The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The vet himself is wonderful and true to always do his best for your pet. The only place I've been to that I trust with all my pets so far.

Do not bring your pet here. The worse possible place to ever. I honestly don’t even know if they are an actually veterinarian.. like straight up a scam. Please do not bring any animal here. The address is 7917 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 doesn’t even have a sign that says their business name.

I’d leave 0 stars if it were an option. Terrible terrible place. FILTHY in the inside, there is absolutely no communication, they literally dragged my puppy into the back room. They tell you nothing to at you are doing. Never even met the vet, they never came out to communicate once. You have to ask for literally everything you need at the end otherwise they will not give you a lick of information on YOUR OWN PET. I’ll be on the phone today with the BBB to be getting this place looked at, and honestly even see if it’s a real business. This place is a joke, I should’ve walked right out with my dog as soon as I walked in.

Dr. Jim is the best in the business! He is extremely knowledgable and experienced and always willing to explain things. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else! You can tell the staff cares here. Everyone is an animal lover.

Vetria pet wellness is the best. I have been taking my cats there for more than 10 yrs. Dr Hughes and his staff are like family. Very friendly. Keeps you updated on your pet. Best place ever.

Best Veterinarian I have ever known. My dog love Dr Jim and he loves them. Sadly while Dr Jim is one of the best Veterinarians I've ever known, his staff is currently among the rudest I've ever known as well. For this reason what was once a five star review is now a two. Apparently the receptionist does not understand the definition of emergency and flatly told us to go someplace else because we did not have an appointment. Our corgi was extraordinarily sick and the lack of compassion shown by the receptionist and another staff member was atrocious and horrific. I known Dr Hughes has no idea that this occurred and he isn't the issue, its the employees actions when not directly under his observation.

I love this vet. They treat my coco like a bulldog queen. The prices are great and service even better.

I love this vet clinic. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The doctor is excellent and takes his time snaking sure you are well informed and comfortable with the care you are receiving

Dr.Hughes and staff were awesome. They were very thorough and empathetic. I trust them. You will not regret taking your dog or animal there. Direct. Honest. And Passionate...you can ask for anything more for you and your pet.

This people are not friendly at all, they not allow the costumer to access their installation. In my visit to that place I did not feel welcome. Waiting longer to be attended. I don't recommend this place

This place is not the place to go.. they just want to shoot your dogs up with vaccines and take your money for everything they can. They can't even keep track of the vaccines they do give your dogs.. there excuse is.. "oh there must have been some miscommunication" .. do not come here if you want a real doctor who actually cares..

I took my pet bunny here because they had the least expensive price for the check up. The doctor and vet techs were all friendly and helpful. They don’t offer nail trimmings to exotic pets but besides that my experience was great.

They are friendly and kind. The doctor had a lot of great natural suggestions for my Bella. They care and are trustworthy. It’s hard to find good doctors even for our fur babies. I highly recommend Vetria.

We are so thankful to Dr. Jim and his entire team. They saved our Faith. She was in liver failure, she was seen by 3 other vets before we took her to Vetria. Dr. Jim identified what was the matter and she is now.at home recovering from surgery.

Absolutely love Dr. Jim and his staff!!! Everyone is amazing and so sweet. I have two bunnies that the staff loves on and takes amazing care of. I would recommend them to anyone else who has bunnies for sure. It’s very hard to find a good vet that knows and regularly treats rabbits. Their prices are amazing as well!!! They are very fair and never overcharge for unnecessary things.

Our kitten had an accident that left her with a broken pelvis. We were devastated and desperate to find a vet who could help, cared, and didn’t want an arm and a leg for orthopedic surgery. I wasn’t sure about a new vet that I had never met, but Dr. Jim’s staff was amazing, didn’t rush me, and were so willing to go above and beyond that we decided to go for it (we had a window of about 72 hours for her to have the surgery). Dr. Jim did a wonderful job, willingly worked with our situation (which is living 2 hours away), and caught things the original vets didn’t. We recommend him 100%.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the entire staff at Vetria. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, sympathetic, professional and kind. It should also be noted that they are a full service animal hospital and not just a simple vet office for simple visits. They have the capacity to take care of your pet no matter the extent. Also important to note, they are very affordable! Not like some other places in our area that practically require one to take out a second mortgage just to cover the costs of helping our furbabies. I already had a vet that I had been seeing for almost a decade for my babies and never thought in a million years that I would stray. Well this clinic was there for me when I needed them most and I will continue to take my babies to them from here on forward. Thank you to you all!!

1st time ever going to a vet and These guys are freagin awesome. I took my cats to get checked out and they got my kitties in and out and even gave me advice on what i should do to keep them healthy. The curbside pickup was cool as well, didnt have to wait long at all to get them
