As a Sphynx owner finding the right, knowledgeable vet to care for this breed is a big deal. After our first vet visit, we knew we found the right clinic for our pets! I do not believe in trashing a company on social media under most circumstances. I do believe in addressing concerns with the company directly, giving them an opportunity to make things right, and if they don't, writing a negative review. I had a difficult experience with the Tampa location of The Cat Doctors, but that's not what I'm focused on with this review. I'm here to instead share the very positive experience I had with them AFTER I wrote an email directly to them that explained my concerns. After I sent them my detailed email, I was contacted by Kelly, the practice manager. She genuinely apologized on behalf of the practice, and then went the extra mile to rectify the situation in a way that not only corrected the situation to my satisfaction, but made me and our kitties lifelong clients. Please think twice before you use social media to tear a business down. Small businesses are the backbone of our country.

Are you looking for a vet? Do you want your cat to be spoiled with love? This is the place. Seriously, they take exceptional care of your cat. I originally was at another vet that was rated/reviewed to be very good. It happen that my cat became diabetic, I never received a diet plan or glucose monitoring, just given insulin and told that he will be insulin for the rest of his life. I felt that this course of action was way off and I decided to switch vets. It was the best choice I could do for my cat, I am his health advocate. He is now in diabetic remission (2-3 months after diagnosis) and just on dietary restriction. He is now a lot more active and more of himself since I started taking home here. I truly can say I feel confident in their course of treatments. The most important the pricing for treatment are not outrageous for what they do and they offer other cheaper options. Also, if you need to board your cat. They will spoil your cat. They gave him the royal treatment and they send messages with pics if you want. I could tell he settle in and became more comfortable after a few days. stop thinking and reading reviews, give them a call, they will take care of your furry family member.

Very caring and knowledgeable! I wouldn't trust my kitties with anyone else. I drive all the way from land o lakes to see them. Recommend them to everyone I know!

We have been looking for a quality vet for our aggressive cat for some time. Unfortunately our cat becomes a demon at most vet offices and makes it hard to treat him. This office was super responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. The office staff are super nice and very thorough. The doctor was calm, knowledgable, and had excellent bedside manner despite the fact that our cat started misbehaving. They did a comprehensive and thorough exam of our cat that we have never been given anywhere. We feel really glad to have found this location. If you have a cat, please consider coming here. They are seriously the best. We will not be going anywhere else for our cat from now on. We are huge fans of this clinic :)

Everyone who works here is an absolute gem- they are super accommodating and responsive 100% of the time. Even when my anxiety is high about my cat kids (which is pretty often lol), they do everything to help out and talk me through it! We were having quite an urgent issue with one of our cats and our existing vet was not doing much to help so we were very discouraged. We gave the Cat Doctors a call and they went out of their way to fit our cat into their schedule that day so she could be checked which was such a relief since we knew she had to get in quickly. From there the process was so smooth and the whole team at Cat Doctors made understanding and receiving results and tests very easy. We specifically worked with Dr. Farrow and she was amazing. She made us very comfortable with what they were doing, provided very valuable recommendations, and took the time to follow up on our cats status even after she had left the vet office. You could tell she really cared. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this group and will not be taking our cats to any other vet moving forward.

I brought both of my kitties here to see Dr. Norden. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly and assisted me however I (we) needed. The staff and vet were so knowledgeable and kind! And treated my cats and I with the most respect and the best attitude. There's even complimentary kitty toys at the end of the visit! They were quick about calling back with results too. Really great experience. I'll be back soon for sure!!!

Very happy with this clinic. Staff is super friendly and they take their time with you. I spent all the time I needed talking with the vet and the vet techs. The clinic is quiet which is perfect for cats. No barking dogs stressing out my cat. My appointment ran on time and they are now allowing you to come into the clinic with your cat WHICH IS HUGE!
