were forgotten about and ignored because we had such a small case.

Don’t bother making appointment. You will wait longer than if you just walk in. Very disappointing. If priority is given to walk ins then why request an appointment. ????????????????????

Staff very professional and attentive, great personality and informative. The staff let me know the cost of the X-ray before they took it to make sure I was ok with the price. If I should need them again or anyone else I would be back and would recommend them highly. Less wait time then my doctors appointment ????????

I arrived when they opened and was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait, because appointments had been made on line.

Dr Sorrenson and her staff were very informative and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and were very gentle in handling our senior Labrador.

I brought my sick Chi in at exactly 9:55 on a Sunday. I was the first one there. I was a nervous wreck as she was very ill. My front desk experience could have been better as they took the woman behind me first that rudely cut in front of me. However, Crystal made up for it all along with the dr. I never received such a comprehensive visit in my life! They tell you the cost of everything which never mattered to me, but is very thoughtful. My dog is 100% better. Dr Maxwell was the most professional dr ever! Explained everything to me before I left. I will definitely use them in the future! Much needed and wanted! Thank you Crystal and Dr Maxwell.

The staff was extremely professional and pleasant to consult with regarding immediate care of our pet. I highly recommend Urgent Care on Wedgewood Lane for after hour pet care.

Beautiful place. Very professional and caring staff of doctors. They made it very comfortable and stressless for me to help me on letting my companion of almost 16 years go into a better and pain-free life. Fly high William, I will always love you.

When you are unable to get into your regular vet, UrgetVet is there. We have used them twice now. Both times the the staff has been friendly, warm and genuine. Their love for animals really shines through.

Our puppy of 15 weeks would not eat or drink all day. At 7 pm, we took her to Urgent Vet. They saw our puppy right away. The tech was excellent and the attention paid to our puppy was outstanding. Dr. Lauren Proctor-Brown, DVM was thorough and comforting to us and our pet. Today, our puppy is doing well following the vet’s instructions. I rate them A+++. Diana Braddom

The staff were extremely gentle and soothing with my dog during his euthanasia. This was the most difficult decision I have had to make, and it was comforting to know how caring they were with both me and my dog Darby. Thank you so much!

This is by far the best vet. Clinic we've used in this area. Most definitely the best for urgent care we have ever encountered. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they listened because they truly cared about our furbaby. I am forever grateful for the care we received here. I highly recommend this clinic. Hands down Ashley and Dr. Courtney Sorensen are absolutely the best around.

The staff is great. They are gentle and caring. My dog is a member of my family. The UrgentVet staff cares about her as much as I do. Highly recommend UrgentVet.

Always atleast a 2 hour wait. I guess being from a small city in NH I am not use to waiting and paying so much for services. Not their fault the Villages with the population and amount of pets needs to get more Urgent Care facilitys. Left my home at 7PM and arrived home close to 10PM

My dog was hurt and scared they got her calm down and fixed up pretty quick.

They were surprisingly busy but were loving and gentle with my poor sick boy. Highly recommend.

Very pleased I could go online and schedule ahead to arrive at a specific time. Quick response. Very clean, very professional. Tech and doctor were excellent. I’m very happy with the outcome s c the fact we didn’t have to drive an hour or more away.

I brought my little yorkie, Roxy, in the other night for vomiting. They saw her right away. Very appropriate in treatment they gave. Kind to both her and me. Explained everything in detail. Gave options with pros and cons of each. I would definitely use them again. if needed.

I had a very good experience at Urgent Vet last night. Our 12 year old standard poodle had lost use of her back legs suddenly. My wait time was about 1/2 hour because of folks ahead of me. When our time came, the assistant and the vet spent time with me and our poodle to assess her situation. They were very empathetic, professional and thorough. The vet explained everything she diagnosed so I could understand it, gave us the medication necessary to treat what she thought the issue was and we were on our way after an hour. I received a text message within 1/2 hour of leaving with a full page written of the diagnosis and follow up suggested.

My little Shiba was treated with much kindness. Very clean. Very kind and professional. My go to place if needed in the future.
